I went through you drive drive-through on Mac Auther boulevard in Dallas area Las Colinas and I have pictures to prove that my sandwich was slap together the ranch sauce on the chicken was just pouring out of my hand and they wanted me to back up and get off of their clock which I understand but I shouldn't have to do that because you should already have your stuff ready then when I do pool back up I did not have my straw for my drinks my mothers Sam which was not what she ordered and I had to go back in there again because they left out the other order that I had placed now that I had went in twice and the manager who was a Hispanic lady helped me with the order just by giving me the stuff that I asked for and didn't bother to offer me my money back or to replace my order or anything she also had a attitude and I should've never had to pull back up off of someone's clock and still get my order wrong

Poor poor poor service at Burger King Mall of the North Polokwane. The lettuce on the burgers is brown and rotten. And not only one time but last 3 times. They dont have salt or pepper for take away. Have to wait long for orders. The people that is taking your order doesnt know the differnce between pepsi and marinda cooldrink. And also the cooldrink mashine is at the back of the counter.

On August 23, 20018 I walked into Burger King, I was very hungry and as I walk in the door some girls come in behind me. Right away I noticed the guy at the register checking them out. So, the same guy takes my order, and its taking kind of long because of the drive-thru which I understand, but the guy that is at the register only took my order and the girls behind me. How is he going to get my large order confused with their small order and give them everything? The manager was there, he tried switching in talking Spanish, which I speak myself. I told him, don't cover for him. Nobody tried to make it right, all he had to do is call the girls over. So I asked for my money back and left. Still until this moment, I feel the situation was poorly handled, so I chose to place a complaint and let my voice be heard.

drive through window
The drive through on the Burger King, 3295 Fairview Street, Burlington, Ontario, is very narrow and damaged the rim on the tire of my new car. I saved for years for this car and only had it for a month. I feel Burger King should investigate the size of this drive thru and make it more accessible without damaging cars. a man tried tempting me with drugs
A man named Fred wearing a black long-sleeve shirt said he would buy me anything I want for some [censored]. Said that he had cocaine on him if I want to do some for some pussy, this is not tolerable he said he runs the store. what kind of people do you have running your restaurant. Then I see four other employees outside smoking weed like it is no big deal I'm guessing that they can do what ever they want they sure do act like it. I find this to be very unprofessional and I think I should be something done immediately.
items left out of my order
Three times in the last two weeks I have experienced items omitted from my order. I get breakfast every morning and seem to experience the same issue too often. No wonder Jack's, which is next door, is wrapped up with business. Usually, I am the only customer in the drive thru. You would think it would be easy to successfully count to TWO and not omit any items. I have started counting the items in the bag but they don't want you to stay in line and count. I only purchase the croissants because my wife love them. I purchase the remaining items from Jacks. As soon as she stops liking the croissants I will go exclusively to Jacks or some other fast food establishment. Know BK is selling customer service and this group here could use some training.

I visited the buger king loctaed at 937 dunn avenue in Jacksonville Florida around 9:00am today. I had to wait over 15 minutes to receive 3 sausage biscuits. The staff was unorganized, prep table was not clean. When I finally received my food I discovered that all my biscuits was cold and the biscuits fell apart from the touch. I will not be going to thia location ever again. This is my 3rd bad experience at this location. The staff that served me at the register never gave me a receipt as well..
greasy, soggy french toast sticks etc
Hi. The BK in Troy, Al 36081 sucks. I love Bk and I know that the service and food is due to lack of management. My complaint is that I had placed an order for french toast combo and it was awful. The french toast sticks and hash browns were greasy and soggy as if they didnt drain the grease off or either place them in the grease before it was heated. Other complaints - the biscuits arent cooked right. They fall apart before you can eat them. One morning they were out of sausages. Seriously. Most of the morning orders are sausages. They throw your sandwich any kind of way. They gave me cold fries once. Please check it out for yourself. I think Im going to start going to Dothan's Bk for now until something is done about the service here.

Everytime my boyfriend and I go to this location the fries are stale and cold ( no matter the time, it's been like 5 times). We hope everytime it'll be different but no. Terrible! I hate that I lost my money on this, can't even eat it or worth driving back to even complain. I would hope you guys make a change because I'm sure my boyfriend and I aren't the only ones.

