Burger King review: Coupon usage

I go to Burger King at least twice a month and have used a survey coupon with a BOGO Whopper coupon at least six times. The last one was on 03/24/2021, receipt number 50232, at store number 4010, the same store that this manager swore to me.

This time I was refused, in a rude manner, by the manager whose name is Evan. I told him of the previous usage and he said he is the boss and he didn't give a dam. I told him drop dead and even though he swore at me he wouldn't serve me. His language was not right and he should have honored original coupon.

His manners are unbecoming of any person especially a manager. I will let my neighbors know of this treatment per the Nextdoor.com site.

Please note I would not have used the verbage if he didn't swear to me.
