Burger King review: Charged for a free burger

To whom it may concern,
I noticed on my receipt that I was charged $3.48 for a Whopper..I had completed a survey for a free Whopper and it was not subtracted. Plus the cashier did not give me the larger coke which I thought was packaged up too.
Is there any chance I can get the money back for the overcharge?
