Burger King review: Unprofessional behavior of manager autumn store #25438

According to my receipt incident occurred at 12:12pm on July 5, 2023. Upon entering store # 26438 no one was at counter. I called out anyone here? A young man (Carter) appeared took my coupon and placed my order. He served me my drink and ice cream and I sat down to wait for the completion of my order. Ten minutes or more went by and a family came in so I though it would be a good time to check what the hold up was. Carter appeared at the register and looked at me sideways confused. Just then Autumn walked up to the side of the counter where they scoop up fries. I asked if she could check on my order and she did not respond. I asked again and Carter spoke up nicely turned to her and said she has been waiting for ten minutes. Autumn responded sharply and loud enough for all to hear. "I told you to take care of it." She made excuse after excuse for herself and then said in front of all the customers she needed a witness. I said I do not want any part of your drama, I just want my food. She was so out of control and a man named Charles came out to stop what she was escalating and again for the second time I said I just want my food. She continued to defend herself in front of all the customers. She then went even further sharing her personal information about her child at home. Too personal, she could not bring herself to say sorry I thought you were taken care of instead of playing the blame game and still not taking care of me the customer. Her outrageous behavior and lack of communication skills with customers and employees questions her ability to hold the position of Manager. Please consider disciplinary action including termination.
