Burger King review: Didn’t get product and refused to give me a refund

Didn't give me a refund and didn't give me my order. Police case number: 2103-0669. I placed an order using the ap and went through the drive thru and their equipment didn't work and I did not receive my order and Burger King has my money. I didn't get the food I ordered or my money back.
