Burger King the BK at 29180 S. Frost Road, Livingston, LA

4 of the last 5 times i have been there, my order was wrong, no receipt. i have had items missing 2X. I started checking it upon leaving.

My wait in the Drive thru was 32-48 Mins long, As c comparison i can go to MCD's and get thru the drive thru in 3-8 mins.

I like BK food, this locatio9n is simply crap, never Staffed correctly, on weekends it is 1-2 people, usually 1.

If you are going to charge the prices you do for the food, hire people to work. and train them correctly.

Desired outcome: I just would like for Corporate BK to audit this location, it is not up to par. when waiting my 45 mins in the drive thru 3 customers gave up and left, this is not the only time.

Burger King horrible food and service

I went through the drive-thru on 4/12/22 and was given the wrong order, even when asked about it, the server was very rude and then we were charged for cheese on a whopper with cheese and also we were charged for tomatoes (which knowing that these are both supposed to be included with a whopper with cheese. The onion rings were old and hard, inedible. The whopper with cheese was supposed to have mayo, tomato, and lettuce ONLY! unfortunately, it was not made right and had no mayo but tomato, lettuce, and onion! The bun was old and hard as well! I even asked her to repeat it and she said onion and I corrected her but it was just not right. This bill was $24.07 and a total waste of money since we could not even eat it. the associate gave us attitude when we asked about the extra charges and then low and behold, the food was terrible! I am very disappointed as I worked for many years at a BK in Pennsylvania! You guys should be very embarrassed by serving this horrible food!

Burger King service

BK in Newaygo has been a problem for a while but last night was ridiculous. I had two infants and a granddaughter with me at the drivein area. It took 47 minutes from order to receiving our food. at one point the woman in front of me was handed our food. I know there was a "help" shortage but they should have just closed their doors. My order was over 26 dollars and had it not been for my money already having been paid, I would have just left.

Desired outcome: A chewing out of all personel working last night.

Burger King Drive thru experience

On 4/7/2022, I ordered 4 rodeo burgers, 8-piece chicken nugget and 8 sticks of cheese sticks that came up to 10.21. Someone else ended up paying for my meal and took my food as well in the car. Someone who had a black burger king shirt that looks like the manager came to the window and I told her my food went through another person car and do not know if they touched my food and so I asked if I could get it redone. I got the nastiest attitude. My order number was 557. The car in front of me did not get his order in due to them not responding to him as he yelled hello! To take his order. I paid cash and another worker no name tag comes to the window and asked that I paid, and I told her that I paid already... And gave me a hard time so she went to the manager. Then other workers came out and looked through the window so I did not want to wait outside so I came inside to get my order. The food was cold... It was disgusting. This happened at 5:52pm I was just trying to get a quick meal for my kids. Not once have I yelled or catch an attitude. I even said thank you for redoing my order which I do not believe was done because of how cold I got the meal. The manager lied because based on the receipt she gave me, it showed that a twenty dollar bill was given to pay for the meal. I gave the exact change. I sat inside to eat with the children in disbelief of what went wrong. The dinners room was dirty. Crumbs on tables were no one was sitting at. Several used cups left at tables. I could not sit any longer in that building and I left. This was not made my way at burger king. The food was served at incorrect temperature, the order was mixed up. I could not even go to the website to give my experience because there was no receipt number on there but the ticket was closed. This is an experience I would not want any customer to go through. I will not go to that location for my food due to these circumstances.

Burger King incorrect order

at burger king i ordered the 2 for $5 double breakfast sandwiches.when i got home it turns out they gave me the singles sandwiches but i was charged for the doubles. this happened at 10:09 on [protected].the restaurant is at 240 n chicago ave south milwaukee wi 53172.transaction id [protected]-020528

Desired outcome: give me coupons for 2for$5 breakfast sandwiches.plus this was not the first time i have had diffifulty at this restaurant. retrain employees.

Burger King both

i asked the clerk to make the burger very hot but was told we don't do that anymore. I said I do not want a warm burger. he placed my order and I had to ask him would my request be conveyed to those who are prepping my burger. He then made an effort to heat my burger be on warm.

when I got my burger, it was warm and my fryers where hotter then the burger.

I just can't get it my way. very sad they where once my favorite but not no more.

Timing we waited 20 minutes during normal business hour with no one speaking over the drivethru speaker. For the 5th time this year.

Burger King Girl taking orders for drive thru

The girl taking orders at the drive thru spoke far too fast to understand. I had to ask her twice to speak more slowly. The first time was when she was telling me about sauces. Next time was when she asked for a donation to the scholarship fund. When she gave me my order, she also gave me a snotty attitude.

As if that wasn't bad enough, I had to go back since she got my order wrong, giving me a spicy ChKing meal instead of the regular ChKing meal. When I returned the wrong sandwich and got the correct one, I suggested she should listen better and got more snotty attitude.

Additionally, the fries were so salty they could not be eaten.

Burger King I was YELLED at for entering the store during store hours 9 - 7 pm after an employee offerd to get salt for me

At the drive thru on Sunday, March 20th, 2022 between 6:30 to 6:45 pm, I asked the window employee for salt with my meal. I was told there was no salt at the window.

