I went there on 8/30/21 around 10:45a & ordered the number 10 with a large fry & medium Dr. Pepper. Got home & nearly broke a tooth biting into a hard chicken sandwich. It was obvious it was old & the person who made it had to have known. I called to complain & told them I am not driving all the way back today but will bring it back tomorrow. She was like you have to bring the whole meal back with the receipt. I was never given a receipt & my autistic son was already eating the fries. I was so angry, I drove over & threw the chicken sandwich & soda over the counter. Not at anyone but a customer on the other side chased me out saying I assaulted the worker & took my license plate info. There site has many complaints & the officer who came to my home also said they told him they gets lots of complaints about their food. Obviously the franchise owner is serving old food & making the company look bad. They always have a menu board down line down too & make you wait a few minutes before even addressing that you are there. I hope my actions help them to serve fresh food others.

Desired outcome: Give them a warning to serve quality good or face a fine.
