Today a delivery by Canada Post to Canada Post in Kenora Ontario had an undisclosed issue and could not deliver my package at 9:35 AM. The post office did not answer my call and did not offer a call back. Selecting the link for help put me to a page also with no phone number, and no option to choose for the above stated problem. An attempt was to be tried again but at 1:00 PM there is no evidence of such an attempt. This leaves me unsure as to any further attempt and possibly none delivery for reasons unknown. Extremely poor "customer service"
Desired outcome: I would like to know when I can pick up my package and I would like to experience proper, adequate customer service.
