I went to location at 121/Stacy Rd on Sunday 11.13.2022. The man running the store/drive thru was very rude, the store was out of straws and my food was ice cold. They only had 3 of 7 drinks on the menu board. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker the employee said "I will take your order when I can" I sat there for several minutes and then he said "I can take your order now". When I got to the window he handed me my drink and followed with "we are out of straws". I will never go to this location again, I know all places are short staffed but the lady who used to work at this location was a ROCK STAR compared to this guy that is now running the show. I went around lunch time and I will never go back to this location again. Terrible experience. I left, threw my sandwich in the trash because I did not want to deal with the jerk working there.

Store hours open at 6am, I waited in parking lot until 6:35am before even being let in. Once let in, I was not asked if I wanted to order, the lady went right back to cleaning and preparing for the day. I was not able to place any orders until 6:45am. The lady was rude, flustered, and did not seem like she wanted to deal with myself or the other two gentlemen. Very disappointed and late now for my day.
