Burger King currency exchange

Hello, I do not know if you have control over Burger Kings in Cambodia but here is my complaint. The known standard for USD to Khmer Riel is 4000 KHR to 1 USD so a 1000 KHR note is like a quarter to us in the USA. Most business, if something is .50, because USD is widely accepted here, will only take 2000 KHR and forget the proper exchange. Now I do see where some could take advantage of this but my complaint is that Burger King doesn't give the exchange for change back. So basically they use the exchange only for money in not money out. Yesterday I went and bought a soft serve ice cream cone for .50 I gave 2000 KHR and they asked for 100 KHR more basically a penny, and I know pennies add up but, come on.
Today I order a Double Cheeseburger meal and large size it was 5.30 I gave 6.00 USD so change should be .70, they handed me 2, 700 KHR which in real currency exchange is .66485 usd. When they should have given me more like 3000 khr. Burger King in Cambodia is basically, knowingly stealing from people everyday. This should be stopped.

Burger King not being paid on payday

Hello I'm a former employee and they're several reasons why.Let me start off by saying that the assistant manager on Phelan Boulevard in Beaumont, Texas(Monica) is very loud and boisterous.I've worked several restaurants and I've never seen anything like it.You should be setting an example but instead she's been caught taking a shot of liquor from her bottle and smoking a cigarette to try and cover up the smell.I was wrongfully accused of something and was wrongfully terminated.I need my job because I have a family that needs my support.The district manager is very rude and he threatened me.Me personally don't take threats lightly but I just said ok.Several people were terminated because of this same issue and that's why people don't stay employed there long.I really need to speak to someone as soon as possible because when I called my pay card they tell me my card isn't even registered and I bet started working there in October 2017.After I spoke to a representative they said that it may take 24 hours to activate it and I really don't think that's fair at all.

Burger King shelton managers

Hi I'm the girlfriend of one of the employees over at the Shelton wa Burger King . These last few months have been just awful started last month when I went into labor with my son had an emergency c section well both of the new managers over at the Shelton wa Burger King wrote him up because he didn't give them enough warning about my emergency contact section. Every day I'm hafting to wait hours after his schedule time off to pick him up because the manager Mary tells me that they don't have a schedule time off there allowed to keep the employees as long as they want or need them. And just today the manager Kelly took his cell phone away from him for 3 hours he wasn't allowed to have his phone back till his break. Yesterday he didn't even get his break till he was off. If I need to get in contact with my boyfriend over an emergency mary says there too busy to let me get in contact with him. Mary and Kelly are both managers over at the Shelton Burger King and are making this just awful I'd like to see some action done here before I go higher up and seek legal counsel please handle this

Everything Is explained above the service was not good, ceiling was leaking water food was so cold I asked for a refund the manager kept asking if we wanted a bigger meal after seeing the roof I said no then we waited 20mins for our money back... Me and my husband was late for work and didn't get to have our meal together what a waste of time this place is awful

Burger King whopper with cheese meal

Please see attached photo.

Very disappointed with my experience at the Burger King Restaurant on Barksdale Blvd in Bossier City, LA.

I was the only customer at the restaurant at the time of my visit, as it was not a peak hour for eating dinner.

Unfortunately, I did not check my order until I had made it home, so I was not able to exchange it for a decently prepared hamburger.

Other than the completely burned bun, I also requested no pickles and no tomatoes.

Burger King 2 for $4.00 breakfast sandwich deal

We stopped at BK (2022 Colusa Ave, YC) for the breakfast sandwich deal. We were order #43 on 11/22/17 09:28 am, we ordered an extra slice of ham on each sandwich and expected to pay extra. Perhaps $1 ea. extra, however, when the total came up at the window, we were charged $4.69 ea! Which means, the sandwiches were $2.00 price and you charged us $2.69 for ONE slice of ham! You charged more for one slice of ham than the total cost of the sandwich! We ended up paying a total of $9.38 for the two sandwiches alone, I could have bought a pre-cooked 5 pound ham for that much! That is ridiculous!

Burger King quality of food and service

I just ordered lunch from the burger king at 8667 Columbus pike in Lewis center, Ohio. I ordered a chicken sandwich number 9 combo meal with a large coke with no ice, onion rings instead of fries, and no tomato on the sandwich. The coke still had ice in it, and the chicken on the sandwich was mostly cartilage and hard to bite and chew, to the point I didn't even finish eating it. On top of that I specifically ordered lots of zesty sauce for my onion rings and I got no sauce at all in my bag. They only thing they got right was no tomato on the sandwich. This has been an issue every time I go to burger king and in seriously considering just not eating food from there anymore. Please do something about the quality of the food and accuracy of orders at this location as well as the Pickerington Ohio location on hill rd.

