service harassment
Went to meet my father in law at the store had a couple plastic soda bottles on the floor of my car and a Sheetz small bag to throw away. I started into store and the Managers husband jumped me for putting my trash I the garbage can. He came inside as I was ordering food he proceeded to follow me swearing and embarrassing me in front of customers and staff. I sat down to eat and he went outside at the window hollering and swearing. The Manager his wife appeared across from my table telling me they are having trouble with drugs. I am a hard working middle age man and Dont do drugs. I went to that burger king since I was a child. Will never enter again
And am going to get legal advice.

store appearance and food quality
I went to the Burger King in Woodburn, Oregon to have lunch with my wife and son. The store was filthy with disgusting tables and restrooms. There was a step ladder right in front of the soda machine, which is a safety issue. There were cups, napkins, straws and wrappers littered throughout the store. In addition, there were spills on the floor and flies were buzzing around food crumbs on all of the tables. The store was completely empty and there were no vehicles in the drive-thru. However, not one of the five workers was cleaning or making any sort of attempt to improve the appearance of the dining area. We finished our meals at 3pm and I noticed on the way out that there was a receipt left on the table that was time stamped at 1:23pm, meaning it had been there for nearly two hours. We requested cheese on our burgers and did not get it. The buns were stiff and the burgers were cold. Sadly, this is not the first time I have experienced something like this at this location. Because of that, I felt that a complaint was necessary. Hopefully the issues will be corrected and the employees will put in effort in the future.
drive thru and window service
I picked my sister up from school today and we were hungry so we went to the Burger King on 420 Erie Pkwy in Colorado and I pull up to the window and order 2 shakes and 2 large fries and ranch and he starts going off on me for ordering and ranch and how he was going to forget as I pulled away I could hear him saying things about me like how ridiculous I was and so on and how I tell them at the window so I get to the window only to realize I forgot my card and so I tell him and he was like very rude about it and asking why I forgot it and I said I was running out of the house and forgot it and he was like I'll give you your food for free but only if you get out and scrub the floors and I said no and he was like come on let's go and I said no again firmly and he said are you coming back and I said no and I drove off.
Another experience I had was on 16th of August and they were again rude on the drive thru my friend heard it all and was appalled because she worked for a Burger King in Arkansas. They messed up my whole order and wouldn't fix it for me. I was appalled by this.
I will NEVER go to this Burger King again
toxic employee situation
I stopped at the Burger King on state road 70 in Lakewood Ranch on my way home and the counter person Bella took my order and then asked the young man with thr curly black hair to put his headphone on and he said "you are not the boss" and proceeded to lean on the counter and laugh at her. A large black man joined him to taunt the girl. Apparently the younger man was supposed to take orders at the window as another customer came in and said that no one would take his order and ordered. As he was waiting for his order the two males continued to taunt the girl as she restocked the supplies. The customer finally got fed up with the situation and walked out without his order. I finished my sandwich and apologized to the girl that she had to work in such a toxic situation and told her not to let them bully her. Bad scene.

I walked in to the Burger king at 8550 Birchwood Court Johnston Iowa
and there was a lady name Theresa and she was running back and for from the drive up and front counter.
after waiting 3 min later I was finally assisted and I ordered a hamburger and a small French fry.
after ordering and waited for my food there were two guys by the pop machine and they told Theresa that all the different pops were watery and she said hold on in a very very rude tone.
and then she told a another lady to check the pop machine.
when that did not happen Theresa took pop from the drive up machine and went to the guys and said this tastes fine and threw her cup away very abruptly.
she was so rude to her co workers I did not appreciate the tone from her.
I waited for 15 min to get my food I was late getting back to work.
that is so unacceptable and I will never be back there ever again!
bad service
On 8/24/18 I went to BK at 260 Concord Pkwy S Concord NC at 8:30 pm. I waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes before deciding to go in. Once inside there were 3 people in front of me. After waiting another 20 minutes I get to the cashier and place my order and she tells me I have to go through the drive thru to order because they were closing the lobby. I said I've waited all this time and you tell me you're closed. The dining area closes at 10. I noticed the lobby doors were locked about 15 minutes prior. Why did she not tell me then since I was the only one that wasn't waited on they were closing? No apologies, explanations or anything. I know my time can not be replaced but I can decide where to spend my money when I want fast food. Thank you.

