FloraQueen FloraQueen Review: Unreliable Service, Poor Quality Flowers, and No Customer Support

Let me begin by sharing my recent experience with FloraQueen. It was my wife's birthday on October 24th, and since she was visiting her family in Bosnia, I decided to order flowers and a gift from FloraQueen. The order number was [protected], and I opted for the Infinite Love package, which comprised 12 Red Roses for 74.9, a heart-shaped chocolate box for 21, a love card for 6, a red vase for 13, and shipping costs for 11. The total value of my order was 117.90, and I had requested for a delivery before 14:00 on October 24th.

I had also added a special request for a card message, which read, "You have a special place in my life and my heart, and I hope your birthday is every bit as wonderful as you are. Love you Marica XOXOXO."

However, when my wife received the delivery, she was deeply disappointed. The flowers weren't what we had ordered, and they were almost dead, despite us having chosen premier quality roses. Moreover, the vase that we paid for wasn't delivered, and there was no card or message from me. Instead, the flowers came in a tiny cardboard box, which was quite underwhelming.

When my wife tried to explain the situation to the lady florist who was delivering the flowers, she was met with rudeness and hostility. The florist insisted that she had received a message from FloraQueen to deliver this order, and that they had only paid her 46.00 for it. My wife refused to accept the flowers, which were far from what we had expected, and were of inferior quality.

At this point, I decided to contact FloraQueen, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I received no response at all. I was extremely disappointed with this whole experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using FloraQueen, as they are unreliable, and fail to deliver what they promise. Don't waste your money on them, as they are not worth it!

FloraQueen FloraQueen: A Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service

When my boyfriend ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to arrive at my doorstep, we were both excited for the delivery. Unfortunately, that excitement turned into frustration and disappointment when the flowers failed to arrive not once, but twice. On the first attempt, I wasn't home, but the website indicated that the delivery had been successful. However, we soon discovered that this was not the case. On the second attempt, I made sure to be home and eagerly awaited the arrival of the flowers on a lovely Saturday. But once again, the flowers were a no-show, and there was no contact made from the delivery person or the company itself. To make matters worse, the company claimed that the flowers were delivered to someone else in my building, but after searching high and low, we found no trace of this person. We reached out to FloraQueen via email, hoping to receive some answers, but the responses were short, unhelpful, and often late. They even tried to put the blame on us, saying they had offered a discount when in fact we had gotten nothing at all. We attempted to call their customer service hotline in Spain several times, but we were never able to make it through. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing to deal with such poor customer service and lack of care for their customers. We will never be making a purchase from FloraQueen again and highly recommend staying away from this company.

FloraQueen FloraQueen's Failure to Deliver on Promises: A Disappointing Experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience with FloraQueen. I had ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary, but they were not delivered. I was very clear during the order process, providing my email, as well as mobile numbers for both myself and my wife. Even though it was a Saturday and we were out for lunch, I had expected FloraQueen's local supplier to get in touch with me or my wife to coordinate a new delivery time. However, we never heard from anyone – not via email or mobile phone; neither was there any note left for us.

Their website clearly states that they use local suppliers who realize that their clients may not always be reachable at home, and that they will thus use the provided email and mobile numbers to try and ensure delivery. However, FloraQueen failed to live up to this promise. I tried calling their customer service number, but only received a pre-recorded message in Spanish that directed me to their website. When I reached out to customer service via email, the responses I received seemed more focused on avoiding any responsibility instead of solving the problem at hand.

Even three days after our anniversary, my wife still had not received her flowers, and I was told that I could not receive a refund from FloraQueen because they attempted delivery and we were not home. This contradicted their website, which displayed a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I kept trying to reach out to them, asking why they did not use my email or mobile number to coordinate delivery, but my requests were ignored.

I understand that sometimes things go awry, but a reputable company should be willing to do everything in their power to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, FloraQueen did not prioritize resolving their delivery failure. They seem to be more interested in dodging their responsibilities than actually helping their customers. It's crucial for people to steer clear of companies like FloraQueen, as they cannot be trusted to fulfill their promises.

FloraQueen Disappointing Experience with FloraQueen's Online Floral Delivery Service

I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience with FloraQueen, an online floral delivery service. I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother's 70th birthday to be delivered to her in Hong Kong, paying a total of 100 dollars for the service. I was really excited to surprise her and hoped that the delivery would be made before 2pm.

However, by 2.30pm, I had not received any update regarding the delivery of my order. Worried, I tried calling the "customer service" phone number but was disappointed to get through an automated message in Spanish, after which the line hung up on me. I tried again, but the same thing happened. I felt helpless and decided to email the company.

