Hello,
I am currently in your Denton Texas resturant! I am shocked the way the food was given to me on a tray, and the quality of the biscuit and hasbrowns. The biscuit completely crumbled apart where I had to use a fork to finish what I could. The hasbrowns have been cooked with very old grease. It was disgusting and a waste is good money. I have pictures if you would like to see them. I will never return to this location.

My order was not of the best quality you would expect from Burger King. I have ordered this same meal at different Burger King restaurant. That location offered a lot better looking plate of food than what I received at this location.
The offending location is on 4th street in Downtown Long Beach, California.
One of the burger patties looked burnt and tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp instead of being fresh off the grill. The other patty had a better color but it was not warm nor hot. I also could not read enough of the numbers for the Survey Code to let them know I was not satisfied with my meal.
terrible customer service
I arrive at Burger King Drive thru on 3220 W Columbus in Chicago IL 60652, at 8:51am I place my order and I pulled up to the window and paid my money. The young lady told me to pull around to handicap and she will bring it out. Now I didn't understand why she said that, because no one else was in the drive thru line. So I waited and after 5 minutes past, I watch as people was pulled up in the drive thru ordering and receiving their food.
So after ten minutes past since me ordering, I walked in Burger King ( which defeats the purpose of me going through drive thru) and ask for a refund. I told the manager I was outside waiting over 10 minutes for my food.
She NEVER apologize for the inconvenience or even tried to soothe the situation that they have caused. She had more attitude as if she was the one who was waiting. I WAITED OVER TEN MINUTES!
This Burger is terrible and the workers are extremely lazy. I need something to be done about this poor customer service was totally unprofessional . Burger King has lost my business forever.
My name is Jose Maranon, I sent someone from my store today to the new burger king on the south west corner of 3rd Avenue and 125th street Zip code 10035. I ordered a chicken salad and the quality was terrible, the letters turned a rusty color and the chicken was dry and hard. It looks like they had it for a while. I did go back and the manager said they make it fresh and shrugged his shoulders. I will never patronized this restaurant. I hope they get their act together and change
the quality of the food they serve, my food went in the garbage where it belong.

On March 7, 2018 at 9:00 pm I pulled up to the drive through speaker with my daughter Brittany and my niece to order food. I had no idea this particular BK closed that early. There was a car ahead of me that pulled up to the window. I have no idea if they were served or not. The lady spoke on the speaker and said sorry we are closed, my daughter said but you just served the car in front of us. The lady on the speaker got raged in her voice and said "no I didn't I told him we were closed too". I then said "hey there is no need to yell at us" she then said "I told you we were closed", I said you need to watch your tone and it's not professional, she then said "you need to watch your tone [censor]" I was like what a minute you don't know me to call me out my name. I pulled up to the window to see if I could see anyone such as a manger. I saw no one except this young guy at the fries and when he saw me, he put his middle finger up at me. My daughter recognized him as Carter, he used to work with my youngest daughter at Target in Crystal MN and my ex-husband used to be his boss. I then called the store hoping to talk to a manager she answered and I said you didn't expect me to call your tone and behavior is not a representation of Burger King and I will be calling your manager in the morning. She started to scream at me and saying she didn't call me a [censor] and I said no worries I'm a minister and you have no idea who you are talking to and if you talk to Burger King customers like this and they approve then shame on Burger King. I hung up and she called me back from the store line (which I know they are NOT supposed to do). She begin to apologize for calling me out of my name and I told her you know what I accept your apology but I'm still talking to the manager, and tell Carter I saw him stick his middle finger up at me. She then got quiet and was really apologizing I told her do not call my phone again, and I hung up. I told my youngest about it when I got home and she texted Carter (because they worked together) and she said do not ever disrespect my mom again, and he said I was disrespectful that is why he put his middle finger up at me. Never once was I disrespectful mainly over FOOD! I went into BK this morning and spoke to the store manager and put in my complaint, I didn't feel assured that she would do anything about it so therefore I'm sending my complaint form directly. If these are the type of employees and managers (because I found out this morning she is the manager) then it's an embarrassment on BK that you would allow such people and behaviors to represent your companies. I do not do violence or negative energy ever, and that is what I teach my children I am a minister at my church and I teach positive behavior (I attend The Purpose Church where Bishop Terry D. Williams oversees - feel free to call them) so to start an argument because of being closed is not my nature. The store manager came off as if it was my fault, if it was my fault there would be no reason for me to make time to stop by before heading to work to make a complaint, and if it WAS my fault no manager has the right to call me out of my name nor stick their middle finger up at me. I will NEVER go to that BK again. I do hope something is done about this. I'm not seeking coupons or anything free I just don't believe in this type of customer service from any establishment.

