Bloomex review: Worst flowers and business ever!!!

I ordered two flower bouquets for mothers day this year: the first thing that really messed me up was that while placing the order, you promised me that the flowers will be at the richt location on mothersday. Then two days later you send me an email that the delivery is delayed and more important, that I accepted this - Where or when did I accept it! It is an absolute impertinence!
Then finally the flowers arrived and they not only did not even look close to the pictures you post on your website, no they looked like [censored]! The boxed where damaged, the flowers layed loose in the box and the flowers were already completely wilted.

Never again will I order from your website. I already wrote you multiple times and no reaction from your site! Really bad business.
