I was in the drive through at the bk in greenbelt, md today around 1:00 pm. I ordered 2 bk king sandwiches and a large fries after seeing the sandwiches were on the menu board for 2 for $10. When my order was rung up, the cashier rang it as 1 bk king and 1 bk king sandwich causing the sandwiches to be $4 more. I pointed it out to the cashier and she brushed me off. I pulled up tp the next window and explained my concern to the man at the window and his response was "tough". "if you don't order it with the complete verbage, you don't get the discount>" I had him refund my purchase and left. Maryland state law says items have to be sold at the posted price. This was not done today at this bk. I am furious.
Desired outcome: Please follow up with the staff at this store. I'm fairly certain that I am not the only person who would be upset with this behavior. Also, you could send me a coupon to use at my next BK visit although probably not at this location.