Yesterday I went to the Burger King @1800 Stirling Rd, Diana, Fl 33004. There's a Haitian lady she's a manager, she really disrespectful. As this girl was taking my order I could hear her being rude to the employees, cursing them out etc...…. she was really loud and don't know how to talk to people as a manager. Not only that some of the employees was by the drive thru gossiping about people instead of doing their job. This is disgusting I never went to another fast food restaurant to see those type of stuff. BAD FOR BUSINESS

I am the biggest Burger King fan in the world and probably get it 2 to 3 times a week. I am never the one to complain about restaurants considering I have worked in one for a while and I not only do I know how it feels but Burger King is my favorite restaurant, but, recently I feel it is necessary. The last couple time I have been to your stores weather it was in Philadelphia or Orlando your team has forgotten my items. Also least time I found a hair in my sandwich and that is what pushed me over to contact your team. I have been a huge customer of Chick-fil-A and never had a problem before and your team has always been the best. If you could give me a response that would be great!

I visited the burger king I my hometown, which was a mistake by using the drive thru . I ordered at 7:19pm looked at my clock and received my order at 7:45. When I got home not only was my order short but not correct. I called the store and talked to Shawn was apologic but I'm not very happy with his well ok. He says they were short staff my reply was how could you be there is one person dining in and about 6 cars in the drive thru and 4 of you standing around talking. My order was almost $30 incomplete and other sandwiches were made wrong. This will most likely be the last time I visit this location. No wonder McDonald's is always packed and there is never no business here.

The girl at the window was very rude she gave me my drinks first and all I did was ask where's the rest of my food she was like I'm bringing it but in a very rude way and she rolled her eyes at me after she gave me my food she forgot to ask my if I wanted sauce well until another worker saw me she gave it to me buy also I'm a way that was very disrespectful I never go to burger King because this happens every single time I go u all need better costume service and my food was a mess I was missing some chicken fries and fries

The customer service in this establishment was unbelievable rude he was jumping slips to all the cute girls as other customers sat here for over 25 minutes for fast food. He started to run his mouth behind the line because my boyfriend and I spoke up. The service in this establishment needs to be evaluated. I as a cook of a very well known cafe here in Nashua nh was very apaulled by the service here today
employees smoking weed on the job
A girl named Jessica Cashdollar works at the Lexington springmill rd burger king in Mansfield ohio 44906 zip well she is smoking weed with other employees at work I just so happen to see her messaging another employee on Facebook where the was talking about no more smoking at work because you was already looking into it his name is Jay Richard I took a picture of the conversation where they said it with I will attach. I just fell like something should be done since she is also pregnant

If you give her a drug test, I guarantee her test will come up dirty...

Are employees allowed to smoke marijuana and work at Burger King at the same time, if so I don't think that's right it should be a policy against that, I reported her to the Corporate Office here in Fort Smith, Arkansas but they didn't do anything to her she still works there they should fire her for breaking the rules... Also I don't believe they did a random drug test on her... Also I guess you all know that sometimes employees use someone else Urine on the job in order to pass the drug test!
sourdough sausage egg and cheese
On 08/28/18 I ordered a sourdough sausage egg and cheese. After waiting for more than 6 minutes I was asked at the window if I ordered 2 sausage biscuits. I replied that I did not, I ordered the sour dough sausage egg and cheese. When I arrived to work (approximately 3 mins later) I opened the sandwich. It was cold, not toasted AT ALL, and contained only one piece of sausage. I have attached photos. I called to inform BK of their error. I left work and returned to BK. I haven't been to burger king in months due to my order being wrong (had to leave work then also) and decided to stop today and my order was yet wrong again. Not only was my order wrong (ordered double which I paid for but received a single), I had to leave my job and waste my gas to get what I paid for. According to the description of the sandwich it contains 2 sausage patties, 2 eggs and 2 slices of cheese. When I returned to get correct sandwich I looked at it and it had one slice of cheese and one egg. I left with this incorrect sandwich yet again. I will not be returning to Burger King. Pulled in drive thru at 16790 Waddell Rd Surprise, AZ 85388 restaurant. Ordered four 10pc nuggets fresh and large fry at 4:11pm told person in drive thru we didn't mind waiting for the fresh food. Waited about 10 minutes after paying $11. Got our food, check the bag pulled out the fries and saw the smaller bags of nuggets to one side of bag. We drive the 16 miles towards home eating the fries on the way and get home go to eat the fresh nuggets I ordered turn out to be old, hard and cold. Plus only had 3 ten pc nuggets so we paid for 40 nuggets and got 30.
the incompetence of chico bk
I wait in the drive through line for 30mins without any response or communication while cars in front of me don't move at all, cars start to pile behind me and im talking this whole time with no response so I just backup and wave to the cars behind me. The next day I'm starving and I give this another shot since it's right around the corner, I ride my bike to this location Just for them to tell me that they don't accept cards and this is after me waiting for 10mins when there was nobody there, they are just extra slow workers and they don't accept cards like what the heck. If I don't get any form of compensation I'll probably just never go to a bk again because that was ridiculous back to back days.

