Burger King

We visited Burger King store 9030 in St Peters MO on 6/7/21 at approximately 8 pm. It took us approximately 20 minutes to get through the line. Upon reaching the order box, we were told they would be with us in 5 minutes. After placing our order and arriving at the pick up window we waited an additional minute and our food was not even hot. The employee was apologetic, but gave no explanation as to the reason for the long wait time. Don't plan to visit this store again in the future.
