Burger King unsatisfactory food

I have enjoyed your chicken nuggets since i was a child... they have made a few changes over the years, but were always tasty. There is new advertisment that the chicken tenders are new, that got me in, and they were HORRIBLE you've ruined them, not to mention i had the worst spicy chicken sandwich, slathered in mayo i couldn't even eat it. I WILL NOT BE BACK. you have lost a life long customer. I may only visit your restuarant every couple weeks, but not any more... I WAS TRUELY DISAPPOINTED!

Burger King contact information

OK, I saw something on my facebook page. I takled to the person who posted it and she confirmed the statement made. I tried to contact Burger king to let them know this was happening but their sight makes it impossible to figure out how to contact them with a complaint or concern.
This is what was posted. "so today the boss says that when she leaves she is going to fire everyone and hire all new people who have to be trained as her vengeance on the corporation. I wonder if she was being honest. Guess I need to be looking a lot harder than I already am just in case. This woman rarely makes idle threats."
But Burger King does not seam to care if they make it so hard to ask them about this.

First off I never complain and do not like to get anyone in trouble but I own my own business and wish I had people telling bad reviews so I could correct them. I was just at the Burger King in Berlin NJ on rt. 73. I went through the drive-thru and the employee who was working the speaker I believe was Indian nationality. I could not understand one word that came out of his mouth. Now I'm not racist by any means and my wife who works for Indians for the passed 7 years, I can understand every word. This employee who I think was the mgr. (because he had on a blue shirt) I could not get ONE word he said. After ordering I had to pull up to the window to read his lips and STILL had an issue with it. Look I believe everyone should have a chance at making it in the work force in these horrible times but HOLY S&/T! Come on don't these owners hear them? When they are in training dont the trainers have any say in making them become Mgr's? I'm sorry but his English language was HORRIBLE! also he was getting mad at me because I couldn't understand him. Go figure

i was in the drive thur this evening and ordered a whopper jr., bk single stacker and a original chicken sandwich. it came to about 7 dollars and some odd change. i drove to the window gave her a $20 and she gave me 2 dollars and some odd cents back. i told the person at the window and told them i gave a $20 but got change for a $10. they told me to pull...

Burger King food

On 4/17/11 I stopped at the portland burger king. I ordered a soda, fries, fish sandwich and chicken nuggets, received the order and decided to eat it in my truck. When I opened the nuggets I found one had the end bitten off with obvious teeth marks on it. Setting it aside I then went to eat the fish sandwich and found a corner of that bitten off.In I went to the manager who was upset, refunded my money and personally made me a new meal. As there was only a couple of people working there, i'm sure he knew who did it. Apoligized and said he was just filling in as this wasn't his normal store. Next day I was sick.. To boot!

they had no trouble charging me for what i ordered but cannot put all the items in the bag. i ordered a whopper and the $1. onion rings. when i got home no rings. i tried to call but no one is there because they don't answer the phone. do they get that many complaints they don't answer the phone. very poor business ethics. or maybe they don't hgave anythis was at about 330pm

Came out of Wal-Mart and the wonderful smell of onion rings beckoned me to Burger King before heading home..I rarely eat here because of the high caloric content of most of the food but I was starving.
I wanted something small and inexpensive so I got the "value meal onion rings" (or some similar phrase).

Well the young ladies who waited on me were courteous and professional but the onion rings were extremely small and barely a handful was in the bag.
Also, the onion rings were mostly breading. what little bit of onion there was in the "ring" was limp and dry..
very disappointing-even for a "starving" shopper..

Two weeks ago I went into the Burger King located on N. West Ave., El Dorado, AR 71730. I order the same thing every week. This week when I placed my order and the cashier gave me my change, she short changed me. When I held up my receipt she said I know I owe you a dollar. She knew right off the bat that she had short changed me. In fact she owed me $1.23 but I did let the 23 cents slide.

Everytime I go to this Burger King they are always out of something, whether it is tomatoes, or onions. I am beginning to question the staff's loyalty to Burger King. If they don't want to make the customers happy why should the customer visit Burger King. This is not just once or twice a month that they are out of something. It is everyweek. The person who does the ordering should have gotten better at their job by now.