One email and several hours later, I still hadn't received any further contact or status update from FloraQueen. My disappointment and frustration grew even more, especially because I had spent a significant amount of money on this delivery. I had to follow up again, this time requesting that they attempt delivery the next day. Still, I received no reply.

Disheartened, I asked FloraQueen to cancel the order when finally, the flowers arrived unexpectedly. What's more, the lack of communication and confusion from this ordeal had caused my parents to delay my mother's birthday celebration because they had been waiting for the flowers to arrive. In general, the customer service was poor with only one email from FloraQueen being sent throughout the process, and it wasn't even helpful.

In conclusion, I would strongly suggest considering other online floral delivery services rather than FloraQueen. This was an unacceptable experience, even for a first-time customer like me. My experience with FloraQueen was frustrating and disappointing, and the price I paid just wasn't worth it.

FloraQueen Terrible Experience with FloraQueen: Unreliable, Dishonest, and Poor Quality Products and Service

I had a really terrible experience with FloraQueen, and I would not recommend using their services to anyone. My father's funeral was taking place in Germany, and due to the pandemic, I was unable to travel. I decided to send flowers through the FloraQueen website, but unfortunately, on the day they were supposed to be delivered, I found out that my order had been cancelled. To make matters worse, no explanation was given for the cancellation.

Despite the disappointment, I decided to place a new order, hoping to at least send something to my mother in memory of my father. Sadly, this order was also delayed, again with no explanation. When the flowers finally arrived, they were a far cry from what I ordered. The bouquet was nothing like what was pictured on their website, and it looked like something a child had thrown together haphazardly. I was extremely disappointed with the product and the service; it was clear that the company had not put any effort into creating the bouquet.

When I tried to address these issues with customer service, I found their response to be very slow and unhelpful. In fact, it took several days to even get a response. The only apology offered was 20% off my next order, which was obviously not helpful, as I had no intention of using their services again. My main concern was getting a refund for the cancelled order, but even this proved to be a struggle. FloraQueen's website states that refunds take up to 10 working days, but it's been over 20 working days, and I still haven't received my refund.

In addition to the poor customer service and poor product quality, I also found FloraQueen to be untruthful. They claimed that my refund had already been processed, but this was not true. I have now had to resort to reporting the charge to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge, as FloraQueen did not keep their promise to refund my cancelled order.

Overall, my experience with FloraQueen was extremely negative. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they are unreliable, dishonest, and disinterested in providing quality service or products to their customers. Pictures included show what I ordered versus what was actually received.

FloraQueen FloraQueen Review: Unpleasant Experience with Delivery Policy and Customer Service

My experience with FloraQueen was not a positive one. I had ordered flowers for my daughter's big night, the opening of her new business. Initially, everything seemed to be going well, but then at 13h11, I received an email notifying me that I had to provide a Spanish phone number instead of the Belgian one I had initially provided during the ordering process. I was perplexed as I had received an order confirmation email which stated that everything was good to go without any mention of a Spanish number being necessary.

The unpleasant surprises did not stop there. Soon after that email, I received another one with a dead link and confusing information suggesting that the address and/or contact details provided were incorrect. At this point, my daughter had ordered numerous items for her shop, and every other company involved had managed to follow the correct address and contact details. Hence, I was convinced that the details provided were correct.

During our attempts to resolve the matter, "Monica" was utterly unhelpful, and to add insult to injury, told us that we would have to go and pick up the flowers ourselves from the transport company's warehouse. The reason given for this was that the contact details were incorrect because the transport company MRW Spain could only call local numbers, which I found to be utterly unacceptable. We are almost in 2020, and in Europe, such an excuse appears unfathomable.

To make matters worse, when we questioned why this information was not disclosed at the beginning of the order process, and why the order was accepted if the provided details were incorrect, we were met with a rude response stating that it was delivery policy and that we wouldn't receive a refund. The email ended with an insincere "sorry" which added salt to the wound.

On the day of the opening, we were left without the flowers we had ordered, which were now lying somewhere in the warehouse of MRW Spain because the given phone number was not a local one. We paid €65.90 for flowers, and it is not just the money that we are disappointed about, but rather the way the company holds onto its "policy" without a care in the world.

The company's response to our complaints was lacklustre at best. They merely stated that they would take up the matter with the florist, shared a dead link, and requested us to go over the delivery address details and give them my daughter's mobile number again. It was clear that they were just going through the motions and did not care about the outcome.

