Truly shocking Customer Service from EconomyBookings.com. I was left stranded at the remote Frankfurt Hahn airport all night after my weekend car rental cancelled and with no email/text or call from to let me know it had been cancelled. My ‘crime’ putting the UK airline times on the original booking (despite me booking in the UK) and despite me also giving them my airline flight number on the original booking. Being left Stranded at an airport all night, with no car and being charged for the privilege with REFUND REFUSED is a shambles. I would never use them again and wholeheartedly would NEVER recommend. Abysmal company with little to no care for the customers and no interest in putting things right. Shocking

Recommendation: NOT RECOMMENDED
