Bloomex Flower delivery

Ordered extra large bouquet for delivery Oct 27. They delivered trash flowers to my aunt that were about 1/4 the amount paid for. 85 dollars for complete garbage.

This company will NOT refund me despite 5 emails back and forth. They are scammers as you can tell when you review their online reviews, 1000s of people have been victims.

I am seeking to let people know about this company so they cannot abuse any more consumers.

Bloomex Florist

I ordered flowers for my elderly friends birthday on the 27th of October 2022, paid online for them. It's now 1st November and the delivery still has not arrived. After contacting bloomex, the best the company can do is upgrade my order. I want a refund. Not an upgrade of something that does not arrived .

I went to bloomex In Malaga as the internet said there was a store there, I traveled 270kms to sort this problem out, just to find that there is no store located at the given address

Bloomex have wasted my money, time, and energy and I am extremely disappointed and stressed about this whole situation

Bloomex Complaint - Demand for Refund Order # [protected] due to dead flowers, wrong order and very poor service received.

I wish to make a formal demand for a refund of my money spent on order # [protected].

Your company falsely advertised a specific service which I paid for, that you did not deliver on in any acceptable way.

The entire customer service experience from your company was totally unprofessional & extremely disappointing.

I work a long way from home and wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful bunch of flowers, together with a matching vase and a lovely card (see attached).

This was to be a surprise delivery for my wife for our anniversary, which I requested your company deliver to our home in the morning prior to her going to work.

The order was placed in more than enough time for your company to advise me if there were any issues with my choice of the flowers, or with delivery instructions or times.

Throughout the entire process, there was no such communications from your company.

No attempt was made to message my wife in the morning as per my specific instructions, and in fact judging by your conduct on the day, your company had no intention of paying any attention at all to any of my delivery instructions.

Bloomex Overcharged/late order/product substandard

I ordered flowers (order number [protected]) for same day delivery on the 6th of October 22 for my mother-in-law as it was her 70th Birthday. I was immediately charged for the order, with no email confirmation, and no one contacting me in regards to there being a problem with delivery on the same day. Instead, the flowers were estimated to arrive for my mother-in-law on the 11th of October, as stated on the Bloomex website, 4 business days later. They, however, we’re not delivered then either. Eventually, they did arrive on the 12th of October in a droopy/wilted condition with no flower food sachet included. The bouquet looked like it was thrown together in a rush. I’m disappointed with what my mother-in-law received - many days later than expected - and for what I paid just shy of AUD $70 for. I expect a refund for this kind of service.

Bloomex Delivery was not what i ordered and was ordered extremely late

On Monday the 3rd of October 2022 i ordered half a dozen long stem red roses, order number SKU:AU1111-20, to be delivered to Maitland Hospital NSW, in Metford NSW 2323, to Debbie Bailey who was in ward 3A bed 10. These were meant to be delivered on the 6th October 2022.

The flowers only arrived there today, 11/10/2022 in a red box with the delivery docket being bloom-[protected]. Upon opening the box, the roses were not the half dozen red roses i ordered but instead multicoloured roses and were basically dead. Please see image attached for reference.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the inconvenience caused, along with a total refund for the value of $56.48.

Bloomex Order received was not what I ordered

Bloomex Order Number: 1995634

I couldn't email the company about my complaint, it kept on bouncing back.

I ordered a bunch of flowers in good faith and under the impression that I would get something similar to what was displayed on the website, they are not even close. The bunch received was like a random bunch picked from the front yard and it does not seem like there was any attempt for them to be professionally arranged. There was nothing fresh about them, the flowers were bruised and wilted and if I was Bloomex I would be embarrassed to put my name against them!

I was put in a very awkward situation when the recipient sent the photo to my colleagues, they all made a negative comment about the quality of the arrangement. This sympathy flower arrangement was ordered for our boss, who recently lost his mum and aunt on the same day.

Desired outcome: Full refund under the consumer law.According to the NSW Fair Trading website:When the product or service you purchased does not meet one or more of the consumer guarantees , the consumer is entitled for a refund.

I persevered and finally achieved a full refund. Will never use this company again, they have also just received a 2022 shonky award...justified award.

To anyone asking for a refund, please don't give up, they will try everything to make you give up but you should not be paying for anything that is below standard.

I had the same experience. The flower arrangement that I ordered looked nothing like the beautiful picture on the website. It looked cheap and skimpy compared to other arrangements. I sent a picture of the arranement 5 times and I was told that it was not received. On top of that the last 3 emails that I sent kept bouncing back.

