This is an another update on earlier complaints!
A representative identifying himself as "Customer Service" called me the other day. I was once again frustrated when he asked me to tell him my problem. It has been repeatedly written and spoken, so I again feel that this full coverage insurance program is run by incompetents using a poor reimbursement system ("download an app...promise it works", or is a scam!). Reminder, they had be download 3 other apps that resulted in my wiring over $3,000 to them, though I was fortunate that my bank intervened to block them!
This issue keeps going in circle with the same problem and the same repeated solutions they offer...none of which worked in the past!
In my opinion they should bot be allowed to operate this program in the US since there is no viable legal recourse since they are in Latvia with no US presence!
Recommendation: Again, stay away from this company!! Better stay with reputable organizations!!