Burger King health and safety

I was in your burger king Aberdeen Washington last week to get a bite and was disgusted at the customer service in general. I was the only customer to served and it took me 10 mins to order . Before I ordered one crew member came in from outside smelling of marijuana and cigarettes it went straight back behind the counter without washing his hands. He was working the drive-thru but I still felt he needed to wash his hands after being outside. This employee caught my eye and my nose. He did not have a name tag on so i talked to a manager and even he looked high. I asked him where at the designated smoking area for employees he said that usually smoke the area that houses the dumpsters. So we have an employee smoking weed by a dumpster coming into your store without washing his hands and then is arguing with what looks to be his Superior about where he is supposed to be. And it sounded like he burned himself on something. Probably because he was high. Meanwhile no one is helping me. The entire situation made me uncomfortable and I subsequently did not eat what I ordered. This communication is just to inform you that in my opinion a number of crew members and at least one manager are smoking marijuana not washing their hands and ignoring customers. Please review your crew at this location. This is a combination for disaster either through personal injury or contamination of food. I'm writing this out of necessity I do not want to see anyone getting sick or an employee being injured because another employee's high off marijuana. Please help

Burger King no stock

I have had several people talking on FB about the BK in Camilla GA lately. No drink supplies in the machine, some have said they have been out of chicken products for almost 2 weeks. I normally go by at least 3-4 times a week in the morning and purchase a sausage biscuit, large hash brown and orange juice. This morning was the 2nd time in less than 6 weeks they have been out of biscuits. I just left the drive thru without purchasing anything at all. The manager is a nice enough guy and not sure who is responsible for stock but something needs to be done to improve the availability of menu items along with employee training as the normal lady who takes my order is very rude on the speaker. You are going to lose business here in Camilla unless something happens on both of these issues. Thanks.

My girlfriend and I decided to get a burger at BK last night because it sounded good and noticed hardly no one was there. We pulled up to the drive through and noticed that the speaker and order screen were not in proper working order. After a few moments of explaining on what we were ordering the gentleman worker asked us to pull forward to the window because he himself knew that the order speaker was not in the best condition. He apologized and we confirmed our order again, we paid and waited patiently as we noticed that there were two female workers in there with him that completely ignored us and their jobs causing the male worker that we were speaking to do all the work. One female worker was not dressed properly as if she just came in to the job from home and still in her pajamas, she rolled her eyes at him as he asked her for help completing our order and she said that she was getting no where near the widow complaining that it was 30 degrees outside when it was only 65. she then refused to help him as she poured herself a drink from the soda machine and walked away giving us a dirty glare and with a very bad attitude, she also asked another female worker to go with her and leave it all to the male worker as he kept asking for help. He had to do everything working the window, the cash register, serving the drinks, the cooking and working the order speaker, he apologized multiple times as he told us he had to make everything on our order. We told him it's okay to take his time as he looked and sounded very nervous and embarrassed. My girlfriend and I could not believe our eyes as we watched this poor guy do all the work that a team should do, he came back and apologized once more as he said he just got the fries ready. All the while the other two ladies did nothing but sit in the dining area talking to one another. As he was getting ready to hand us our order we heard him shout out to the two female workers that "Hey I need help there are two more vehicles parking in the drive through" yet we noticed that they never cared to help nor even reply to him as if he was talking to himself. It was sad to watch as he did his job like he was supposed to do and also do their job, as we were driving away we could still see the other two female workers sitting in the dining area trying to hide from him and their work and one looked like she was sleeping at a table with her grey hoodie up hiding her face while the other one was on her phone with her feet up on a table not caring about the poor guy asking for help or the job. It was the first time at this location that we had ever seen such horrible service and employees ever. The reason I am writing this is not because of the Male worker he did nothing wrong it is because of those two lazy, careless, sloppy, unprofessional and irresponsible female workers just getting money while not doing a thing making the burger king company look bad. Please contact the store manager at the location and have them view the camera footage to see the proof of this, this is not right to have one person do all the work while the other employees do nothing and get paid for freely for it! makes The Burger King look bad and the area near a very popular environment!
IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP along with their speaker order box.

Burger King service

I went to burger king that's located on rt30 off Pennsylvania Ave wasn't to satisfy with service, I went through the drive thru place an order, such as three of 10pc chicken nuggets and medium coffee . The yong man that was at the second window that gives the customer the food wasn't too friendly, unprofessional, was very mouthy and the manager that was taken the orders was very pushy, she was litterality rushing me to place my order wasn't too fast for her, she asked me what type of sauce I wanted, I was checking with my fiancee to see what kind of sauce he wanted that's when I was being rushed.

