After ordering at drive trough noticed a charged I had a question for. Manager looked me in eye and walked around counter. Was told bogo on receipt. But did not account for additional charges. Cashier said she could not add up receipt as she had no calculator. All the while not giving me the food. I finally in frustration gave up and lefty. Did not want something special in my order. I called after getting home and was told to talk to manager who was not there at 3pm. Asked for regional managers number and was told goodbye. I was pleasant and polite but found the cashier very rude. I will never eat at a Burger King ever. I will get my $17.00 dollars worth of food, but first I will call the health department. I also called corporate at [protected] and was told there was nothing they could do for me.
Desired outcome: Full refund as I did not recieve my order.
