I have called, I have written and I even gave one your locations a negative review.
No one seems to care that I was given lousy service and that the people you have working for your locations don't seem to care. I even told the location that as much as I love Burger King I will boycott their restaurants. They thought I was kidding I wasn't. The last time I was in any of your restaurants was September 2nd 2018. The restaurants need to start caring and have better relations with their customers.

rude staff
There is a staff member by the name of Charita Davis that is rude and nasty at Burger King in Vidalia Georgia ! Everyone reports her yet they do NOTHING at all to her! She talks trash and slams windows in your faces. Once being in the store talking amongst my family she stuck her nose in our business and was rude instead of doing her job, kids that come with me have to see her act that way and talk that way! She needs to do her job and stay out of customers business. This makes me not even want to go to Burger King. I am appalled at how nothing gets done about the nastiest of this girl. She got my order wrong and got upset with me for telling her! She was also rude to my mom. Every time I come up there I have never seen her being plesent to ANYONE! She is rude to all customers and they try to keep her at drive through for that reason but something should be done about the rudeness of this lady! I am sick and tired of it. I know nothing will be said not done to this lady because it never is! Disgusting

Went in at 10:25 about to order breakfast and menu moved to lunch. Cashier said we could still order breakfast so we did. Waited 20 minutes still no food. Waited another 10 minutes to have cashier come over and say we can't have any of the food we ordered because they forgot about us and turned off egg machine. Told us we have to order from normal menu so we asked for full refund. M
false advertising/early closure and rude manager
Last Tuesday, October 16, my friend and I drove to Burger King to enjoy a late night snack. We chose to go to Burger King over a few other restaurants in Cedar Falls, IA that were open at 11pm. Before heading to the location, we checked online to make sure that it would be open. Online, the website said that they would be open until midnight. When we showed up at 11:02pm, the manager was preparing to leave already! We asked if they were closed and we received a quick, "yep" and a chuckle.
Either this is false advertising online or your manager closed the store early. Either way, we went to McDonald's instead.
We returned to the same Burger King on Friday the 19th. While we were waiting for our food, we heard a very loud and rude altercation between a different manager and a customer who was waiting for his coffee. He stated that it was taking too long and the manager took on a loud, rude, sarcastic tone and actually told the customer off. It was very uncomfortable for my friends and I.
I can't believe that I had two bad experiences in this location in less than a week!

Tonight my husband and I were going to Burger King in Greenville, AL while my husband was on duty to get something to eat. Upon arriving, no other customers were in the building and no one was in the drive thru. We waited about 3-5 minutes for service. The drive thru clerk was standing by the drive thru window and would not take our order. She asked her coworker if she knew how to ring up orders to which she replied yes and when she was asked if she would serve us she promptly answered no! Then they both laughed. My husband and I decided that we didn't want these people handling anything we would be eating so we left while they laughed that we were leaving. My husband is a Sergeant with the Greenville Police Department and when I questioned if that's ever happened to him before he said yes... it's happened twice at the Burger King in Greenville, AL! My husband risks his life to save theirs and they can't do their jobs and serve us a burger! Burger King will NOT have my business anymore and I encourage others to share this post! This is NOT ok! #backtheblue

How are they going to be on sale for $1 and I can't even buy any I think it's a trick to get people into the store you should know that there is going to be more demand for that I generally like the deals but for some reason the past couple days they have been sold out from what they told me can you please resolve that somehow or can I get a free whopper or one for a dollar or some kind of meal I came all the way up there and for two days nothing

I went through the drive-through this morning at the Burger King on 130th S Ave O in Chicago Il, and the lady with the blonde hair, was collecting money, fixing the food and bagging the food, I think that's very nasty and unsanitary, I don't want no one collecting my money then going too touch my food, not too mention she was very rude. This place has the worst customer service ever, I am very dissatisfied once again.
whopper
I ordered a whopper meal from my local Burger King on my lunch break. I bit into my alwhopper and after the second bite I looked at the burger and meat was raw/pink/red. I'm 4 months pregnant and had a craving for a whopper but was extremely disappointed and nauseated by the raw meat.
I also ordered 2 cheeseburgers and these were both cooked thoroughly and tasted fine.
30+ minute wait time for food
I was @ your Burger King Restaurant in Greencastle, PA 17225 tonight @ 6 PM & I saw a long line for the drive thru lane so I went inside to order. I was told by the order taker clerk that there was a 30+ minute wait for my food. People were standing around waiting & people were leaving without offering like I did! This is totally unacceptable! Someone needs to correct this problem. I guess they are short on help?

I've been asking for my check for about a three days and the manager tells me come get it at a certain time and I go then informs me I can't get the money I worked for until I return the uniform I already disregarded. I just want the money that I worked for even if it's a small amount. I worked for it so there should be no reason why a manager should be playing with someone's money to this extend.

Hello, my name is Kayne. Today I went to burger king located on 13704 sw 56th street, Miami, FL 33175 Store number 13152 on October 21 at 3:19 PM. The service that the supervisor under the name Jessica provided today was atrocious. I have never seen anyone that lacks the capability to talk to their employees in an organized manner. Upon receiving a coupon with the number 8711, I thought that for only 3$, I was supposed to only get the 10 piece nuggets. I didn't read that there were also large fries with that coupon included. I asked for the Plain double quarter pound combo, when she gave me 2 fries, one with the combo and one with the coupon. I told her I needed only one order of fries and then she replied, "next time before you give me a coupon, read it". I went to grab my drink which was surge and there was none, she said we ran out of the drink. I went to the machine and there was no ice, then she said that there was no ice, we're waiting for the truck. After eating my combo, I got a dutch apple pie. It was boiling hot and I burned my lips and tongue. I am very disappointed with the level of service I got at your store.