I have had the same experience to, dead flowers arrived, not even close to what was ordered and 1/2 the amount specified in the product spiel.

I am in the process of requesting a full refund, I am being given the run around, I am being told different things by different so called customer service agents, who have no idea what they are doing, at one point I asked the lady to stop reading the script she was reading because it was not related to my question!

Very frustrating process. It's like they want you to give up so they can keep your money! Terrible service and one I will make sure none of my friends get caught out like we did.

Bloomex Flower delivery

I ordered flowers with a teddy bear to be delivered to our friend in hospital 21.9.22.

Due to the public holiday Thursday, the flowers were to be delivered Friday 23.9.22

As I did not hear from the recipient I thought I would check my orders on your website.

My order was not there, so I contacted online chat.

I was told the courier could not leave the flowers in a safe place so returned them to the warehouse.

It's a hospital, did he even get out of his vehicle to reception?

Not only would Bloomex not refund me, they said all they could do would be to charge a redelivery fee to have them delivered again!

As I have no choice, I have sucked it up and paid the fee to have them delivered.

I am having them delivered to a residential address, so hoping they are delivered ASAP.

I must say, I will never use Bloomex again!

Extremely unhappy customer...

Desired outcome: Even though I have agreed for the charge of the redelivery fee, I cannot justify this.I would like a refund of the redelivery fee

Bloomex Sweet Blooms in a Mason jar with gift card

I ordered a same day delivery of a bunch of daisies to a friend today - Order#INV-1971154. She sent me a photo of what she received and I have to say I am deeply disapointed and embarrassed by what arrived. I looks like something that was plucked from someones front yard...I could have done that for nothing. Unfortunately I also ordered another delivery to my sister to arrive tomorrow Order#INV-1971334...I am cringing to think what will arrive.

I don't think I will ever order from you again and I won't be recommending you to anyone.

Bloomex 2 x Flower delivery12/07/2022 Order 1961862 & Order 1961834

Sympathy flowers x 2 orders delivered substandard flowers and bunches were exactly the same with the same amount of stems in each although I paid for supersize to both and paid different amounts but the same arrangements were delivered

You then delivered both orders to the incorrect addresses. I had to redeliver the flowers myself

These were Sympathy flowers

Desired outcome: Refund all of my money including the delivery fees 12/07/2022 Order Number - 1961862- $79.90 12/07/2022 Order number - 1961834 - $89.90 Total refund: $169.80

it's a russian company that operates in UK, and Australia, and Canada. what do you expect? or did they make no mention of where and who your money was going to? their development team lives in russia and thinks it's funny to take your money to fund their terrorism in ukraine. all theyll tell you is the legal obligations about no obligation to refund you. it says right on the site in fine print how they have the right to substitute anything with anything thats in stock. it'll come off as fraud if you don't read, but they know their fraudulent so they've written a protection spell into the product description. if you dont like what you got, or if it was late, or even dead, it's not their responsibility at all.

the retro 1980s-1990s type website and gift basket scheme that you see, is considered peak technology and modern in russia. if you watch the bottom left corner, you can watch the website connecting to mx.yandex.ru russian servers.

hope you dont mind that your billing and shipping info is theirs now for whatever russians want your data for. it's not listed anywhere on the website what they do with your data or how to disable the collection of that information.

the flowers cost them pennies. the $15 delivery is the only fee to them that they can't and therefore, would never refund. refunding you 3 dozen roses would cost them $1.50 but that would take away from their annual 50 million dollars profit to refund any of you.

Bloomex Casket flowers never arrived !!!! instead small supermarket flowers,

WARNING ! Avoid these scammers , disaster & nothing else!

Ordered a 600 dollar casket flower for a burial and instead they send a small supermarket flowers!

Absolutely Horrible people to deal with.

Save yourself money and buy from a reputable flower shop.

These dirt bags ruined a funeral and I will never forgive them for scamming us in a time of grief.

So you decide.

Avoid these scammers at all cost,

Go with a local reputable florist

Bloomex Horrendous service flowers were never delivered!

Ordered flowers and wine and paid for same-day delivery.

3 days later nothing has arrived!

At this stage, I am out of pocket $90 and nothing has been delivered to my friend.

Absolutely shocking. Avoid this company at all costs it is a SCAM!

Cant attach a photo as nothing arrived!

