Isn't the point of a mobile order to be able to order and avoid the lines of people that did not pre-order using the mobile ordering app? Today, 4/1/20 I used mobile order order #25 at 6:07pm at 1420 East 72nd St Tacoma, WA 98404 location. The app said they call my name so I waited in the parking lot since no one is being let inside. I waited 20 min and nothing so I went to the drive through, bypassing the long line of cars and went to the window and told the two ladies I was mobile order 25 and it had been 20 min since I ordered but instead of giving me my order, they told me to get in line and wait. What's the purpose of mobile ordering if I have to wait in line? There were 8 cars there and my order should have been done already. I never got my food and am very angry with the service at that location. This is the second issue with the same location and two people within one week. So, what can Burger King do for me to solve this issue?
