Burger King hours of operation

On Nov. 27, 2017 at approximately 10:30 p.m., a friend and I walked in to our local burger king (in Texas City on Palmer Highway) to sit down and eat a late meal. As we placed our order inside the building then sitting down at the table to wait for the order, the guy behind the counter told us the dining area was closed. The website clearly says they are open until midnight and the sign on the door says "dining" in is open until 11:00 p.m. I sighed when he told me and told him I was homeless (which I'm not) and would like to stay and eat there. He basically ignored me and didn't offer any other explanation as to why we were being "kicked out" of the restaurant. I'm guessing it's because he didn't want to hear us complain about how horrific the food was. We sat outside in the parking lot and ate or meal which as I mentioned was disgusting. I'm not sure if the two for $6 was because they were outdated meat patties or what but I've visited Burger King many years and this was the first time I can honestly say it was the most tasteless burger EVER. Someone needs to find out who the manager is of that location and find out why they are kicking customers out before closing time. I will never visit BK ever again! Please fix your problem or you'll more than likely continue losing more customers.

You will need to contact the location directly with your feedback as they most likely will not see your complaint here. I would recommend refraining from lying about being homeless however. That isn't something you should mention lightly, especially just so that you can stay in a restaurant longer. I'm sure homelessness is something the employees must deal with; it is probably very unpleasant and difficult to handle. Be prepared, they may not be inclined to believe your story at all since you have already admitted to being a liar.

Burger King slow service and argumentative employee

On November 22 around the mid afternoon I pulled into the Cortez CO Burger King. I pulled up to the order location and then waited for approximately five minutes before a female employee final acknowledged we were there. She told to wait a minute and she would get to us. I told her we had already been waiting over five minutes and we were ready to order. She just kept arguing with me that I was incorrect that we had not been waiting. She just kept arguing the point. I finally gave and pulled up to the window and asked for a manager. After about a minute a woman came to the window. I started explaining my frustration with the employee only to have the employee jump back into the conversation again telling how I was wrong. With the manager just standing there and not even trying to speak I finally just gave up on the place and went to another competing chain. If this is what I can expect from the Cortez CO Burger King I will never stop there again. The manager was worthless I could not even speak to her without having the other female employee jumping in and start arguing again with me. Terrible experience. If you want to review the security video it will confirm my extended wait time. I know wish I had recorded the employee arguing with me. Not that it really matters I will NEVER stop at that location again.

Burger King charged extra

I had 1 coupon good for 1 original chicken sandwich, with purchase of lg drink.
I ordered 1 chicken sandwich, 1 large drink and medium onion ring.
The cashier asked another employee how to ring in the coupon. My total didnt change l, and when i asked the cashier if my sandwich was free she said yes. It was not. I did not want to argue, so i ended up paying full price.

Burger King quality of food

I hate when my co-workers ask me to pickup their lunch and they ask for Burger King. I went to the location on Greenwell Springs Rd zip 70739. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with extra mayo. I should of asked for no mayo. I got no mayo and nothing else. Only bread and what looks like some kind of chicken. It was so hard could not eat it. This is not my first time getting screwed by this Burger King. Next time these guy ask me to pickup there food and they ask for Burger King I will tell them to walk there. And to top this off even better the person didn't even give me my receipt so I could take their survey. Go figure I guess they know people will complain and this way they never hear about it. Hell even if they did hear about it nothing would be done. Just go look at the other surveies I have done on the past orders.

Burger King app

i used the app to find a burger king that took the mobile payment i followed directions on the app to the Burger king that would accept my mobile payment at 7955 W Flagler St Miami, Fl 33144. when i get there the girl at the register has no idea what im talking about and refused my mobile payment i dont know whos fault this falls under but this is totally unaceptable the resturant lost money in this case because i had to use alternate form of payment which resulted in a much smaller purchase. if you intend on moving into the present with technology then do it right!