My order was through the drive through. With my order came 4 small drinks.
I ordered 3 diet cokes, and 1 sprite.
Their soda machine was down. As I wait, I notice one of the employees pouring regular coke in the cups. (I assumed it wasn't for me initially) but then I see her pour diet coke on top after motioning to her coworker that she realized she made a mistake. Instead of dumping it. They were giggling as if it was funny, and the lady who poured the drinks shrugged her shoulders that she didnt care. They did not realize I was looking. When the other lady goes to give it to me.. I clearly ask if those are really diet because my husband is diabetic! The lady looks at me directly in the eye and says yes they are diet. I said, I will be able to tell the difference and if its a lie I will report it. They both gave me a snarky smirk, and I just left. I had my daughter in the car, and there was a line of vehicles behind me. I did not want to make a scene there. As soon as I got home, I did the taste test, and sure enough... 2 out of the 3 were regular coke mixed. I could tell because they were much sweeter than the actual diet coke.
I am a quality manager at a local business. I notice everything.
This is not acceptable.in fact, it is dangerous. Had I not noticed and my husband drank that soda, he would have gotten ill and I would have sued the pants off of that establishment. This happened last night at the burger king in 1318 pocono blvd. Mount pocono pa 18344. My order # was 82 at 7:57pm march 5 2018.. I still have the sodas and the receipt. The one pouring the drinks was a african american heavy set woman, and the one who clearly saw her and continued their game was a possible older caucasian lady with dark hair. I called the store today march 6 2018 and spoke to someone there about the situation. I am not confident that anything will be done. These 2 lady's have no business working in a food establishment. The one thing that should never be messed with is other peoples food. It is extremely dangerous and people can die because of someone else's negligence. Please see to it that this is taken care of immediately to avoid this from happening to any one else again. I will not go there ever again for sure!

I am very dissatisfied with the temp of your burgers. I got a couple of cheese burgers and whoppers with cheese and they were cold and cheese wasnt even melted on them. This isnt the first time this has happened. A plain cheese burger was totaly ice cold. Most likely this will be the last time I eat a your resteraunts. Love the food but not when its cold. even the fries were cold. This happened at your store #3310 this time and at others in the past. Please let me know your response to this. Thank you Ray

Half of the menu at the drive thru was all brown you couldn't even read it. The window were the girl handed you the food and all the window were filthy. Even when you look thru the kitchen everything looked dirty. This store was remolded not to long ago. You think it would look clean. Then my salad I ordered had no salad dressing or anything in the bag. This was the Burger King on route 37 west in Tom's River, New Jersey. Terrible management I guess. This was the second time I was at this one and it will probably be my last.
chicken sandwich
When visiting the Burger King in Dublin, GA tonight I received a raw chicken sandwich. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was eating it in the dark in my car at night time and the texture tasted funny. I had already eaten half of the sandwich when I turned the light on and discovered it was raw chicken. This is unacceptable and I hope that I do not get sick from it.

waited 15 min for old food, and no receipt in bag.
Pulled up to BK at 11:30pm and the menu light was off so we couldn't see anything and felt pressured to order quickly, maybe cuz it was close to closing time. We think the lights were off to appear closed and avoid customers. After we ordered snd paid we were asked to pull up front to wait for our food to be brought out, mind you that we were the only ones there. After 15 minutes of waiting, we got our food and assumed it was fresh and was the reason for the wait but when we arrived home, we had 2 orders of large fries that had to be under a heat lamp for hours, they were dry, cold and uneatable. My partner was only looking forward to the frys which led to this complaint. The nuggets we ordered were also cold and stale, the whopper had ketchup that I asked to have without, and the Bacon tendercrisp had no bacon... The only thing that came out right was the Large Sprite w/o ice... What is the reason for so many mistakes? And lack of service? Why did it take so long when there was no line and none of the food was freshly made? What's the staff smoking there?

3/28/18--9:45pm, went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 whoppers & 3 King meals, all burgers ONLY meat & cheese. I asked her please meat & cheese only( Shea, manager, took my order). Guess what i get home and my daughter bites into her burger and has everything on it, i was HOT!, my daughter went ahead and ate it because she was tired n ready to go to bed. I went back up there, mind you, she never gave me a receipt for my order, and told the guy that my order was messed up, and she (Shea) comes to the window and said ill fix it, i had the food n she asks for it, and what does she do, take it back through the drive thru window, that is a big No No in the food industry, cross contamination! I tell her to remake my 3 orders and she only makes 2 orders and one fry, so i end up loosing, having to go home and eat hot burgers with some cold fries, how would you like that? You wouldn't. So i suggest something is done about this, she is a manager, she should keep the customers happy, not give them half [censor] orders, when they are the ones that messed up in the first place. The bullies, slackers, sex on the job, weed smoking, customer service, attitude (bad)... Management as a whole should motivate employees not speak to them badly or speak badly of them... The past visits have been a SMH visit... Something should be done not something I want to endure again..closer attention should be paid in treatment at this location... It horrible really...