My husband and I were shocked to read the sign posted by the register... Because of the bad climate and poor quality of tomatoes, we are not serving tomatoes on any of our sandwiches. We are sorry... Pure BS. We also have a restaurant and we buy tomatoes, even though they are more expensive. We would never try to pull one over on our clients. Does BK think all consumers are idiots? If it is the high price of produce, that makes BK suffer, why not fire the King from the stupid commercials, like the one where he breaks into Micky D's for their recipe?

i would like to know policy on plastic gloves while preparing food for the public IS THIS A POLICY OR NOT I think that when preparing food for the public your staff should be wearing gloves when I asked a manager why she was not wearing gloves she replied they wash their hands every hour while i continued to watch see touched multiple items still continuing to prepare food for myself and others i was not the only costumer that voiced their opinoin we felt that this is a unsanutary way of business ALL FOOD PREPARERS SHOULD THINK OF THE PEOPLE THAT ARE COOKING THEIR FOOD WOULD THEY LIKE TO KNOW THAT THE PERSON COOKING FOR THEM IS NOT THINKING OF THEIR PERSONAL WELLBEING .

Store number 5979 On Highland Road in Kitchener.
My sister and I stopped in for lunch as 12:33 p.m. was when I placed my order. Chicken sandwich onion rings root beer no ice. At 12:47 p.m. is when I requested my money back.as no food as of yet then the girl brought food to counter with no apple pie, and the girl stated that the apple turnover were not done that she would bring to table my sister she stated let’s just eat. And the more I sat at the table the more I was upset. I then gave my food not touched to the boy whom brought the apple turnovers and requested my money back. There were a husband and wife waiting as well (as no meat ready). I watched the boy take my food and continue to dump it in the red buckets under warmer and when i went up to the assistant manager he was rude and stated that I would not get my money back as the food was fresh and I did not wait the 15 minutes. He would not even look at the receipt. I told him there was no way that i was sitting at the table with food. He said that he would make me new food but not giving me my money back. So I said fine give me the food. To which to my surprise he took it from the red bins under warmer and continued to put in bag and give me that food. Now this is from the garbage bin and he got me even more upset. Then a comment came from the couple stating that, that was not right. So I now have my food in a freezer bag in my freezer and want someone to be held countable. If they did that to me how many others. And right in front of me and other customers as well. I look forward to hearing from you as that was an experience that was head shaking in disbelief and he has a title of Assistant Manager.

Ok, maybe I'm confused, which is possible since Pat Johnson clearly has no idea what sentence structure is (I have a headache from reading this post). Your issue was that Burger King took the time to actually cook your food? They cooked your food and this made you so upset that you said you wanted a refund? Seriously, I want to drive to Kitchener right now since it would be the first time I ever got to eat hot, fresh Burger King. You must live on fast food Pat. I say that because clearly you have never had properly cooked food.

Believe me, you never going back to that Burger King again is the best thing that ever happened to that Burger King location. Also, do yourself a favor and throw away the food in the freezer. It makes you look like a psycho.

Burger King dirty men

After a brilliant weeks holiday in Egypt, My wife and I decided to eat at Burger king airport, whilst waiting for our return flight. My wife and I were waiting to be served and a Man from behind the counter, constantly clucked and wolf whistled towards my wife while calling out "sexy woman" and "my woman", the man's name on his tag was Ahmad. My wife and I were appaled by this and my wife was made to feel like a piece of meat.
Please can you advise me on any thing I can do.

I am sorry to have found your email so late but I would like to tell you that I had the same incident happen to me and with the same person same place. And even worse while I was with my mother in-law and her husband! i was on a business trip to Egypt from Dubai and the last day I decided to spend it with my in-laws since they live in Egypt. They decided to take me to the airport to see me off. but since we had arrived too early for my flight I decided to treat them for lunch and we picked Burger King. I was ordering our food when Ahmed the gentlemen in question has decided to ask me impertinent questions about my personal life. I had already seated my in-laws since they are elderly and when my father in-law notices this he stands up from where he is seated and comes over to the register where I am standing. Well words came into play and then he started shouting obscenities to my father in-law. telling him that he had slept with me and was he jealous.( meaning my father in-law.) I told him to let it go and walked away from the counter, so he did. At all this we walked away from the counter and we were waiting for our food or more or less to be called back to the counter . And Ahmed decided to deliver it himself. just to aggravate matters, he starts mocking my father in-law and my father in-law being a peaceful man is trying to avoid for it to become a full fledged fist fight ! I was astonished at the way the colleagues were just standing around laughing. at some point in time he just walked back to the counter still saying things to me and my father in-law. If you noticed that area is very quiet, anyway that is what I noticed while I was there we were the only clients there. I believe we should try to find out who is the franchise owner and launch a complaint against this man. I am busy with this will keep you informed.

