Scam company . Stealing money . Don't let you cancel . Impossible to cancel as there is no link when the say that you cancel through link . Tried emailing with automatic reply saying your on a list we will get back to you have a nice day . Which they don't because they are a scam and just want to steal money and not let you go. No good reviews as just a complete scam.

C-date fraudulently asked to subscribe for a service which was £10 a month only to somewhere within the fine prints add that my subscription would be automatically renewed at £49. Their site is full of fake profiles which was of no use to me that I barely went on the site 2days after my subscription.

C-date fraudulently attempted to debit me of £49 which I did not have in my account and they are threatening to sue me.

I only went on their review to realise they have been taking advantage of people since 2018 and I wonder why they are still allowed considering their reputation.

The people behind this app should all be prosecuted for fraudulent activities.

C-date is a loot, they dont have any cancellation link or any other such provision, I did cancelled my subsription by sending them letter as it was meant to be and yet it is not cancelled and now they are threatening to send recovery agents and take legal actions, I want my subsription cancelled asap and I dont need your fake services, its a scam, I dont mind doin it legally.

I am being hounded for £438 for signing up to a dating site called ‘C date’ that I now realise is scam. I have since been sent legal letters asking for payment from lawyers Themys & [censored].

I attempted to cancel my subscription immediately after realising but there wasn’t an option to do this so I cancelled my card/ banking details when I realised so I wasn’t charged.

Hi just received a letter saying I own money which I found absolutely rude threatening to my home famliy I don't now how you come out with the fig I have cancelled my profile and payment as the webist was full off fake profiles or wmen selling them shelf

You have no concant details to contact you no phone which works or email to customers service with no replay I want this matter resolved immediately not dring on on fir weeks bec you can send a letter out but you can't respond to customer issues. The letter is do badly dine which lots off treats your website is joke poorly run just rips off incontinence people. Don't yiu now there's a cist off living problems plus putting in meathly health off people

Ax with the other complaints I’ve read on here i have tried to cancel many times but you made it impossible so i too cancelled payments as i was not using the site but still being charged. And like the others you are threatening me with action. I want you to cancel my account and stop scamming me and others and then try to be bullies with threats of action.

Hi, for 3 consecutive months now, I've made attempts to cancel my subscription with this app, only for it to fail everytime, the link does not work and the only option is to keep paying them money to the tune of £39.50 per month, there is no customer support or contact email to resolve any issue, I have been forced to cancel my repeat payments via PayPal in order for payments to cease being made to this blatant scam of a site, all emails(via PayPal) to them so far have not been replied to, they are now threatening legal action because payments are cancelled, i just want to cancel my membership and repeat payments for a service i no longer require or need, payments were made on 27th of November, December and now again in January, i attempted to cancel membership and payments as required before each of these dates but the link was inoperable every time, resulting in more money being paid to them for a service i no longer require, a refund would be good too but membership cancellation is an absolute requirement, i expect this to be resolved asap, regards David Bourne

I signed up to C-date and within the first two weeks I realized this site was very poor and no one replied to any messages other than fake profiles. I decided before canceling to e-mail them and got nothing back, so went to cancel and was unable to - the link they said should be there was not. This seems to be the case with other people - check out trust pilot, where this site is full of other people saying this is a scam.

I ended up getting stung for another payment of £39.90 which I used chargeback to get the money back and hoped that would be the end of it.
I am now being chased by a debt collection agency in Luxembourg for £196.32 which is now getting scary.

I am not sure where to turn and would hate to pay as they have made it very hard to cancel but I also worry about this being a scam and the money going to possible criminal activity.
Any help would be appreciated.

I receive a letter from Themys & [censored] Rechtsanwälte GbR treating me if I don't pay more than 300 euro I try to log in to see if a ihave a subscription but I'm not allowed to log in I pay this and I still not allowed to log in to cancel and delete mine account please stop scanning me and stop treating me I paid already.

This dating site is a complete con.

I signed up for a one month 9.99. Nowhere did it say it was reoccurring billing and I was then changed another month at 39.99 I cancelled my PayPal as I couldn’t find anywhere to cancel on the site and I’ve now been sent a email for £49.99 for a service I have barely used and didn’t want to keep. I have tried to contact them but their website only presents with a payment required page so I can’t contact them

They claimed that I would have a link to cancel my account after a couple of days after I joined posted on my page, after 2 weeks of the same message I had no option but to send a letter to cancel my membership.

6 weeks later I got an email claiming that I owed them money for a second month of membership, followed by threats of legal action.

This is obviously a scam site there were no real dates on the site, just fake profiles and bots. the only way to cancel is to send a letter or a fax.

I just signed up for a months trial for 9.90 and then it says it is going to automatically charge me £38 per month ongoing ..

This was not advertised during signing up..

I want to cancel my premium membership straight away.. you can have the 9.90 but there is no way i will be paying £38 per month… what worries me is that i have tried to cancel and there is nowhere to cancel on the website .. i am worried its a scam..

I signed up for the premier subscription by mistake, clicking on the wrong button. Completely by accident I have emailed, sent a letter via cancel.io posted to the headquarters. My worry is the bullying used, and the reviews. I have recently lost my father, which adds to the worry about this company. Even no answer by fax.

The fee was paid on a debit card, Monday 16th January

I have now sent multiple emails over a few month period now about having my subscription cancelled, but I have had no reply at all.

Money is still being taken from my account which I have now contacted my bank to stop any future payments being made.

When I try to log onto the app it says my account is suspended and has been past onto a debt recovery team..

Absolute joke.

I met the c-date yesterday and when i was trying to send mensage the app was ask me for premium so i went to see how much it was. And the price was suppost to be 149kr (15€)

And i accepted and i put my credit details and then i just went to my bank balance and noticed that cdate took from me 3576 kr (350€)

Its alot of money and that money i need to my house rent.

I sent email and nobody aswer me yet.

I need to know if there is any phone number to reach them

I foolishly paid the monthly fee to try this site out.

It turned out to be just fake profiles and scammers to I deleted my account.

Then a few month later they said I owed £58 pounds as my subscription payments had failed. But I did not set up a subscription. Strange.

I replied to then saying that I had cancelled and to stop asking for money.

Then about 2 month later I get an email from a debt collection agency saying I must pay £158 or they will take proceedings further.

This is definitely a scam but I'm not sure what to do?

I signed up to your premium memerbership and I want to cancel as there are clearly no real female profiles on here, all that have matched so far have been scammers.

I want to delete and cancel my membership but there is no clear way to do it. By far the worst experience I have had on any dating app.

Please delete me from your system and cancel my membership!

I clicked a button that required me to become a premium member to access the free side of the site. Now a few days on I cannot cancel the payements or the account. There's no reason to fax or send them a letter as they are an online company so should be able to be done via the app or website. I've sent them emails amd attempted to call their numbers which are both not in service. I want this cancelled before I go through my bank and have them blocked

I only signed up for more than a Month than chances but now CMS global collection services demanding €95.90.

This is the second time this company has tried to scam money out of me.

I never ticked to say continued membership after the first month. And I can not find any way contact them directly. Which leads me to believe they are just another scam company