Burger King worst experiences

Today i went to your store #422, and it was disgusting. I went there a few weeks back hoping to see a particular area cleaned. Today i found that it still was not. This is the closest burger king to me and it's unfortunate that it's horrible and unsanitary. I went there today to use my coupons you guys send to your customers with the great deals. Only to be highly disappointed with hash browns fried in old grease, with two sandwiches that wasn't even on the coupon but some how were given (i guess she didn't understand the coupon. I'm sitting here at my desk sick to my stomach and that doesn't make any sense. I should be able to go to any burger king and receive the great food i expect. I'm truly considering calling the health department because this is not right! someone needs to check into this location.

Burger King store hours/employees attitude

My husband & I stopped at the store in Maryville, TN, 730 Foothills Blvd. last night at 7:30 p.m. The doors were locked and the dining room was closed! The drive thru was open so we ordered our food which was ok. The girl that was working the window was very nice but had to ask someone, I am assuming the manager a question about our coupon and the woman looked and talked to the little girl like she was stupid. She had the most angry look on her face. I don't know what was going on there last night but if this store wants business they need to stay open the hours that is posted and treat the employees with respect. I won't be going back to this store!

Did you ask why they locked up early? It's possible that they had an emergency or short-staffing issues arise.

Burger King misleading advertising

I went to the BK in Lake Orion, Mi on 11/27/2017.There was a sign next to the drive thru speaker advertising 2for6 $ Whoppers/Chicken Sandwiches and Chicken Fries mix and match. I questioned my bill when I got to the window and I was told the sign was wrong and I was charged full price for my Whopper and Chicken Fries.I was told if I wanted to wait for an employee to go outside and take a picture to bring back for the manager to confirm what I was saying I could wait. I was on a lunch hour and did not have time for all that nonsense. Michigan law says posted prices are to be honored. I didn't even plan on ordering Chicken fries until I saw that sign. I probably will not be going back to Burger King. Its not the customers job to know if a sign is current or not and advertising on site should be honored at all times.

Did you check if the sign had a date on it? Or an exclusions apply notice? Either way, I did check the law you are mentioning and it states that "prepared food intended to be immediately eaten" are excluded from it.

Burger King bad service

Was at the burger King at 3051 E 45th Ave.. In Denver, Co... Last nite 11/26/17.. put in my order at 5:50pm.. Order was just Total of 4 items...was still waiting for order at 6:20.. I had to go an ask for it because it was taking to long.. They just began to give excuses of why saying there's other customers... I still had to wait another 5 minutes. I never had to wait that long in a fast food resturaunt ever.. 25 minutes is a long time to wait for 4 items.. We eat there often an last night was the worst.. Very upset bout this. Thank you

Burger King quality of food and service

I have ordered 2 large french fries yesterday.the food quality was very poor and cold.
i thought my money is wasted.late delivery.

i request you to please refund my money as i don't want to waste my money in such a bad quality of food.

Burger King slow service, order was wrong & short changed when asked for refund

We visited your restaurant in Cameron MO this afternoon. After waiting for about 25 minutes we were not served. Others that came after us were served & gone. When asked what the problem was they had not even started to prepare our food. When we finally did get our order it was not even close to being right. My son ordered an original chicken s/w with cheese. This sandwich had no cheese, no condiments, no tomato except for lettuce & onions. My crispy chicken sandwich had no condiments at all. Rather that wait longer I requested my money be returned so we could go somewhere else. I did not realize that the person that refunded my money short changed me by $4.74. I gave the person that waited on us at the register a $20 bill & received $7.63 in change. When the person refunded my money they gave me $7.63 which was the change amount--not the amount of my order which was $13.37. I do not anticipate going to any of your restaurants anytime soon--if ever.

Burger King manager

The manager Jesse of night shift talks about his sex life (how many men he has rammed) while customers are eating, mistreats the workers and uses fowl language. 495 SOUTH MT. AUBURN . This needs to be handled as he has a nasty mouth and attitude an he is aslos very rude to his co workers too. He needs to be dealt with or not a manager. I've heard him repeatedly talk badly about a coworker and he dosent deserve the authority he has.