Burger King the drive thru in the kaiser, oregon burger king location is super dark and unlit

Hi,
I drive a Cadillac and when I went thru the Drive-thru Burger King last week the curb is not noticeable, it is so dark, unlit and one cannot see to pull forward after ordering your curb damaged my front driver's side chrome rim. There is nothing there indicating a curb is there to ruin your wheels and I think that you need to have better lighting. I am not sure what it will cost me to repair the damage, but something needs to be done.

Burger King over charging for food

Just a heads up to everyone in SM. The Burger King on Pico and 20th doesn't feel they have to give you the sales price unless you ask for it! That seems like bad business and skeazy business practices. I only noticed after I got home. I guess I should have checked my credit card at the time. Still trying to get satisfaction 6 calls and no follow up or response?

Many retailers require you to mention promotions or coupons in order to receive the discounts. Have you tried bringing your receipt back to the location you purchased the food at?

Burger King out of whopper meat

Order 2 whoppers at 11:14 she says its gonna be 20 minute wait I said OK . Got to the window like 15 min later, 4 cars in front of me were waited on I pull up yo window the little rude horrible attitude lady opens the window says were outta whopper meat we've been slammed, I couldn't believe it I sat in line for nothing what kind of people do you have working for you that couldn't have at least tried to let me know. Was no 2 whoppers for 6 bucks, I'm really very irritated

Burger king scam to get you to their store and then they tell you the whopper is not available . Not once but twice in two weeks .On top of that they tell you the whole area is out of whoppers. Is this false advertising when you can not order the special for two weeks.And it is for a limited time only?

Burger King food was wrong and cold

First, my order was wrong even after I corrected the cashier. I was given nuggets instead of the 2 chicken sandwiches I ordered. I had to drive all the way back after I was assured everything was in the bag so now the food went from lukewarm to ice cold. Basically all of that was a waste of $23.56-not to mention the gas it took to get there twice!

Burger King not receiving my fries and drinks.

I went in the drive through tonight in Socorro, N.M. I was lied to and told there was, no fris, we saw them cooking in the background inside. They also forgot my little kids juice boxes. I've been to this one restauant a couple times in the last few months. Everytime I am created by laughter, and lies. I feel as if I'm purposely being picked, on here and I'm tired of it. If nothing is done to solve this, I will go to the Better Business Bureau.

It's quite the leap to assume that they are treating you poorly on purpose. Forgetting the juice boxes was probably a mistake, and when they said there were no fries, they probably meant there were no fries ready at the time. You don't have any evidence to show that they are purposely and specifically targeting you.

I'm not sure what resolution you expect from the Better Business Bureau. You haven't lost any money (at least you do not mention this in your complaint) so besides an apology there is nothing to do for you. If you decide to go back, consider asking for a supervisor next time if you feel offended. You could call the location as well. Typically the BBB expects you to make a level of effort as well.

Burger King service complaint

On 11/18/17 my 73 year old friend was denied the use of the ladies room, also the assistant store manger Gregg Carter proceeded to verbally abuse me and my guest and throw the broom around in a threatening manner, because we were sitting four in a booth. Then on the following day while again on 11/19/17 while we sat down on the Popeyes side to enjoy a chicken dinner, my 73 year old friend was denied the use of the ladies room with the excuse that Popeyes customers don't have a bathroom. Then following this incident the Spanish cashier by the name of Stanley proceeded to harasses us further and tell us that both of these two employees hate M F homeless people to the point that I had to call the police. This is not the first incident with this assistant store manager of having a nasty, filthy mouth and a racial attitude towards all customers.

Burger King order accuracy

7607 Old Troy Pike, Dayton, OH 45424.
On November 20, 2017 @ 1:04PM I was order 66.
At the drive-thru I ordered the 2 Whopper Special. I ordered one Whopper with NO katchup and NO onion. The second was ordered as a Whopper with cheese with NO ketchup and NO mayo. What I ended up getting was a Whopper with ONLY ketchup and mayo, and a Whopper with cheese with everything except ketchup. I spoke to the associate thru the speaker twice to confirm my order was correct. Of course, as my luck would have it the screen at the drive-thru was not working, which did not allow me to visually verify my order correctness. Why is the screen not working? If it were working, then this complaint would never have been. I do not want any coupon for food. What I want is to fix this shortfall and prevent these situations in the future.

Burger King incorrect order

We went to the Burger King #23185 and they messed up our order. We ordered two whoppers, 1 order of onion rings and a small sprite. One of the whoppers was free with the survey code. When we got home there was one whopper, 1 order of onion rings, the sprite & a small fry. We called to complain and rhe man on the phone kept saying our order was correct. He wasn't going to do anything to fix this error. We are not going there again after being treated as if everything was our fault.
