Burger King review: Whoppers 4 of them

We went to Russellville, Kentucky location. August 26, around 11:00-11:30. No receipt on the bag nor give to us at either window. Ordered 2 of the 2 for $10.00 whopper meals. No pickles.
The burgers were sopping wet with mayonnaise. The mayonnaise had made the buns soggy. it took two paper towels to try to get that off. All 4 burgers were pink inside. I called the restaurant back as soon as I go home and saw this mess they'd given me (we live 27 miles from town), to get an answering machine. No call back from the restaurant. This is the third time that I've had terrible food quality from this restaurant. Pay $21.20 for stuff I will not eat. The lady who handed us our food, as we were driving away from the window, she was scratching her butt. That's just nasty.

Desired outcome: Iâ€™d like my money back because with the crew running Russellville, scratching their bottoms and such I donâ€™t want to eat anything that theyâ€™re serving.
