Burger King

I get an email from BK. Subject matter was thirst for speed. Play the game one some points claimed my prize. Ordered some other stuff through the app. When I try to finish the purchasing process through the app, the BK app developers in error. Even went to the BK restaurant where I place the order to be picked up and I got nothing. I can’t even connect to the BK Wi-Fi at that location either. So what’s going on with the BK app? And what’s going on with the Wi-Fi at the BK restaurants? Do I still have my food order or not. Because this is not the first time this has happened.

Somebody from your corporate needs to check out the burgerking in enterprise, Alabama. For a very long time the place has been a [censored] hole. It takes over an hour everytime you go though the drive though. Employees act like they don't care. I see friends of employees cut drive through line before. It's been like this for years. Management is poor and most of your new items are not made properly. Worst reputation in town and I have lived here in enterprise for over 30 years. Please investigate.

I don’t like too complain, but their is a large problem at your Calumet Michigan Store!

On May 19, 2022, I ordered two Whopper’s with bacon, and no lettuce or onions at the drive through. The young lady repeated my order back to me as always! This is the third time in a row that this has happened at the Burger King in Calumet Michigan. The burgers are cold as well. Plus, I am never provided with a receipt for the order! These two whopper’s cost me over $16. What is up with that price?

This is what I suspect is going on.

I believe you my have a number ex-prison workers at this store that take serving the public lightly. I believe they are pre-making the burger’s, and through the bacon on at the last, and don’t care if the customer ordered them without lettuce,or onions! Plus, I believe they are pocketing the over charged order money. Before I was given my order at the window, the lady was asking for a calculator, saying she could not do the math! 🤔😳 Why is this the case, when you already have a cash register! I eat at burger sometimes more than three times a month, and have loved it since I was a child! This is over a 20 mile round trip from my home.

Please let me know that you have investigated your store in Calumet Michigan, and have got it back on track for Burger Kind standard’s that I expect across the country!

I am a long, longtime fan and patron of Burger King. For many decades I have so enjoyed your meals and so preferred BK to McD's. I still enjoy a Big Fish and/or Whopper meal at least about twice a month. However, after seeing on YouTube that Burger King restaurants are still operating in locations within Moscow, Russia, I will not be eating at Burger King here in Los Angeles anytime soon. In fact, I plan on waiting until Burger King is OUT OF RUSSIA COMPLETELY before I patronize any of your restaurants again.

Ordered lst week in May 2022, the Onion Rings and Hamburger at the Canon City Burger King. Fire the Chef who came up with, what you call onion rings. Couldn't find the onions since they are minced into the batter. A discussing product. Waste of money - threw in trash. Won't be buying them again and you let friends know how bad they are.

Hi All:

I went through drive-through at the 4407 East 26th Street location today. As part of order, I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich with ketchup only (see attached) and when I opened it at home, it came with everything on it, including mayo (see attached), which I cannot eat for health reasons.

I am not very happy as this has occurred before, but I have let go previously in past.

However, I am getting frustrated with the inability of drive-through team to not do the order the way I clearly asked them to when I placed the order.

I did not have the time, given limited work lunch break, to go all the way back to that location or call the manager to address. I have reached out to both the franchisor (Cave Enterprises) and Burger King Customer Service and neither have addressed my concerns or given a refund.

On Wednesday 5/11/2022 around 8pm, I visited Burger King at the corner of Stone Mountain Freeway and Park Place. In the men's restroom, the sink was covered in smudges of dirt, and there is no soap or hand sanitizer. If customers don't have soap, that tells us the employees aren't properly washing their hands after bathroom breaks. I didn't order food because of this.

The two location in Pensacola FL the food is always cold everytime! The location of 7960 Pine forest road Pensacola, FL 32526... If the casher put as much attention as she does to cat like eyeballs the food would be great... store # 9159. the one off of Davis ave is the same.. the best one to visit is the on off of brent ave their food is always hot and they are so welcoming

Placed order with Miguel at the drive through window

I was told to pull around the building and they would bring my food.

I waited about 10-15 min, no food

I go into the building and asked for my order, no body in the lobby, the cashier was sitting in the customer area.

she got up and looked at board , my order was not on the board.

nobody at the drive through, i wait for Miguel to get back to the window and asked for my order. they talk in spanish and said it will be longer, i see a lady in the back go to the freezer and it was apparent they never started my order.

I asked for my money back and left.

679 Concord Ave, Cambridge MA. May 2nd Appox. 5:30 PM. Stood in line for 10 minutes while staff chatted to each other. Finally got to the register and the girl turned and walked away. When she came back, she couldn't figure out how to ring up my order (basic whopper meal). When I gave up and left she muttered swears at me. When I returned to get her name, she said she didn't have a name, or a manager. This is my 3rd bad experience at this location. I will never eat at a Burger King again if this is the type of people you hire. There's a McDonald's an equal distance from me.

Hello. I’m writing to complain about an order of eight chicken tenders from Burger King. I will include pictures of the tenders. They were extremely small and very thin. It actually tasted like leather, it was so hard. Surely Burger King can do a better job with their chicken tenders than this. I would never want to give these to a child let alone adult. On April 19, 2022, at 6:21 pm I drove through the drive thru to order

your 2 for $6 Big Fishes. Unfortunately after paying, I looked in the

bag and saw and felt it not hot so it was not going to be good. So I asked

the girl if she could make fresh fishes and I would wait. She said to pull

around the front and they would bring it out to me. After waiting over 10

minutes, I went in to see where my dinner was. A boy then said that they

didn't know I decided to wait but they would be right up. They handed me

a bag of 2 different fish that looked and felt the same. However since I

had no time to continue to complain for I was running late, I thought I would try to eat it. Unfortunately, it was not hot, and tasted like rubber. It was awful so upon arriving home, I threw them both down the garbage disposal for they were inedible.

I called the customer service person and told them of my experience in which

the boy said they would reach out to the manager to alert them. I should then

receive a call back from the Mgr. to rectify the situation with a free coupon on

my next purchase or something. I never received the call. So I decided to

type this complaint in hopes I receive my $6.00 back. I now go to the Burger

King on Happy Valley Road where they are always fresh and hot.

I asked how come at some Burger Kings it tastes like rubber and the response was that some Burger Kings make too many and then just re-heat them. This is why they taste rubbery. That explains it. Please reimburse me my $6.00--or provide a free coupon for that amount. Thank you.

On Sunday April 24 I went to the Burger King on West Shore Road in Warwick, RI. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, Ch’King Deluxe, and 2 small fries. My total (including taxes) was $22.97. I could not believe that the small fries were $3.99 each. I know prices are high, but I could have bought 20 pounds of potatoes for less than $7.98. I could have gone to a restaurant for less than I paid there. My visits will surely be few and far between!

this is the WORST Bk in the world! Unfortunately it's the closest one to my home, so i've put up with it. But it's just maddening! If I"m told ONE MORE TIME to pull up and wait for my order, I'm going to SCREAM!

and today I went for the $5 double whopper junior special, for which they charged me $6 with no explanation even when asked.

You guys should audit this location. it's shameful!

I ordered two meals but only got one and it was cold.no fries at all and cost £21.I’ve tried to complain but Burger King don’t accept complaints conveniently.if I was any one else I would go to McDonald’s app at least you know what your getting and it’s warm not stone cold.now I’m told my complaint hasn’t got enough words.I just said it and summed it up.don’t ever go Burger King or use there app.it dosnt work and food is disappointing