In conclusion, I would recommend that you avoid using FloraQueen to avoid any potential frustration.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with FloraQueen (floraqueen.com) when I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday in November. Unfortunately, my wife did not receive the flowers as they were never delivered, and to make matters worse, FloraQueen did not return my money. I was shocked that on the day of delivery, neither I nor my wife received any calls from the company regarding the status of the order. As a customer, I would not recommend anyone to place an order with them based on my experience.

I even reached out to clarify the delivery details and was asked to confirm the delivery address and phone number of the recipient. I was confused as to why this information was required since it was already provided at the time of the order. I expected the delivery to be made to the address listed in the reservation of apartments in Lisbon and assumed that as professionals, FloraQueen would be able to easily retrieve the recipient's apartment number from the name and phone number provided. To my surprise, this was not the case, and my wife was left without the flowers I had planned to surprise her with.

It was disappointing that no one from the company even attempted to contact us to notify us of the issue or offer any apologies for the inconvenience caused. I expected better service and communication from FloraQueen, especially given the modern communication tools available to businesses.

It was upsetting that FloraQueen did not seem to care that they had caused such an inconvenience to us, and it felt like I had lost my money for no good reason. I found it frustrating that there were no opportunities to leave comments on the order, nor any clarity on the rules that I may have violated, which led to such a negative experience.

In conclusion, I want to express my profound disappointment with FloraQueen's service. I will not be making any further purchases from them and have already informed my friends to avoid using their service. I will make sure to use my free time to leave negative reviews online, so others may be warned and avoid similar experiences. I hope FloraQueen takes the time to address these issues and improve its service to provide more satisfactory experiences for its customers.

FloraQueen FloraQueen: Disappointing Quality, Bad Customer Service, and False Advertising

As a concerned mother, I wanted to make sure my daughter would receive a beautiful poinsettia arrangement for Christmas while she was living overseas. I browsed through various options, and decided to place an order with FloraQueen. However, upon delivery, I was shocked and disappointed to find that the arrangement was not what was advertised on their website. The flower arrangement they sent was far inferior, and looked completely different from what I HAD CHOSEN. This was unacceptable, and I was extremely embarrassed for having sent such a subpar gift.

To make matters worse, the flowers were reported by my daughter to have mold and didn't even last a few days. After having left a negative review on TrustPilot, FloraQueen asked me to get in touch with them through email. I did so twice and they completely ignored me. This was completely unacceptable customer service.

Things only went from bad to worse. When I contacted them through Facebook Messenger, they apparently responded telling me that they would "go back" to the address to make things right. But given the recent lockdown measures in the country, I was not optimistic about this approach. I was worried for my daughter, and frustrated at the lack of communication and care from FloraQueen. Despite all this, I persisted in trying to get a refund but their response was insufficient. They stated that the arrangement was faithful to the online photo and therefore wouldn't issue any compensation for the deficient flowers.

It is unbelievable to me that this is the case. FloraQueen falsely claims on their website that their customers' satisfaction is their top priority, and then blatantly neglects customer complaints. From the generic response sent to me on a different website, I willing to bet that they didn't even bother to read my specific review. Ultimately, it took multiple communications before FloraQueen refunded the money, acknowledging that they did not meet their quality standards.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They made it an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience for me as a customer. Not only did they not deliver the product I purchased, they showed little interest in righting their wrong, and only did so after receiving negative feedback. Avoid FloraQueen at all costs unless you want a headache and subpar presentation for your loved ones.

FloraQueen Poor Quality and Customer Service from FloraQueen for My Nan's Birthday

I was beyond disappointed with the service and flowers I received from FloraQueen for my Nan's birthday. Not only were the flowers a week late, but they arrived in a disgraceful state. I had spent a significant amount of money on the arrangement, which was almost double the cost when converted from Euro to Australian dollars. The flowers were half dead with the other half dying, and they had clearly been cut over a week before they were delivered.

I reached out to FloraQueen's customer service center to express my concerns and request a refund, but I was brushed aside and not given the attention or compassion I would expect from a supplier who deals mostly with overseas and online orders. Instead, I was told that I needed to contact the courier myself, despite paying FloraQueen for the delivery. The contact information for the courier was all in Spanish with no English option, which made the situation even more frustrating.

After following up multiple times with FloraQueen's customer service center and receiving no response, I was finally informed that the original courier had gone to the wrong address. The flowers had been held up at a depot with no care taken to keep them in presentable condition, and there was no attempt to contact me or my Nan regarding the delay.