Burger King blue mould in bap

I visited the burger king branch in the tower centre in ballymena where I ordered a double Angus meal, whilst eating I noticed blue mould on the burger half way through my meal, I took the burger back as the person who served me just looked at me' without a care in the world! Is there any where else I can push this complaint to?The cleaner on the floor also witnessed this as I showed her as proof of the blue mould also you should see myself returning the product back on CCTV.

On march 18, 2011...11:50pm... I drove up to the drive-thru speaker... Noticed one car at the pickup window... Waited a minute for my order to be taken... No response... Called out to the speaker... Waited a minute... No response... Beeped my horn... No response... Pulled up behind the car waiting at the pickup window... Well I waited and waited 10 minute...

The managers at this location on night shift have a nasty mouth talk back to the customers and also so the employees. service is low and my order is always wrong when i come the though drive though. she is aq dark skin female with glasses. she need to not work at night and with people. the second time at your store. managers was eating not wearing glove...

Burger King lies & very poor service

Today we visited with our daughter the BK in Curaçao. She just turned six and we expected a nice service and a good meal. Our disappointment was as more indescribeabele as we weren´t only be treated like s...t by the counter staff. No! After we complained we also were not taken serious by the "General Manger". So what happened: first we were served by Mrs. Nonmotivation 2011. For a smile or a friendly treatment you have to pay her extra...but OK! One of our burgers was crushed and did not look tasty...hmm OK! They gave us the wrong drink with definitely to much ice...still OK! Although the restaurant was nearly empty, the tables where still messy...OK! But as we asked to change the toys of the Kids Menu, because our daughters celebrates her special day, the answer was: "we have only this available"...OK. But a minute later a local boy got 4 (FOUR) different toys with only 1 menu! This was the point to complain. But instead of apologizing, changing the toys and treating us like customers the staff tought us very unfriendly that we have to bear our fate without complaining. In an act of mercy they finally changed the toys after a short discussion of only about 5 minutes. Even the "General Manager" Margaretha did not take us serious and defended her "Team" successfully against the evil clients we have been. It´s the only Burger King on the island, so we can to go easily to another one...but luckily we have a lot of Subway´s, Mc Donalds and KFC´s here :-)

my point of contention is simple flamebroiled? maybe but why do l always see a wrapped burger being thrown into a micro? l believe a flame is a flame a closed box is a micro. now the obvious bk employee above on a angry rant has sniffed too many bags of fries. if cust was wrong about terrible service and a bad toy they do offer other toys in case of double or toy already possessed see comment about four other toys given to a male child. however if you go screaming and ranting about an issue expect people to respond in same manner after all an employee is not an endentured servant, not saying thats what happened because l have seen cust service at an all time low and pissy people angry at the cust for the simple reason of walking through the door.

No greeting.Stood there heard laughing in the back. I know someone saw me and didnt even acknowledge that I was in the restaurant. Just couldnt care less if I was standing there. Just plain dont care about their customers

Was in the mood for BK when I got off my part-time job. Drove up to the restaurant @10:50PM on Saturday 6/21/08 and saw 7 of their associates and what appeared to be the manager, outside - smoking, etc. The sign very clearly states that the drive thru is open till 2AM, so I figured that I would give it a shot, but I got no service. It appears that everyone was outside - no one was working just goofing around. I drove past the group to go back onto Route 40 - and heard a few interesting comment and saw a few gestures.

A fair point but the person who acknowledged you was probably stationed out back, or at worst, didn't know how to serve or use tills.