Burger King both of my meals was wrong

I ordered 2 whopper meals. One with cheese medium size with fries. The other was a regular whopper meal with no onion extra mayo with onion rings. The meal that was medium sized the manager gave me small sized and the other whopper meal only had extra mayo and tomatoes which she gave medium sized everything was wrong and the manager didn't seem to care one bit. This was around 12:35 am which the drive through time said they closed at 2:00 am and she was saying she was closing and just complaining no good customer service at all. It was a horrible experience

Burger King got wrong order from drive-thru

On 11/26/17 at about 730am went through drive-thru on 1704 S Pine Ave Ocala, Fl and ordered 4 sausage/egg/ cheese biscuits(order #73). When checked bag top wrapped item was a S/E/C biscuit with 3 more wrapped biscuits but when got home realized other biscuits were plain sausage! I live 30mins away so attempted to call store 3 times but no answer :( !

Burger King wrong food/refusal to help

Ordered 5 Whoppers with cheese and extra mayo and 5 onion rings. Got home and saw every single one had NO cheese and NO mayo at all. Then, I received 5 fries instead of rings. I drove back to the restaurant and the MEAN girl at the window said in order to register a complaint, I HAD TO PHYSICALLY WALK IN. ?! She refused to help otherwise, and also TOOK my receipt and would not give it back. I would like to be given back my money or some type of gift card for this nonsense!

Burger King food

Went thru drive-thru 10 before closing. Was waiting for awhile before I was helped. I had to keep repeating order to girl. Got home and my order totally wrong. I paid for cheese in my burgers and only one had cheese. Asked for xtra mayo(one they forgot to put cheese in)and they put regular mayo. Burger had no onions. The other burger I asked for ketchup and mustard and they put ALOT of mustard no ketchup. I am very unhappy right now. Tried to call but I just get 866 that states it is closed.

Burger King customer service

We ordered two bundle packs at the counter, the clerk who helped us was very dry not very courteous . When our order was done he forgot to provide the extra fries we were entitled to when we brought it up it seemed to annoy him, he didn't even suggest a apology for forgetting the fries. Also I had asked for ranch and ketchup he basically threw the ranch at me and shoved the ketchup bin at me. The management needs to talk to him he had dark blondish hair and glasses. I didn't catch his name. That to me is not how you treat a customer!

Burger King customer service

I went to the burger king in towanda, pa today and experienced terrible service. The cashier, Ashley, was very rude. I ordered a milkshake for work, she took the order and made the shake and tossed it on the counter hard enough to tip it over almost spilling the contents everywhere. She just scoffed and stormed off leaving another employee to apologize. This isn't the only time I have received bad service from this individual. This girl has ginger colored hair and a kinda squeaky voice. Thank you

Burger King media policy

November 25, 2017 at 2:30pm, we went to the Burger King on High Street in Pottstown, Pennsylvania . We chose to consume our meals inside the facility. While the service and the food were adequate the three televisions were tuned to Fox News. We asked if the channel could changed to a non-political station such as The Weather Channel or The Disney Channel but were told that corporate policy forbid local management from changing the channel. The manager attempted to tun one of the televisions off, but it resumed playing Fox News 30 seconds later. It is inappropriate to proselytize or politic in what should be a neutral environment. If it is the policy of Burger King to promote any particular set of religious or political views, you will never again have me or my family as customers.

Burger King complaint about the general manager of burger king #13398

During our recent visit to Burger King #13398, 163 Madison Street, Worcester MA 01610, we went into order (Order #37 at 4:59pm) which we happily ate and kept to ourselves. In the store we noticed a man without shoes who barely spoke a lick of the english language, while normally I do give to homeless people living on the streets when I encounter them this time was no different, so I went to the counter with my significant other intent on buying the man a meal, not a scrap of one but actual meal. The general manager was there and refused to sell to us because it was for him. At that point I put a huge fuss and he still refused, it wasn't until I mentioned putting a complaint into his district manager that he stepped aside and let someone else do the order. How rude does this man have to be? I can't believe during the holiday season, one day after thanksgiving he could be so rude not only to customers but also someone so down on their luck. It is a disgrace to not only the company but humanity itself. You should be very ashamed of the general manager and the company as a whole. I do hope that this man is removed of his position immediately as he obviously should not be a representative of the company. I will be further expanding this on social media. Have a wonderful day.