Overall, this entire experience was deeply upsetting, and the treatment I received was unacceptable. As a result, I will not be using FloraQueen's services again. I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

FloraQueen My Unfortunate Experience with FloraQueen: Poor Delivery and Customer Service

I recently had an unfortunate experience with FloraQueen, an online flower delivery service. As it was my first time using such a service, I was excited to order a bouquet for my friend in Portugal who was celebrating a birthday. I even added a bottle of wine to the order, hoping she could enjoy it with a mutual friend while celebrating. I requested a same-day delivery.

To my disappointment, I received an email stating the company was unable to deliver to the address provided. They suggested I contact Customer Service to rectify the issue. I obliged, providing new information. I received a response from a representative named Mnica, who informed me that she had passed the information along to their florist.

Days passed without any further information regarding the delivery. I sent another message asking for a status update, but received a similar response from Mnica. I expressed my frustration, informing her that I was considering a refund and purchasing a different gift for my friend since her birthday had already passed and she was no longer in Portugal. To my surprise, Mnica informed me that a refund was not possible, as I had provided incorrect information.

I was confused by this response, as I had not received any notification of incorrect information from FloraQueen. I requested additional details about the delivery to better understand the situation. However, another representative named Gi*nc*rlo provided a generic response stating that I failed to provide the recipient's name, making a refund impossible. I sent a screenshot of my original message with all necessary information, highlighting the recipient's name, but received no response.

Days went by and I continued to make inquiries, but received the same responses from different representatives, including Esth*r, who made an irrelevant reference to the current health crisis. I was highly annoyed by the disrespectful and unhelpful responses and began making daily ticket inquiries until I received a refund. I felt that I had paid for a service that was not delivered and was highly dissatisfied with the customer service I received.

FloraQueen FloraQueen Review: Unprofessional Delivery Etiquette Ruined Birthday Surprise Gift

I am writing this review to caution everyone out there about FloraQueen. On May 11th, I placed an order for a bouquet worth 129 euros to be delivered to my relative in Switzerland. As per their terms and conditions, I was informed that they couldn't guarantee a next-day delivery or delivery on weekends. I was fine with this, and I understood their stance. However, what was truly perplexing was that their website still charged me an extra fee of 11 euros for a weekend rush delivery.

After agreeing and accepting their conditions, I found out that the order was not delivered on Monday, as I hoped, but on Tuesday. To top it all off, the delivery person left the vase on the floor of the building's entrance instead of delivering it to the second floor as I had requested. I even indicated that there was an elevator available to take them upstairs, which would have taken just 15 seconds.

What made things worse is that my relative found the vase purely by chance when she was going down the stairs during the day. I shudder to think what would have happened if she hadn't stumbled upon it by coincidence. FloraQueen's unprofessional delivery etiquette completely ruined the surprise birthday gift that I had planned for my relative. They spoiled what would have been a truly memorable occasion for my dear one.

Frankly, it is unacceptable for a company to just leave a gift flower vase on the floor of a building entrance at 10:00 am. I could confirm that no one had rung the bell as well. So, in essence, FloraQueen managed to ruin not only the gift, but also the whole plan that I had concocted. I couldn't have been more disappointed in their service.

My advice to anyone thinking of using FloraQueen's service is to go elsewhere. Even when I raised a complaint to them, they did nothing to rectify the situation. I am now actively seeking a way to dispute the transaction. Never again will I use their service, and I hope others don't have to face the same predicament that I did. After all, customers that trust them need to receive better service than this, and FloraQueen certainly did not deliver that. Shame on them for ruining such an important occasion for my relative due to their lack of professionalism.

FloraQueen FloraQueen: A Nightmare Experience with Terrible Customer Service and No Refunds

My experience with FloraQueen (floraqueen.com) was an absolute nightmare. The flowers that I ordered were never delivered, and I was never notified that they wouldn't be. The frustration of trying to contact customer service was almost unbearable. After numerous attempts, I was finally told that I would not be getting a refund, but could either have the flowers redelivered or receive a credit towards a future purchase - but the credit was only half the amount I had originally paid.

Feeling hopeless and disgusted with the company's complete lack of honesty and terrible customer service, I decided to use the credit a few months later, only to find out that my claim had inexplicably been closed and I wouldn't be receiving either the credit or the flowers that they had promised to redeliver.

In an age where customer service is key, this company has no regard for their customers' concerns, leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth and a negative impression of their business. It's incredibly disappointing to see that there is no phone number available to speak to a representative and that the only form of contact is through email - further delaying resolution of the issue.

