Burger King review: Bad service / wrong food / having food thrown at me

I went to the Upper Sandusky, Ohio Burger King for a quick bite, I ordered the buy one get the other free. When I first got to the drive-thru window, the total was $15.11 I told the server at the window I was doing the buy one get one free deal. She told me you have to let me know this because we ring things up differently. When I stated I said something before I placed my order, her reaction was "Well I didn't hear you so it doesn't matter". Rude! Clearly, this wasn't right no matter what I said she informed me I was wrong. Whooper #1. Plain whooper/ ketchup and onions only. #2. whooper/ cheese, bacon, tomatoes, onions, mayo. A order of chicken nuggets for a girl at work. None of the food came out as ordered, the #1. whooper had cheese pickles, ketchup and onions. The second whooper had bacon and mayo only. I went back to the window to let them know both burgers were not correct, the bag was snatched out of my hands and the comment "You people always have some kind of Complaint". I wanted to know what the server meant by that she answered and said "You know you People" I asked if it was because I was African American and my Son was of mixed race. Mrs. Howard (the server last name) Says "you said it I didn't". I then asked for the replacement Burgers, when I got them; the burgers were incorrect. I then asked if I could just get my money back, I no longer wanted the food. I was told to just leave, a younger lady did come to the drive thru window and Yes, she did apologize for the older ladies (Mrs. Howard's) behavior. However, I did not like the fact I had to ask 3x's to replace the incorrect order. Then once I wasn't able to get the correct meal; I just wanted my $15.11 returned to me. Not to be called out of my name, this has not been the first time we have had issues with this particular Burger King. Many of my co-workers have had issues with receiving the correct meals or, the serve is just so poor it makes you feels as if you never want to come back. The food was subpar at best near burger were made right and they were cold at best. The nuggets were just lifeless you can tell they had been sitting around for awhile just by the look.
I'm not sure what type of business your allowing your employees to run but, everything in Upper Sandusky Burger King should be Fired. And I already know there will be nothing done about the bad serve or, horrible food. So I contacted the news papers in Columbus, Ohio and Upper Sandusky to do a story about Burger King, in the last 6 years your serves has dropped, many people don't even like coming to Burger King anymore because the bad responses, subpar food and employees that act like they don't care. Back in the 90"s Burger King was the place to go and was beating out McDonalds, now it's just a place you go when you want something cheap.