The store at Hiland Rd and St. Joseph Ave in St Joseph Missouri engages in bait and switch tactics by telling you one price and charging you another. My order today took 30 minutes in a drive through lane with two vehicles in front of me. Neither had a particularly large order. The receipt they give out ALWAYS smudges the right side, obscuring the store number, the survey code, and all of the actual dollar amounts.
My next contact will be to the local prosecutor for a consumer fraud complaint.

(no condiments) i've recently moved to the north side of kenosha so there's a burger king just a few blocks from my apartment (3527 market lane, kenosha, wi. Just about every time I special order a burger fresh made and plain they always give me pre-broiled burgers that are dry and barely warm... And today I ordered a double quarter pound king w/cheese plain and when I opened the wrapper it was just a single quarter pound burger w/ cheese with everything on it, and it was barely warm. I sent my friend back to get the correct burger and I called the store from home and asked to speak with the manager. The man said he was the manager and his name was "roman." I complained about my order being incorrect and his reply was that "he didn't make burgers, he just handed them to customers." I replied back that he's the manager and it's his responsibility to make sure that the orders are being made according to what his customers ask for... He acted like he really didn't care that much about my complaint, so I asked him, "you really don't care about my order, do you?" he didn't reply, and after a few seconds passed he hung up on me!

My friend told me about the employee acting rude to her. I asked if sh got the employees name but all she told me was that the employee was a heavy set black girl with dirty blonde hair and visible tattoos... That's all I know. The time of this transaction was approximately 1:15pm on sunday, 10/21/18 (today.)
This particular burger king has some serious issues with both management and the employees work ethic. Nearly every time I go there for something my order is either barely warm, not fresh, or completely incorrect. I've had incorrect or poorly made orders at different times of the day, but I mostly order either in the morning or early afternoon. I've been very patient and have held my tongue for quite some time, but I honestly feel that you need to assess your employees more carefully when hiring them or that store is going to lose customers, myself included. I would really appreciate some acknowledgement that you've received this complaint and any actions that you may be considering to handle this issue.

whopper burger
On 10/18/2018 approx 7:30PM, I bought 2 whoppers from Burger King on Martin Way, Lacey, Wa, and aside from the lettuce/pickles/mayo, they only put 1 slice tomato which was 1.5" in diameter, and 2 pieces approx 3" long from a slice of an onion (disgusting).
What ever happen to "Have It Your Way" (w/o cost), or at least include enough toppings to justify the size of the burger. Sad and shameful to rip customers off like this, and then to charge 30 cents for extra tomato. Just put enough toppings, Dam-it!
bad experience with food

I ordered to orders of whoppers 2 for 6 and a chicken nuggets my number was 94 and they called 4 numbers that was ordered offer mine and the manager here at the Burger King on Pecos and Tropicana told me that the machines are bad so they did not see my order didn't give me a compliment you drink a complimentary anyting I just been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes for my food
the bacon king burger
Service was great did have to repeat my order more than 3 times. And that was just for the first burger. Did not get receipt cuz she said her machine was broken. I bought a bacon king burger in which I received hardly no damn bacon. Sorry for the anger but if I order a bacon burger I want bacon on my burger not one slice cut Into pieces. In a pile of sauce.
unauthorized charges

I have a concern regarding the payment, I ordered a meal for 2 and the price for the same was Rs. 418 including tax...I have asked that lady in the counter to use my SBI card for the payment ..she used it and have returned my card saying there was some issue in that machine...transaction cancelled and I have to pay through cash now..I asked her if I can pay through another card and she swapped my other SC debit card for the payment.
I had received 2 messages from both the bank saying...I have paid Rs.418 for the meal...Went to that lady again for the same but she said this happens when there is error in the machine..and that it is a error message. I believed that lady at that time or can say I was with my friend so didn't wanted to know more about it.
But I checked my bank Transactions today and now I realize I was made fool, I cant believe that this can also happen to the place like this, Burger King.
Please help me get my money back.
there’s no service at all in drive through
There is a Burger King workers vehicles parked on the drive-thru blocking other vehicles from coming to voice order at menu board and their vehicle is in front of it parked with no one inside. Workers are inside but will not come to window or conversate. I was ordered around 12:31 am and noticed my apple pie wasn't in my bag. So I went to come back to get it and the vehicle is as shown in video. This is very unprofessional to just park a vehicle in your guy's drive-thru as shown I'd say. And I really hope whatever happened can be resolved and I can be refunded for my apple pie.
extremely rude manager
The manager's name was Christopher. He was working the drive-thru and was very short to us and rude to begin with. The order was very simple, just fries and ice cream. Didn't say anything really. Just mumbled "that all" and "first window". Clearly wasn't happy to be at his job. Overall, just gave us such bad service we were uncomfortable. Never will go back to this location because of him. His staff seemed to be uncomfortable around him as well.
