bad customer service and fraud to me
Today this early morning around 1.00 am this morning I went to the Burger King drive through and order my food number 2 from the board that was double whopper with the meal when I done order food I went to the pay for food to the window and I have them 50 dollar and 1 cent because my food was 10 dollar and 1 cent The Who was on the counter I think she was manager she put that money in her upper pocket and tell me that's a fake money .i call the police after that on this incident and she think she was slick she came to the window because I didn't move from the window ask me did u call the police I said yes.than she go inside the room in the Burger King do some swapping with the money and bring the fake bill to the police to show .and tell he gave us fake money.thats a black neighborhood I never thought it's gonna happened to me they did fraud to me.and the I call the police they didn't even help me I told them to check the camera because she did swapping with money that I gave her than she gonna say u have to come tomorrow to check it.she cannot even talk right on that time when I told them to check the camera because she she know she did wrong.i know what bill I gave her that was from the bank .if I was wrong I knew it I never gonna call the police and file the complain to ur guys because it was totally wrong to me and they made me fool over there and fraud to me .its not about 50 dollar now it's about right and wrong. original chicken sandwich/made incorrectly 2ce in a row
Went to our local Burger King (located in Roslyn PA) about 10:15PM tonight. My grown son was with me & he ordered first, (2) 10 pc. chicken nuggets & 2 mozzarella sticks. I then ordered *1* original chicken sandwich *without mayonnaise* and an Oreo pie slice. We checked the order, (as it's almost always incorrect there). Of course, my sandwich had mayo slathered all over it. 😦 I went back to the drive-thru window, told them my [lone] sandwich was incorrect, as it had mayo & that it is a shame the poor animal died for nothing - as of course, the sandwich was thrown in the trash. I ordered the sandwich again; *without mayo*. The BK employee gave me french fries, in an effort to make up for the incorrect order. We departed without checking the order, as we were the only customers there and assumed they wouldn't get the same sandwich wrong twice in a row. When we got home, I opened up the bag, took out the sandwich and it had mayonnaise all over it once again 😡 I tried to call twice, they did not answer, even though they were open.
not able to fix my own coffee / rude manager
I went to the location at 5024 N U.S. Hwy 41, Apollo Beach, FL and told the girl at the counter that I prefer to fix my own coffee. She was a nice young lady who seemed a bit confused at my request. She gave me the coffee along with a whole bottle of milk. I said that I just needed a creamer. She said they didn't have those and I was welcome to take the entire bottle. I told her I didn't want to waste so much, so take my coffee and go ahead and put the creamer in but only half as much as I only use a little cream. She returned with my coffee which was almost white with creamer overload. It wasn't her fault so I accepted that and asked for one packet of artificial sugar. She said they don't have packets. She poured loose sugar into a cup, put a lid on it and handed that to me. As she was doing that, a woman who I think was a manager walked behind her on her way to the takeout window area loudly saying ... "And THAT'S why WE put the cream and the sugar in!" Evidently your slogan about "Have it your way" does not apply to coffee.

Last week my husband saw a commercial saying that Burger King has the Flame Broiler again, he was very interested in trying it since he doesn't go to Burger King often. Last Wednesday, 1/24/18, around 6pm we pulled up to the drive thru. My husband asked if their burgers were flame broiled the person ( we found out later was the manager, Nicole) said "I guess so" with an attitude. We pulled up to the window to pay and they had us and several other cars wait in front of the store for our food. We waited about 10 minutes and when they came out the burgers were cold. I went inside to let them know that I would like a hot burger not cold. The cashier had a nasty attitude saying that I would have to wait a while. I explained that we waited a while to please be as quick as possible. As I waited my husband came in and said that they already ruined the experience with cold burgers, he didn't want it anymore. The manager Nicole started getting loud with my husband and screaming that they were short handed and she is doing the best she could. She continued to yell at my husband and told him to get out of her store. We were in shock, we could not believe the attitudes of these employees, the cashier at the front and the manager. As we were leaving the store we saw another customer complaining to another manager so we went back in to talk to that manager. She was very apologetic and explained that they were short staffed, Nicole continued her rant, screaming that she was a manager as well and no one can do anything to her. She continued yelling at the other customer as well as us. She continuously said that her name was Nicole and no one can do anything to her, she can act in any manner she wants and so can her staff because they were short staffed. My husband works in the food industry as well, the night before he was also short staffed, they did not have any problem with attitudes, food quality, or having people wait for their food. We do understand that it can be stressful but you always have to act in a professional manner. The customer is always right, even if they are wrong sometimes. Attitudes like that should not be in the workplace especially in a customer based industry, if it weren't for the customer Nicole would not have a job. I hope you do something to correct Nicole's behavior, she should be the example to her crew and understand that you should be professional no matter where you work.

