I used the online mobile ordering for the first time. I had ordered a Whopper with extra onion and a large onion ring. I waited in line and when I got to the window the young woman working the drive thru handed me a bag and without saying anything else handed me a sealed bag and said "Door Dash"? That was it. Having never used the online ordering process, I just took the bag. She asked no other questions. I drove around the store and immediately smelled fries. So, I checked. Sure enough it was NOT my order. The store was locked up. So, I got back in line for the drive through. Waited an additional ten minutes. When I got to the window, I told her it wasn't my order. She mouthed off something about identifying yourself. Funny because that chance never happened. So, all of a sudden it was my fault and she copped an attitude. Needless to say, although my online order had been placed ten minutes before, my food was STILL not ready. I waited and additional ten minutes. When she came back to the window, she shoved the bag at me and simply said "the sauce is in the bag".
Desired outcome: I'm not sure what to offer here. Except if I were manager of this store or a Burger King executive, I wouldn't want this young woman as the face of my company or store.I'm not sure after my experience what the benefit of online ordering is.