I usually don't do this but I feel it is important that u r aware. I just went thru the drive through of Burger King in albertville al. Well I'm actually still here in parking lot. I order a ham and cheese courssant. When I got it the cheese was still cold, needless to say it hadn't even begin to soften or melt. The sandwich itself was just a touch warm. The girl that was at the drive through never said a word, I spoke, I said thank u, she never said a word back. Just turned her head and continued with I guess the next order. I understand she's got a job to do in a fast pace, but she could be somewhat friendly as well. It's part of customer service.

on February 25th, I went to the local Burger King located on Union Street in Bangor, Maine at 4:30 pm. I waited in the drive through 15 min. ordered 2 whoppers and told they were out of Whoppers. I asked how could that be at 4:30. I then ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches for over $9.
When I got home, I looked and the grilled chicken was black, dry, cold and couldn't be eaten, really couldn't tell what this was.
I could hear the kids laughing when they handed me the dinner, now I know why. Because I complained about not having the whopper sandwiches. I have been ordering from there for years and have never had such bad service and meal. I didn't see a manager all I could see is teenagers, so I didn't go back with the sandwiches to complain. I never though to take picture to prove my complaint, I just threw them away, my dog wouldn't even eat them.

I ordered my child a kid meal at drive thru. I couldn't hear the woman on the intercom. So after ordering I pulled up. She said the only drinks that were available was coke and Dr Pepper. My child can't drink dark cola. They didn't even offer a orange juice or milk. So I asked if she could have a cookie since the drinks weren't available. She said she didn't know so I asked her to ask her manager. She did. Came back to the window and said "give me back the drink" which I did NOT! I said so I have to exchange for the Cookie. Let me talk to your manager. She the slammed the window and started acting rude. The manager came to the window and ultimately gave me the cookie. It was not my fault they didn't have or offer different options for not having what's on the menu. I left very upset and will not go back.

I stopped at the Hickory Run travel plaza in PA on 2/19/18 and my son and I went to Burger King for a "quick" lunch. There was one person working at the behind the grill area and one at the counter who was also bagging food. they were both working hard however, the person at the food/register was handling money and then handling food with no gloves and no sanitation. By the time we received our order it looked as though a manager came to handle the food. He washed his hands and sanitized before starting. This is deplorable and inexcusable on many levels.

I came to niagara to spend time with my wofe and son, my first time in the u. S and its a racist as we hear. Im african canadian, never been to the states, been here a month now.
I walk in at 11.15pm as I see someone from outside. I wave in gesture to ask if they are still open and the girl I see says to come in. I asked before walkimg in and then I do and the girl calls out to someone maybe the manager and before I could say a single word, the lady says "I dont know how you got in here but you need to leave.." whats that supposed mean.. I didnt say anything and just leave with a stone in my heart and tears in my eyes with how racist white people can be! Im appalled and filled with disgust.

Left me at drive thru waiting over 20 mins when asked to pull forward. Had to go in and they said they forgot about me.
Rude service when ordering at drive thru and when picked up order not one word was said to me. Handed order shut window. Coffee was ice cold and was looked at and avoided at window until after several minutes a lady came to window and when asked about coffee was told they had not made any this morning yet...at 830am. Said we will have to make some told to pull forward. Did and it was never brought out to me

The website states this Burger king closes at 2am, as well as the sign on the doors. I went through the drive thru at 1:10am and waited 5 minutes till I said hello. The kid asked how the rally was? Not sure what he meant. I asked for a two woppers and a fry. He said nope cant do, not tonight we are closed I told him it was 50 minutes till closing. He said nope not tonight, short staffed. The problem is he wasted time and was very rude. I drove 30 minutes to this so called open burger king. Veru disappointed.

I purchased 2 combos. They both had medium Dr Peppers and the Dr Pepper has a strong clorox like smell and taste. It hurt our mouth to drink. I have repeatedly tried calling the La Joya, Texas store at [protected] at it says international call can not go through. My order was #61 at BK #15814 on Thursday Feb 22, 2018.