Burger King at 139 Turnpike Road, Westborough, MA is an eye sore. It's an embarrassment to our community. It has looked under construction for years and upon research appears to be owned by one of your largest franchise owner. The Tyvek paper is starting to blow off - I don't understand why as a large corporation you would allow this to continue for years without stepping in perhaps you don't seem to see it or care but I do and would appreciate help with this eyesore! Fine the owner until he takes care of this - the McDonalds is close and always well kept and just had a renovation. I don't get this lack of caring.

We attended metro centre burher king today my husband daughter and myself. We ordered to super whopper meals and a kids cheeseburger meal. We waited for 20 mins for food as only one cooking and one serving . When we received our food we went to the table which wasn't clean. We opened our food and it was cold and not well prepared chips were stale and burger was revolting . My daughter couldn't eat her burger as was stone cold cheese solid and bun hard.. u was discusted by this. No manager avalible. Also we payed £19 for a load of rubbish and wasn't happy at all.. when asked where nearest toilet was I was told that there want any at all and wasnt told where the nearest toilet was ...I am discusted with the service we had today and my husband and I won't be returning to a restaurant unless it's improved .. Mc Donalds wouldnt stand for this at all ans the matter would be resloved asap I hope you do something about this as this restaurant will loose custom through staff lacking and food laziness

Went into Burger King yesterday in Post Falls Idaho at 1040--same time gentleman went in--right behind him in line, another man in back of me. Waited and waited for someone to come to register==-4-5 young men milling around. Asked in loud voice if anyone going to be waiting on us. Finally saw 2 ladies--asked if they were going to be helping--no response. Meantime man waiting in back of me left.
Finally woman came and waited on man in front of me, said nothing to me. Then she proceeded to look for next person who was going to take over at 11 am, kept saying she had other work to do. Finally a man took over register, but had to first load new tape before waiting on me. Time 1103 In meantime the 79 cent biscuit ad left the board. I told him I wanted it. Said too late, breakfast over at 11. Explained I was in line since 1050. He repeated breakfast over. Another customer who had been eating and watching stood up and said she had observed me in line for a long time. She said I should ask for supervisor. Clerk left, came back, said supervisor would not come out. At this time I loudly said I would complain on internet and that this was WORST service EVER received and would not be back. Went to McDonalds and relayed my story to them.
old food and roach in my coffee this morning
I went to the burger king this morning at 3715 Little York Rd, I purchased a meal the meal as usual was warmed up seems like it was cook on yesterday. My coffee had a small roach in it. maybe I need to call health inspectors to go check out this restaurant. This is a health hazard. I have been there several times rushing on my way to work. this is much later in the day which is ample time to get a fresh hot meal. Do I need to got thru the neighbor hood and let people know not to eat there the food does not meet health standards. I am not stopping here. I am going to complain to the corporate offices. We spend our monies and we deserve better. We shouldn't have to go all the way to white neighborhoods to get descent food. If necessary I will but I will do my best to let people know not support that facility.

