So every time we go to BK with a coupon they give us the 2 hours old stale garbage that isn't even room temperature anymore, but completely cold and practically flavorless. It's pretty sad that BK can't afford to treat customers who actually use the coupons that THEY give out like the rest of the customers. I'm not sure what kind of outcome could come from something like this, but really I was just looking to make it public that they think it's ok to treat people like second rate citizens for using the coupons and saving a buck or two.

Desired outcome: public exposure; people should know that they are second rate to BK

On September 3rd, at midnight, I decided to satisfy my craving for Burger King and visited the location in Country Club, Madera, California. Unfortunately, I was met with rude customer service and received food that was as cold as ice. As a result, I ended up in the hospital due to food poisoning. I strongly advise against eating there late at night; the experience left a lot to be desired.
