Burger King review: Refused to give receipt (after mixing up order)

Drive thru order just before 3p today:

2 Whoppers (without buns…otherwise normal), a regular whopper jr and a medium diet Dr Pepper. I paid and was handed a bag of food including a large fry which I gave back explaining I did not order. Then asked for a receipt to confirm I was not charged for them. Was told printer was broken and that I was not charged improperly (yet no proof provided). When I got to my destination, I also found my two whoppers had no condiments and no utensils which is impossible to each since they were provided on a plastic plate rather than wrap style. Also no straw for my beverage and no napkins. No idea if I was charged correctly or not…but also super unhappy with the meal. Either way, it was not worth the $20 I just paid. Definitely feel ripped off.

Desired outcome: Would like a refund.
