Burger King review: Not being served in drive thru

Walked to outside window to order b/c no dine in. We have a camper so couldn't go through drive through. Manager would not take our order saying it was a safety issue. What? What safety?

Desired outcome: Contact manager and explain to me if it was a safety issue.
