Burger King review: Product and service getting worse over last few years

I have been going to BK for years. I love the Whopper and the fact that the app has great deals involving the Whopper. Over the past 3 years the service, employees and the food have gone down hill. The service is always worse on the evening shift. I would guess the adult manager works.durrimg the day and it.mostly young kids working at night. .I have had times where I got the wrong order, had the food made wrong and had employees forget they are at work and act out of order.
This last week is where I had to draw the line. Once I arrived at the BK drive through in Wahpeton, ND around 7 p.m, I sat behind a truck at the order screen for 7 minutes before anyone even took his order. It took 3 min to take my order which was 2 sandwhiches. .A whopper and crispy hand tossed breaded chicken sandwhich. I used the app for the order and left the timer run. Theu made me pull forward as they were waitimg.on the chicken. I pulled forward with 2 other vehicles 1 had their food the others came within minutes. The 15 min time ran out while waitong.for my order so I pulled around to see if they gave my food away. Theu said theu were still waitomg for it to cokk. .I was at BK for 30 minutes with 1 car ahead of me that waited for food and I ordered 2 sandwhiches, not meals just the sandwhiches. Then I got my food and didnt even get napkins nor a receipt. I wanted a number for corperate and I couldnt get that. If the place dont.improve it should close so we can get a good fast food joint