went to burger king this am at 1050 am in post falls idaho. there were 4-5 young men walking around. i had walked into burger king at the same time an elder gentleman did and another man in back--of me in line-- was not acknowledged. waited and waited--then saw 2 young ladies and i said is anyone taking orders? the two ladies got into a conversation.
when i was standing there waiting was looking at menu with ad for the breakfast biscuit for seventy nine cents. one girl came to registetr--took mans order who was in front of me--not mine--me not acknowledged. man in back of me had left. she was in a dither because had to do some other work and looking for 11 am replacement. at this time it was 11 am. man took over and had to put in new tape in machine. finally i got asked for order--the biscuit pic gone now and i was told not available breakfast done at 11. i explained i was there ten minutes before 11.
another customer who was finishing eating got up and told clerk yes i had been there for some time--clerk held firm--breakfast done. customer said should ask for manager. clerk went to manager and came back and said manager would not see me.
i remarked this is worst service i have ever received and would not come back to this burger king. company needs to look into this burger king--awful service. i then went to mcdonalds and got something to eat and told them about my burger king experience.

Staff is very unfriendly, especially the main manager, she's really rude to the other staff and treats them like they are [censor], one of the other managers looked as though she was going to cry the way she spoke to her, she slams things around and yells at people, one girl said they are always short staff because people keep quitting, I would quit to if she was my boss, she should be fired.

I went to this location on 01/15/2018. I ordered two #1's Whopper Combos. I had been there the week before and knew the pop machines were not working. I asked the drive thru attendent if they were now working she tells me yes (I really wanted a carbonated drink). I pull up to the window and to my surprise my order was ready. I thought to myself whoa that was awfully quick. As she hands me my drinks I noticed the kool aid jugs filled with pop. I told her I asked you if your machines were working you told me yes. I said they clearly are not as I see the pops in kool aid jugs. With a smerk on her face she asks me do you want the pop or not. I thought hmmmm and we are developing an attitude okay well since I paid for them I have no choice but to take the flat drinks. As I drive away I have a habit of reaching in the bag for a fry or two. I could not believe how cold they were almost stale and frozen. I then reach for an onion ring and the same. I pull over and open a whopper and the meat is also very very cold. I turn my car around and go back to the drive thru. I explained to her that all my food was cold and asked if I could please have hot or at least warm food, she replied with or you can just get your money back. So guess what... I got my money back. I cannot believe that there is such lazy people working or hired to work but do not care to. If I am paying money for food I expect in return a warm meal. When I pulled up the receive my money I asked her why she lied and told me the machine was working and she said "look I just work here and they told me to say that the machine just broke but it's been frozen for weeks. My name is Maurice Hall. I'm just wondering why the Burger King at 6428 E. Shelby Rd Memphis, TN 38141 not open timely each morning. Today I arrived there at 5:50am and no one was there. My company is located in the area of this Burger King and I have employees that tell me that they might arrive there after 6am and it's still not open. This is very unprofessional and need to be addressed. I can under stand bad ice days but when everything is clear the restaurant should be open. AGAIN VERY UNPERFESSIONAL!.

3 orders of French fries and 3 drinks. The whoppers were cold and dry and it made me sick and the chicken fingers were overdone plus the whoppers were cooked in the deep fryer, and the 2 employees went out to smoke a cigarettes while we were still in the dining room. The cashier was disrespectful to my mother when my mother told her the food is for here she put it in a bag and my mother said it was for here she slammed the food on the tray.

On January 17, 2018 at 5:30 pm my son and I decided to go to Burger King located on Old Brownsville Road in Corpus Christi Texas to purchase dinner for our family. I had 2 coupons I wanted to use and the remainder of my order was to be purchased without coupons. I went through drive thru. I was purchasing a total of 7 meals. I was told I couldn't use coupons through drive thru. I asked why and I wasn't given an answer. I was told that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. The male worker told me in front of my son to drive away. So I proceeded to drive forward to the window. I wanted to know why I couldn't order. Worker continued to refuse service to me. I asked for his name and he refused. He was African American with colored contacts. I asked to speak to General Manager and he plus another female African American worker said GM was not available. I explained that my family and I eat there very often and I wanted to know why I was being treated this way. I was in tears because my son witnessed this treatment. Unnecessary treatment in front of my 17 year old son. He was very upset. The male worker put his arm and palm out the window in my face through my vehicle and said "Girl you need to go, we don't like serving Mexicans! I could not believe he said that. My race shouldn't matter. First of all I'm American! Born and raised in Corpus Christi! I was in awe that this worker said that to me! I'm very upset about this incident. I can't believe Burger King hires people like this to represent them. I am a Hispanic woman. American. A mother. A good person. I did not deserve this treatment and in front of my son. I will be sure to let the rest of my family and friends know how I was treated and what I was told by this worker. I demand an apology. I deserve an apology. I drove away after this incident and purchased my family meal at Burger King on Horne Road. The workers there were so kind and helpful. No problems at all with my order. But never again will I spend my money at Burger King. Neither will my friends and family. I will be sure others know of the negative treatment and racial comments I was told. Very uncalled for! Very unprofessional. Very heartbreaking that I can't even order a meal for my family without being treated like an animal. This is what comes from Burger King? I want to know what you are going to do to fix this.

