Burger King review: Survey code not available

I've been trying to participate in the surveys referenced on the back of the receipts, but the survey code is never at the bottom of my receipts and that includes the ones taped to the bags. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved so that I can participate in the surveys to be eligible for free items with my purchases.

Desired outcome: I would the survey codes to included on the receipts.
