Good Afternoon:
I tried to participate in your "2 Sandwiches for $5" promotion today at 1:00 pm (PT) at the Burger King located at 11300 NE Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver, WA 98684.
Despite the valiant efforts by the Manager (she wouldn't provide her name) she was unable to retrieve the promo code (I believe it was 6206) in her system. The entire staff was friendly but stymied by the lack of the promotion code.
This was a promotion that was prominently displayed under the "Offers" section on your mobile app which I showed the Manager.
I am disappointed that this issue could not have been resolved at the Burger King location and feel bad for the Manager as she was losing a lot of potential business
I am requesting a replacement "2 Sandwiches for $5" promotion coupon for future use.

Those coupons renew daily but must be redeemed within 15 minutes of selecting the offer. If you selected the offer before arriving at the restaurant the offer redemption window lapsed. I usually wait till I am there placing the order before I select the offer.