We are Debra and Brian Skinner we live at 7322 so 40th street in bellevue NE We went to the Burger King at 49th and L street in Omaha The Personnel was both slow and lousy the restaurant was dirty and the food was terrible My wife got sick from the food and we will not go there again The salad I ordered was under a heat lamp for 5 minutes and the whopper...

Every visit, the food is cold. Most visits, the order is incorrect. After hours, the food is old and nasty. The employees barely speak English, so count on your order being incorrect. The management is useless. There is NO complaint phone number for corporate Burger King. Each individual store handles their own complaints, so don't even bother complaining...

Burger King rude staff

Fellow Consumers,
I stopped by the local Burger King with my children following a youth soccer match to catch a quick bite after a long and busy day. The lady behind the register was very snappy and seemed annoyed when I inquired, after she handed me my cup, which of the two unmarked urns on the counter contained usweetened ice tea. No real issue there, I simply poured my tea and went and sat with the children until our number was called to pick up our food. We received our meals and began to eat when Ms Personality entered the dining area and began to exclaim very loudly how the customers were pigs, and that if her children were such slobs that she would beat them. With this the elderly couple to whom she directed her rant got up and left, they were the only other diners at the time. In her huff, lets call her Leigh, she began clearing some tables near my children and I that had a few unopened ketchup packages left behind.
The food quality was good, the facility was clean and presentable, but the attitude of this Robertsdale Burger King management employee was unsettling for my children and they asked that we never eat there again. I assured them that our future stops would be at the Wendys across the highway.
I entered my comments on the call-in number provided on the back of my receipt as best I could, but Burger King's focus seemed to be on their new "jalapeno angus whatever" and fries. I visited the Burger King web site and there is not an email address to send complaints, just a phone number. I feel compeled to share this with consumers and know that no one would ever hear some anonymous voicemail left with a corporate answering machine. So, if you ever visit Robertsdale, Alabama do yourself a favor and stop at the Arby's or Wendys if you just need a quick bite. Burger King is still OK if you don't mind going through the drive-thru!

There is a girl that works for Burger King in Courtenay that will not serve customers in the way that she was trained. Fast food requires you to be as fast as possible. Three times now I have come to eat there on my lunch break from work and have had to wait up to 25 minutes for my food. I am ignored, and my order is never taken immediately. I always come in when there is no line up. I was trying to get to the airport on time two weeks ago and I was going through the drive thru, apparently she needed to ask a question or something to the manager and was holding our bag of food right after we'd paid for it and turned her back on us, I had to yell at her to get her attention so we could have our order. Orders are constantly being screwed up when I'm in there in person to order something. Yesterday was the worst it's been and I will never go back. I waited fifteen minutes for service, she knew I was there and told me she would be with me in a bit, screwed up four orders in front of me and then walked away to the back! When I saw her again I told her I didn't have long to wait, she rolled her eyes at me and turned her back on me. I don't think I've ever been that angry over food in my life. The audacity of this girl is astounding. I wonder if her boss will see this? I hope they do, I haven't found a way to talk to the manager as of yet. I don't recommend anyone eat here unless she isn't working.

I had to sign back in to work by the time I got back instead of eating the food I finally got from Quality Foods. Better service and food all around.

If it was one employee, then speak to management. If she is management, ask for her boss or a corporate number. Attacking the establishment does nothing. Burger King, like all of its competitors, is not going to go bankrupt because of one location. The other employees, however, may suffer a loss of hours if others follow your lead and blow off BK all together. Apparently, you aren't worried about anything like that, because you probably have a very well paying job with secure hours. Not everyone could be so lucky in this economy. So, I agree "Leigh" needs some sort of punishment, but if she is the one and only issue with the restaurant, then I'm quite sure, if you were truly offended, that there are ways to seek justice and still eat some awesome flame-broiled burgers.

I went to Burger King in Opp Alabama Saturday and this girl named Ashley McCraine waited on me and she was very rude she cussed at the people in front of me and then yelled at me. I think they need to get rid of her she is always like that.

