Website and laminate paper posted on the drive through intercom clearly stated open until 10:00 PM on Saturdays. Arrived at 9:15 pm to be told by the manager the restaurant is closed. Told me to go elsewhere.
I do not know why this complaint needs to be 350 characters to get some eyes on it. Closing down a hour early because you feel like it is wrong.
Desired outcome: Needs to be fixed. I am not sure why those employees should be paid for the hour if they “closed”.
