I purchased some AA Batteries at Canadian Tire. When I went to to put them away and realized the package had been opened by a previous buyers and then re-sealed with scotch tape. I decided to return for a full refund and the customer service rep. refused accusing me to my face that I had opened them and re-sealed. Questioned me as to why I waited a full week for a refund, with further questions. I told I retired from Customs and I am not in the habit of lying. I stated I want a full refund, she refused and called the manager who also refused. I require a full apology and refund. I was forced to purchase an item because of their refusal to refund me.