No i have never worked at Burger King and no she didn't steal my boyfriend she is like 20 and i am in my 50's thank you very much. She is just a very rude person that they need to get rid of. And i do have a life so dont you get a smart mouth with me you dont even know me so keep your mouth shut. This is a complaint board and that is what i am doing.

Burger King 33 minute drive thru

Ordered a chicken sandwich value meal at 6:33pm in the drive through. She took my money. She told me to pull up and she would bring it out. There was three other cars waiting in the parking lot. I waited til 6:55 then went back in to get my money back. She took her time and came back and said that will be six dollars and something. I was like why? I want my money BACK not give you more. Then she took her time and said that will be three dollars and something because of the drink. She gave me my ten dollars back and I gave her four and said don't worry about the change. I got out of there at 7:06pm with no food minus four bucks and drink. I will never go back to this location again. They are usually rude and this was the last straw. I could tell they were understaffed but they weren't even trying. Anyway on the plus side my Taco Bell was good!

Burger King customer

I went to Burger King in Opp Alabama the other day and Ashley McCranie was working again and she was very rude to some people ahead of me in line. And then when i got ready to order she was very rude to me. She gave me cold fries and i ask for fresh ones and she said those was just fine. And i said that if she didnt start being nicer to people someone was going to turn her in and she said she didnt give a _ _ _ _ she didnt need this job anyways.
And i think it should be against the Burger King rules to date each other if you both work there.

Recently burger king forced it's employees to go to paperless payroll paystubs and assigned each employee a money network paycard with more hoops to jump through than basketball. For two weeks, I have been trying to get a copy of my "paystubs", not just my net pay. Paystubs - hours worked, gross pay and deductions. There are government regulations that...

Burger King coffee

I would like to know why you changed your coffee. I was at the restraunt in oakland maryland until you changed now I do not go there and neither do a lot of my friends either. I really miss the good coffee you used to have. Thank you

Went to BK because I love(d) their coffee. I didn't know they had changed brands. When I opened the lid, I thought they had poured some that must have been sitting for hours. It didn't even smell like the coffee I had been getting, and tasted horrible. Then I saw the side of the cup proclaiming to have some Seattle's Best Coffee. I hope they get a million complaints about switching. Bring back the other coffee, PLEASE!

Burger King costumer

I went to burger king in opp, alabama last night and the girl that waited on me was ashley mccraine she was very rude she yell at me and cussed at me. And when she gave me my food she just threw it at me.

Burger King price increase

I cannot believe it! Burger King raised it's price for a Whopper Jr. a second time in 6 months. About 6 months ago Burger King raised the price of their Whopper Jr. from $1.00 to $1.29. In February 2011 they raised the price again to $1.49. Thats a 49% price increase within 6 months. Apparently that makes sense since my salary increased by 0.5% for 2011. Burger King isn't the only game in town, so I'll be playing my game under the golden arches instead!

my family and i were at the atlanta airport waiting for our flight. hungry we decided to eat at burger king on concourse-d. the hamburgers were raw, and not wanting to get back in the very long line to say something, we just threw them away. our flight was getting ready to leave and we didn't have time to complain. normally we like burger king, but that just turns you away expecially when you were very hungry and paying the high price in the airport to eat and had to settle for cookies or peanuts on the plane coming back home.

I agree that they shouldnt have raised... they keep raising and yes they are losing 1.50 each customer they lose but not all customers only used to order just 1 sandwich... many would order enough for the whole family AND fries, oh and drinks... In my case that would have been 35.00 for a family every time we went... Instead... we are now going across the street to McD and getting the same amount of food for 18.00... Not even joking... So before you say it dont add up, they lose 70 per week from our family most weeks... and we arent the only ones... Adds up quick with everyone boycotting the hikes...

Burger King (BKC) was downgraded to sell from buy at Deutsche Bank and to neutral from overweight at Piper Jaffray. The company is being acquired by 3G Capital for $24 per share in cash. LOL !

I just don't see how bad products stock can go up. If I had stock in BK, I would be selling it today right after overpaying. But yes I am a small business 200.000k a year and every penny counts.

Gas stayed in the same bracket in San Diego for te last quarter. Not nearly 40% up. I say protest BK and run them out of business. They make a choice to prey, they aren't important enough to stay in business.
