I'm a frequent long time burger king customer at multiple locations. As i've been watching and listening to some of your great employees trying to work hard, for example "scrubbing floors w/masks on 'and trying to breathe in the process. I understand the current 19 health concerns"?, but, work could be done by applying 'some common sense and logic' w/out wearing masks so they can inhale and exhale correctly and not jeopardize there own health in the process by wearing masks while performing certain tasks. I respectfully challenge you to investigate some of the health risks caused by obstructive breathing from prolonged use of masks! If 'the cov19 precautions (masks) create health risks for health employees, well'whats accomplished!? Thank you" concerned patron.

The Burger King in Eloy off the freeway 10 is absolutely terrible!!! There food taste like crap, asked for cheese on my fish sandwich and whopper and They charged me for only the one sandwich. I ordered four sandwiches and on both of my chicken sandwiches, My bread was completely burnt! Black, chaired and hard, could not bite through it. There is no way the server could miss this. Nor can say this is to any standard! Would they eat a black slice of bread from any location, fast food or restaurant! Someone should train the staff on quality of food being sold.
Wrong order and waited on coke
Ordered a whopper and a diet coke, no fries just the sandwich. Was given a bag and asked to pull over to wait for my coke. I waited 5 min then called and he was walking out as I was talking to the person that picked up. I reached in to get my straw and found fries. I reached further to get whopper and found two small hamburgers. By then I was on my way home so did not take back.

I went to drive thru first, I got a whopper cheese only when I opened it looked like someone took a bite out of the meat patty so I returned to the store went inside and wow I have never seen a restaurant as dirty as this one, and I'm 58 years old I have seen a lot of them I walked up to a counter that had spills on it then where they turn around it get your food that counter was covered with spilled fries even fry cups laying on there side, paper trash ect... only 3 people working but 4 workers in dining room on there phones. I was at Burger King store#11685 at 1709 W. Craig Rd. Las Vegas, Nv on 2/10/2021. I have never been so ignored as I was here! I waited over 10 minutes just to order, and then waited another 15 minutes for my food. That was not my only complaint- the yelling that the employees were doing was unbelievable! After a while one employee told everyone to quiet down, customers were listening. Orders were not put out in any special order, a gentleman who had ordered well before me (since I had to wait 10 minutes to have my order taken) received his order as I was leaving! This incident will have me seriously thinking about returning.
I have always enjoyed Burger King, but this too much! 25 minutes for 2 hamburgers and 2 fries!
Refusal to give senior soda price and receipt has no survey code
I went to #633 Burger King in Laurel, MD on 1/26/21 5.55pm order # 322511. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 onion rings and a senior Dr Pepper. The server Kendrell refused to give me senior price for small soda and charged me $1. I could have driven to McDonald on my way to get a large sods for $1. I recently ordered food from Burger King in Somerset kentucky the north restaurant. I paid $18 for a impossible whopper and it was awful.