I had just gotten off work and was super hungry I stopped at the BK above and got down. While I was saying my order I heard in the back someone say 'Ay callate por eso me caes mal' meaning shut up thats why I dont like you but in spanish, my thought was maybe an employee to employee having a mini argument but when that person came around the register I saw her nametag and her name was Shirley and most of all shes a manager, what kind of professional manager would say that to an employee? I saw the guy and didnt get his name but he was wearing some black sleeves I guess because he has tattoos. I felt bad for him If I need to go back to that BK to get his name I will, no employee should be talked like that specially by a manager is called verbal harrassment. Second when I finished my food I had an urge to go to the bathroom and when I went and opened the door to that bathroom, the picture is attached that manager should be out of this store she sucks with her employees and most of all checking the place, this is the most disgusting thing Ive seen in a BurgerKing and I hope this gets fixed asap and have the employees treated with respect, because respect is earned.

incorrect product several times
I don't know the exact date of the last issue .. however on that date I called the Amsterdam, NY rest. and let them know that at least 3 times or more (some times different products) I've ordered the chicken tenders and did not get them .. however, this was the 1st time calling ...
She asked my name and said that they would give us this product that we've paid for all I had to do was give her my name . Well, we went back tonight and the girl states she doesn't see my name. I asked are you sure, yes we do not see your name.
She asked if I had a receipt. I said no, but I spoke with a manager when I called. So I said thanks and drove off without ordering the rest of our dinner. We went to Wendy's Instead and got exactly what we ordered.
I am very unhappy with the service that we rec'd.
Your complaint details request a desirable resolution .. well, they need to update there system or something .. do they really think that folks eat there everyday for every meal! I told her the last time was a week or so ago.

After driving the 10 mile round trip, my wifes sandwich along with the dipping sauce for the chicken fries were no where to be found. I like bk but my wife had stopped eating there because of the food and service. I talked her into trying again and this is what happens.. the chicken sandwiches we got were so sloppily throwed together and seemed like they had been cooked a while.
I wanted to try the chicken fries but no sauce to go with them. My sister said the fries were terrible and soggy. My wife is driving another round trip to get her whopper hopefully it will be good. Very disappointed by the experience.

milkshake not working for two years now!
I went to Burger King after a two years of not eating there anymore because off their Milkshake machine being broke down (so they say) I told the workers well it was broke down two years ago and they just said "YUP" then they proceeded to give me my order of a whopper and a large supply of COLD french fries. The place was deserted and cold in there and the workers had to have Jackets on in order to stay warm. There wasn't a soul in there except my wife and myself, yet they had a large pan of cold fries sitting under a so called warmer. Its a sad situation for such a company and it seems like your company not only doesn't care about its staff but they don't care about customers either! Guess I'll try again in two more years to get that milkshake and burger and fries.
playland being closed for 3 weeks
I spent $30 dollars 3 weeks ago. Play land was closed came back today spent. $23.71. Play land still closed says due to someone painting an item 3 weeks ago. No sign on outside door for you to know before coming in. Not fair to children. Not fair to parents for that mater. Not even the burger king hats for the kids. Very unsatisfied. Asked to speak to manager they didn't know who that was. Ask to get phone number for district manager. Same answer. I don't know who is responsible for repairs but no one seems to know. Lol. I would like. Some response. Ceiling tiles are falling down also in main setting area