I then proceeded to park my car and enter the building. The door was closed eventhough it was before closing time - sign posted - open 9 to 7 pm.

An employee came to the door and offered to get the salt for me. I entered to get the salt from him, and the guy who said he was the "manager" YELLED so loud that I jumped. He SCREAMED something like, "LEAVE THE BUILDING; WAIT OUTSIDE!" It was so unexpected! "No one is allowed in the building!" And that was it!

The employee who was getting the salt directed me to wait with his hand and then got the salt for me. The manager YELLED again for me to leave, and I turned to go until the employee called to hand me the salt.

When I turned completely around to head for the door the manager YELLED AGAIN for a third time to leave the building.

I then called the store and spoke to him and he told me he YELLED because I was not allowed in the store because it was closed. I told him I didn't know the restaurant was closed because it was before the posted 7pm closing time; but he continued YELLING and arguing saying I wasn't listening to him.

Perhaps next time he shouldn't yell to the point of scaring customers, and maybe I would have not gotten so nervous and done exactly as he said. Also, I was getting conflicting information from the employee who was trying to give me the salt.

I didn't know if I should've waited for the employee who was giving me the salt or run out of the store because there was a "nasty manager" screaming at me to leave!

So disgusting and non apologetic. I told him never to do that to me again or any other customer!

Desired outcome: I would like Burger King customer relatations to contact me and speak to the "manager" about how to properly handle a customer that enters a store with the permission of another employee to get a needed item.

Burger king Southeast ave Tallmadge ohio We Placed And Order.Chicken nuggets fries The Young Girl Waited on us Told us it would be A 20 Minute Waited So we Waited She Keep Taking Other Orders We Were Still Sitting on in line ! Then When We Asked her Why Is She Not Giving order 2 us She Starting Yelling At Us Mcnuggets burnt fries soggy Disgusted ! They Just Lost A Customer

Burger King Whopper Juniors (4)

Today my wife and I via the Drive Thru each used a Coupon for 2 Whopper Juniors & 2 Fries. My wife asked for her 2 with Cheese. I asked for NO Cheese.

My wife got one with cheese; neither had tomato or lettuce. Mine had NOTHING but the burger!

Burger King Unacceptable Greeting

This morning [protected]) at about 8:15 a.m., I pulled into the Burger King drive-thru in Duncan, Oklahoma. I was greeted with this: “Hello. I am a Ford Explorer. How may I help you?” This in and of itself could have been slightly amusing, but not today. Because of the poor record of customer service at this location, it was not funny at all. I simply drove off and went elsewhere to purchase my breakfast. This store’s customer service is consistently atrocious. One employee is very rude and will often argue with the customer. This is unacceptable. I do not understand why your employees are not trained in customer service. Most of the employees at the pick-up window never say a word; no “thank you”, no “you’re welcome”, no “have a good day”. I just don’t understand. I do keep going back from time to time because of the Burger King product, but today may have been the last time. Your employees are hurting the business at the Duncan, OK, location. That’s a shame! Thanks for listening.

Burger King My complaint is the cleanliness of the store and building.

The outside of the store was the first impression and it is not good. It look like the inside of a dirty garbage can, trash every where, walls and windows are horrible. And the inside is not much better. The Manager in charge was pretty nice but, he should not have to argue with the person making the sandwiches when he is correcting a problem. And the person making the sandwich should not throw the food because she don't want to be corrected. This Burger King is located close to Edward Waters College (1981 Kings Rd. Jacksonville, FL. 32209).

Desired outcome: Clean up or Close up!!!

Burger King Manager and cashier

I go this burger King in Apopka and the cashier no how take order and call the manager Tonya and she come this like figure the order and this team trying to steal my money charger separate the order like 5 for HAMBURGER another 5 for fries and another 5 drink so everything like 15 to 16 dollars that crazy or that steal money.

Burger King Service

I live in Winona Minnesota, our BK is pretty new. The only access we have is drive thru, I have went there 3 times for breakfast croissants, they don’t want to take large orders and today I went and pulled up to the outside lane. The girl said I will be with you in a minute, I sat a while and a guy pulled i to the inside lane of course she helped him first so I left. I completely understand that help is hard to find but I went straight over to McDonalds and no problem getting 16 orders filled.

Burger King Not getting correct food

I just left the Burger King in Kendallville, IN 46755 and I did not get what I ordered. I had to make an additional purchase while in drive thru window and they proceeded to give me 2 cheeseburgers when I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and then left out a fry when I just had ordered it (it was my additional add on item). Not impressed. They seem to do it on purpose by their facial expressions when handing me my food.

Burger King Sevice and cold food

I spent 3 mins AT THE SPEAKER in the drive thru and finally siad “you who” before someome said hang on be with you in a few seconds and then spent another 2 mins. Got my food (med coke light ice, cheeseburger and 2 choc chip cookies not burnt). Got food 2 mins later and what I got was 1 1/2 cookies, a cold cheeseburger and the cheese must have just come out of freezer and a coke. Sure hope my trash can at work enjoyed my lunch because I sure as hell did.NOT!
