Missing several items from order that was pre-paid.
A co-worker went back to the restaurant to retrieve missing items.
When she returned to the restaurant, MGR Carlo made the person PAY AGAIN. He was extremely rude to her, started speaking in spanish to his coworkers and yelling at her refusing to replace items.
He is an embarrassment to the professional field of management. He needs to work on customer service skills and service recovery skills. Shame on him making someone pay again for missing items because she was scared and embarrassed.
He should be fired. Complete disgrace. There are NUMEROUS negative reviews out there on him. READ THEM and follow through on his negative tone and actions!
Desired outcome: REFUND THE MONEY TO BOTH PARTIES.My coworker and myself!!!
