I have attempted to cancel many times due to the fake profiles and the service was full of bugs since trying to cancel I have received payment demands for a service I dont use and have tried to cancel many times and the payments keep increasing I used this for one month and now you are asking for £258

Desired outcome: pay for what I used (one month's membership)