At 10: 18 p.m. On August 23rd 2018 I pulled up to the Burger King at-43 51 Blue Parkway Kansas City Missouri to order some food and they told me it would be 20 to 30 because it was shift change and when I worked at Burger King for 4 years I never was told that I never told a customer That Ever Walked In we got to work now I don't know what the crew here is doing for 20 or 30 minutes when they get here but it's so ridiculous smoking weed I don't know but something needs to be done about it

On Thursday August 23, 2018 at approximately 11:15am. I attempted to order a meal according to the price displayed on menu board(pic evidence included)of $4.59meal, the cashier (name-Abria employee #376836) very rudely told me she had to charge double the advertised price because the price displayed should not be there, inwhich she called a female manager in a pink shirt. The manager whispered to employee Abria to charge me for another meal, a meal that I did not want and she proceeded to walk away to the back before there was a resolution. I requested to speak again with said manager and Abria rolled her eyes sucked her teeth and turned her back towards me, she informed me she was not able to call her back, I am now appalled and displeased with the treatment. Another female supervisor in a black shirt came over to register and I informed her It is unfair to charge me a price outside of what is advertised clearly I believe I should have been giving the price advertised. Cashier Abia spoke to me in a very demeaning tone and told me that they would have to call the someone to remove the sign and I had to pay a fee that I could not confirm was accurate or not or not order to move along so she could take the next order..Very disappointing. Now I am a police officer and I know about giving respect and public service and while I'm in travel at the airport I xan honestly say that was the worst experience of my trip. I went thru drive thru was getting my drinks had 5 the girl had waited on me before and she's not very nice or friendly! She put drinks in holder and sat one on top and when handing to me it dumped on me And all in my car runt my dinner that's for sure! Got my phone wet my seat, me all my stuff in door panel! She handed napkins,! Didn't even apologize wasn't upset at all I cryed I had had rough day! And I called when I got home a girl answered itold her my story! rotten sauce
I stopped eating Burger King years ago due to finding a hair wrapped around the onion on my burger. I decided to try and come around to BK again and the first time back in years tells me why I ever stopped. I get my food to go, ask for zesty sauce and go home to watch a movie. It was dark-ish and I wasn't really looking before I started dipping my fries into the zesty sauce. One bite and I automatically gagged, and a tingling sensation took over my tongue, along with the worst taste I've ever experienced! I flip my lamp on and the zesty sauce was rotten. I've taken pictures to show you comparisons. Needless to say, I didn't finish my meal as my stomach had completely turned at this point. Both the hair in the onion, and this rotten sauce took place at the Burger King in location in Fern Creek KY. I would call and complain but it will do no good, I feel like this really needs to be addressed. Sauce containers should be gone through and restarted fresh with new sauce packs every once in a while for this reason! Just thinking about it makes me gag still.

I came to this location around 11:30pm, Wednesday, August 22nd. I ordered my food and was interrupted as I was putting in my order, as well as another order. Each time I said what I wanted to order I was interrupted with "that it?" as if I was an inconvenience. Not "can I get you anything else?". When I pulled up, loud music was being blasted in the back and employees were doing everything but working. I pulled into the parking lot and not only was my food cold, but my friends as well. My food was also not how I asked it. Because the inside was closed, I didn't go back in. I'm not worried about receiving coupons or money back, I'm concerned on how other customers are being treated. It's not a hard job. The staff was incredibly rude. I will not be returning.

We proceeded to the window, the casher said we don't got any salty carmel and we took it off the bill.
From across the store Ms. Johnson yells something about the shake machine.
I ask if the shake machine was broke or just out of the salty carmel mix. By this time Ms. Johnson has come over to the window and says it's broke and she took it off.
At this point I question the sandwiches and the no ketchup, no mustard add mayo to all sandwiches. To which Ms. Johnson again yells from across the store. They don't have mustard and already have mayo. The cashier says, they ask for mayo on all sandwiches. Ms. Johnson again yells across the store. Sandwiches are already made, we'll put mayo packets in the bad. To which I rolled my eyes, from the passenger side of the van. Ms. Johnson announced to all in ear shot, She rolling her eyes. I ask for her name, I had about as much of her rudeness as I cared for. The cashier and another women (which I found out later was the Asst. Manger) just stood there looking at me. Ms. Johnson comes to the window and proceeded to say, Well you did roll your eyes. I acknowledged that I did indeed roll my eyes and I felt she was very unprofessional by yelling across the whole store and if she had a problem with me for what I did, she should have came to the window and said so. I again ask for her name, she replied while walking away - so I didn't catch the first name. The cashier hands our change out to my husband, who was driving. The Asst. Manager then steps to the window for the first time. Ask for our receipt, which we hadn't recieved. Then prints us one, ask what the problem was. As I said she was standing there the whole time. I explained I was asking for the girls name to file a complaint. The Asst. Manager says, the Manager will be here tomorrow - you can make a complaint then. We have customers behind you and so I'm trying to hurry you on. At this point, we are still waiting on our food. Which brings us back to, if the sandwiches were "already made", why were we still waiting on our food?
The topper on the whole thing was the food wasn't even warm when we arrived home which is approximately 3 1/2 miles from the resteraunt.
there were ants in my coke
I recently had purchased a soft drink from the local Burger King in Gardena. I went to the machine and there were little dead bugs in the cup. I am just disgusted by what I found. I asked to speak to a manager. Then when I spoke to her she said, Those are just the ants." What kind of establishment is this? I was so shocked on how she responded as if it was nothing.
