Burger King review: Drive thru service

When I arrived to pick up my order that I ordered ahead of time to avoid the wait my food was extremely cold seeing it was sitting by the drive thru window in one of the coldest nights here in SC. When I asked if the fries could be heated or could I have fresh the ladies got extremely upset. She started slamming the glass Door saying I showed up late and that's why they were cold. I said ok but can I have them heated, she then called the police because I wanted warm fries. I never once raised my voice or talked in a aggressive way. They were very unprofessional. I have never seen such bad service my entire life. I will be contacting the better business Bureau.

Desired outcome: I would like the individuals at that establishment terminated because they bring bad business to the company. I also would like my money returned for the cold food.
