This must be been because I've ordering delivery directly from BK for quite a while now. They allowed redemption of reward points for deliveries. Now, you can no longer redeem points unless you go and pick up or dine in. Now, I noticed that the same items are marked up substantially. Every meal are marked up by $4. Why? What difference does it make to food cost? BK is getting their money worth since they charge a convenience fee and a delivery fee that are included. I never understood why convenience fee? They don't need to clean a table it's actually less work that requires less staff.

Claimed loss: No loss chose not to place the order.

Desired outcome: No Markups for delivery. Please don't raise your prices as a solution.
