Burger King review: Everything at location!

The Burger King in Lake Havasu City is absolutely horrendous! It’s unfortunate because my son loves play areas, this play area doesn’t look like the tables have been wiped in a week! Every single surface in the restaurant is sticky, took 2 people to fill an ice machine while I stood with my 3 year old at the counter for ten minutes, then the chicken I wanted “wasn’t ready for the day” AT 4pm! So went with my second choice, which was cold.

A kids chicken nuggets and my original chicken sand took 21 minutes so I’ve literally been inside your restaurant for 31 minutes and just got my food, which was cold!

There were two kids unsupervised in the play area and when the manager dropped off my food one of the kids said “hey mom”… so the manager of two kids under 7, left her children unsupervised in the play place at her place of work, AND the area is disgusting! Ripped seats, filth everywhere, incompetent staff and manager has her kids running around the restaurant and play area completely unsupervised!

If nothing is done about this I will be reporting this place to the health department and to child services!

This place need to get it together or I WILL contact somebody who matters!

I would also like my money back for my cold [censored] food that took 20 minutes.. thank you!

Desired outcome: Money back, and seriously something done about the whole establishment, I have someone on city council too and I seriously almost called them about this place! Disgusting!
