Burger King review: Service thru drive thru

Today 07/20 at 6:50 at 1094 N Main St, East Peoria, IL, 61611, the lady that was taking our order made fun of my Hispanic accent when I was telling her my preferences for drink after chosen my meals. I requested an iced tea but she came back to me mocking me saying : "hices tea or iced tea", which I found it so offensive due she should not be doing that in a first place because she is the first point of the chain when anyone goes there. I didn't say anything back to her assuming that she had a hard day. When we got to the window that we got given our food, I received as drinks, a coke and a Fanta product that should have been my iced tea that never received, plus we were never given receipt or nothing and not even a friendly body language. I didn't want to say anything that moment to make it worst, but definitely thought that should be of your entire knowledge for this to be addressed.

Desired outcome: Training employees to respect other cultures that are not Americans.