Bloomex Flowers did not look at all what was advertised on the website

On June 29, 2022, I ordered flowers for my best friend to lift her spirits and was so excited to find a beautiful lavender bouquet on the website. Once received, I saw that it looked nothing like the picture on the website where the picture had included a few lavender roses and the bouquet received only had one rose in a very different color. The flowers were in poor condition and when I advised the company by showing them pictures of what was received, they said they're within their policies and apologize for my unfortunate experience but at the end of the day, was not willing to do anything to rectify the situation. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never buy flowers from them again > :( Please save your money! There are so many other competent florists who care about their customers, Bloomex definitely isn't one of them. I have attached pictures of the flowers on the website and what was received. You will see, they look nothing alike!

Desired outcome: I would like a refund but as I have already been advised they are within their policies, I'm not holding my breath

Bloomex Order of Flowers

So Embarrassing! I wanted to send my dying Aunt some beautiful flowers for her Birthday. I placed the order on a Friday paying extra for express delivery and another amount for extra flowers and got neither. They arrived almost a week later.

Went back online to check on the order but there was no order ? So contacted a few times as to where the order was as they had taken money out from account a few days prior.

No contact to let me know the outcome or refund for the order and extra outlay .

Discovered that some bunch of flowers were finally delivered 6 days later by another family member.

Not the friendliest customer service and didn’t seem to concerned.

Bloomex My order

Hi

I order some Flowers for my sister 60th anniversary they were order on

Tuesday 21/6/22 and i told them i wanted them to go to her on wednesday 22/6/22 but they did not go until Thursday 23/6/22 also they were not the ones i had order the one on the left is what i wanted and the one on the right is what my sister got now they are just about dead i am not very happy and i want my money back i rang Blooex up on friday and they were going to send me a email but i have got nothing back from them at all i paid $54.90 if i do not get my money back i am going to go to consumer affair vic they have until this Friday to give me my back my code number 1952209 i will be waiting to hear from you

Bloomex flower deliver failure

You failed to deliver my flower order as requested for the 24 of June and had the nerve to suggest a delivery on the 28th of June, for a birthday gift to my 78 year old sister. Are you people crazy or just criminals. I will complain through every social media about your failed service if my order is not cancellrd and refunded immediately. The order was # 3738396. You also failed to sent me any email comfermations at all.

I place a order for my partner for 16th 17th and l didn’t get what l order l have phone so many times and been on line

My partner has phone as well. I live in uk and they live in Qld. Ref numbers are 1949797 / 1949804 didn’t get all what l paid for so you have taken $99.04 & $ 54.08 l want a full refund not credit l will not using you a gain. The roses was so bad no green

Bloomex Product and service

Hi Management.

I want my money back.

The flowers were delivered on the wrong day. The flowers look like they are from a service station as they are in poor condition. They were ordered for the 20th and delivered on the 16th instead, they were for a Bday on the 20th, seriously. they were for a bday.

See the attached photos and video, they were delivered upside down and bounced around the box, the flowers look like they are nearly dead and I have been ripped off.

Refund my money please.

Bloomex Flower Delivery

I entered the Bloomex website on May 23, 2022 and was assigned an order #[protected]. I NEVER pressed the submit order button, however, because my credit card was already on file by setting up my account, the order was processed by Bloomex. Then I received a message that my order was "on the way" when the order request date was a pre-order date of May 31. I immediately chatted on-line with an agent requesting cancellation and basically they said they would change and ensure the order date. After requesting several times to just cancel the order, they refused to do so. I called on the telephone line to customer service and three times I was hung up on. I followed up with an email and was advised the next day that I had to cancel within one hour. WHICH I TRIED TO DO as outlined by attached. Since nobody would help me cancel the order, I provided a delivery address (since the order was NEVER finished or submitted). The order arrived today and as outlined in the attached photo, my "Beautiful in Blue" order arrived not even close to advertised. The order I received was various shades of purple yellow & white 90% filler flowers. I have bought nicer and healthier bouquets at my local grocery store. One and done for me. I have told everyone I know about the horrific customer service I received, topped with the delivery of a pathetic vase of flowers. It will be viral and

Bloomex Flower Delivery

Guys this was the worst expierience i have ever had buying flowers online, they were not delieverd on the day i requested, they did not include a card that i paid for, and te customer service was non evident, i have emailed them 10 or more times and no response, look for an alternate service provider to avoid dissappointment.

Due date 26 May 22, actual date delivered 27th May 22