I visited the location @ 5120 Olive dr Bakersfield 93308. On Sunday 8/26 @ aproxamently 7:20pm. The drive through attendant was not professional I'm the sense that he was not knowledgeable about coupons. I asked for a coupon special and instead of just asking for the coupon code he replied" ma'am you can't get a special with out a actual coupon " I said sir I have the coupon. So, order is taken I pull to the window he takes payment without saying anything like advising me if the total or anything. Comes back hands me my bags and closes window. I then check my bags and there is no sauce, which I did ask for "lots of ranch" when placing my order. Ok, so I get his attention and ask for sauce. He gives 2 I say can I lease have more, he say 24 cents! I say each? And also I have never been charged for sauce, of course I don't expect 20 for free but for 4 sauces he charges me 52 cents. I don't mind paying for sauce, there are places that do charge regularly . I do however have a problem because this attendant had bad service from the beginning and just was extremely rude. I've had bad service before at this location, they forget items pretty regularly but this time I had to report it. I will not go to this location now and the bad part is there isn't another close enough that I'm willing to go to. So, maybe if I'm out I will eat from your burger kings but I'm just not sure after today's visit.
sundae
My husband and I had a craving for an ice cream run this evening. We went to our local Burger King. My husband ordered the salty caramel shake, and I ordered a chocolate sundae. His shake was good, but was asked if he wanted the whipped topping quite rudely. They had made it too soon and it had partially melted before he even received it. Then they proceeded to rey to give us sundaes from a customer in front of us whom left the line, assumingly because they were tired of waiting. So I my self ended up with one if previous customers sundaes that again, half melted and looked like it barely had enough ice cream in it for a kiddie cone. For $1.49?! Ill just take my chances with the Mcdonalds down the road. At least i know I'll get my moneys worth there. Very upset about the customer service and product from burger king tonight.
chicken fingers
I am a very loving customer. I come least 3 times a week for chicken fries. Well after years I noticed a certain location has unfortunately made me sick. I just ordered chicken fries and a coke freeze and I noticed my chicken fingers tasted really different! I was very hungry so I ate them anyways as I was on way home with children. Within 30 minutes I came home and projectiled my lunch. Noticing that I had lunch here I felt very put off. I looked in my bad and noticed my chicken fries were burned. Very burned and that's why they tasted bad. I am very sick and unfortunately I don't want to go to doctors until 24 hours if it lasts. I just would like y'all to know.in aloha Oregon 97005 burger king off tulaitan valley highway. Thank you for your time. Do I get refunded or? It was only $4 just very sick and put off sad I love burger king its my place to go after spending hours donating plasma
disrespectful staff and condition of restaurant
The soda machine was filthy and I was unable to find a suitable soda. The restaurant is in serious need of repair, and was filthy. We arrived at the restaurant shortly after 11:00 so the filth had to have been there for awhile. The cashier who rung us up kept asking "is that it"? When there were 4of us standing there. There was another customer who was speaking to my husband. When the employee brought his food to him she stated "it's our job to bring your food out" in an extremely belligerant tone.
crispy chicken sandwich
The wife and i got a # 9 meal at the rice lake wi. Stop. Had them hold the lettuce & tomato add cheese at the drive thru. Took off down the road, after eating my fries i go for the sandwich. What do i find a empty sandwich no cheese which i was charged extra for and no mayo. So to far away to turn around i decide to
just eat the chicken by it self and again to my amazement what do i find on my second bite is a chicken bone about one and half inches long . Not a good day foe burger king .
