Today is 1/3/2023 and I have been visiting the BK at 3204 E Palmetto St Florence SC for a very long time for breakfast. am usually there between 6:35 and 6:45 M-F. Today, I was there at 6:40. For the last 3 weeks I have been unable to receive breakfast or even a sweet tea for that matter as they are supposed to be open at 6 AM but somehow NEVER ready lately after being open for nearly an hour. Today, I asked for contact to Corporate, the young man walked off to get the info for me, and a black woman stepped up to the window and with an attitude stated that SHE was 'corporate'. I asked for her name, she shut the window, I stared at her, finally she told me her name is Shadasia. I asked why this is an ongoing problem. She says because they are short staffed. I reminded her that this is not the problem of the customer, especially since they had been open nearly an hour. I finally drove away, empty-handed AGAIN to email this report to see what BK is going to do about it. They REALLY need to start checking on their franchises the way Chik Fil A does theirs.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate BK being more hands-on with their franchise as certain stores will give your brand a BAD name from their behaviors & that this store get it together and BE READY when they OPEN at 6AM for their customers