FloraQueen Mixed experiences with FloraQueen: Communication issues and unfulfilled promises leave a disappointing impression

As someone who has used FloraQueen several times, I must say that my experiences have been a bit mixed. There have definitely been occasions where the flowers arrived on time and were in excellent condition - which is always a huge relief when you're sending a gift to someone you care about. However, there have also been instances where I felt the communication on delivery status was lacking. This was especially frustrating when I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, and they didn't arrive on the expected date. I had placed the order well in advance, so there wasn't any reason why they shouldn't have been delivered on time. The lack of communication on this matter left me feeling disappointed and let down.

To add insult to injury, each time I was told I would be reimbursed for my inconvenience, I was unfortunately let down again. It's difficult to understand why the company would make promises it couldn't keep, and it certainly didn't do anything to inspire confidence in me as a customer. I can't say that I'm eager to use FloraQueen again in future, as I now know that it's not a company that can be relied upon to deliver on its promises.

In short, while I have had positive experiences with FloraQueen in the past, I can't say that I would recommend them to anyone else at this point. There are simply too many issues with delivery and communication that make it difficult for me to have confidence in their ability to deliver a quality product. If you're considering using FloraQueen in future, I would advise you to carefully consider your options and choose a company that you feel you can rely on to deliver on their promises.

FloraQueen FloraQueen Flower Shipping Review: Decent Flowers, Lackluster Customer Service Experience

I recently had the pleasure of trying FloraQueen's flower shipping service, and while the flowers themselves were up to standard, I was not entirely satisfied with the customer service experience I received. As someone who was sending flowers to a friend living in a different country, I was nervous about how well the product would hold up and when it would arrive. Thankfully, the flowers arrived when I had requested and they looked similar to the picture I had seen on the website.

However, where I felt let down by FloraQueen was in the customer service aspect of the process. From the get-go, I found the order page difficult to navigate, which led to some errors showing up in my friend's address. I tried to rectify this by contacting customer service, but to my frustration, I never received a response. As someone who was using a flower shipping service for the first time, this lack of communication made me quite anxious, especially as I was not being kept up-to-date by FloraQueen about what was happening with my order. Instead, all I received were automated updates from the post service in the receiving country.

Another thing that I found difficult to navigate was the website itself. If you want to track your order on the website, you need to have an account, but nowhere does it actually say "create an account", only "log in". To get around this, I needed to go through the "forgot password" process, which was just a roundabout way of creating a new password and being able to log in.

All in all, I was very thankful that the flowers ultimately arrived and made my friend happy. However, if I ever need to use a flower shipping service again, I might try out another company that I feel would provide more timely and efficient customer service.

Despite FloraQueen advertising a refund on delivery fees if the specified delivery date is missed, I received neither an apology nor a refund.

The lack of response by the company to my follow-up messages further frustrated me, with no acknowledgement of their shortcomings. Even now, the website still shows my bouquet as "being prepared," which does not give me any confidence in their ability to deliver orders accurately and on time. Unfortunately, my experience with FloraQueen has been one of unpreparedness and unreliability.

I would give FloraQueen a 0-star rating for their customer service, which would be a truer reflection of my experience. While I acknowledge that the pandemic may have affected services in many countries, that is not the excuse for the poor service provided in New Zealand. The difference between the requested pink bouquet and what was actually delivered in the multi-color lily-heavy posy is a clear demonstration of the mismatch in expectations and reality.

Overall, I found the service from FloraQueen to be overpriced and appalling. If the company was regulated, it would be subject to closure due to its inability to deliver on its promises.

I truly regret not taking the time to read the reviews of this company before placing my order. As you may have guessed, my sister did not end up receiving the flowers I ordered for her 21st birthday. It goes without saying that not being able to celebrate such a momentous occasion with our loved ones is highly disappointing, even more so when the gift we sent never arrived.

I immediately reached out to FloraQueen to request an explanation for the mishap. Unfortunately, it took several attempts before I received a response. Upon receiving their reply, I was extremely disheartened to see that all they offered was a generic apology for the issue. There was no recognition of the significance of the occasion or the disappointment I felt.

As I attempted to communicate my concerns with FloraQueen, my messages were frequently ignored, leading me to question their level of customer service. I eventually received a response that my refund was being processed, but by then, it was too late. The damage had already been done, and the lack of compassion and understanding was palpable.

It's unsettling to know that my experience was not an isolated incident, as similarly disheartening reviews have been shared by many others. It's baffling to me that a company responsible for delivering emotional gifts, such as flowers, could have so little understanding of the value their deliveries hold.

I hope that potential customers of FloraQueen take heed of the experiences shared and do their research beforehand. No one should have to experience what many of us have with this company.

FloraQueen FloraQueen Review: A Scam Florist Company You Should Avoid

I had an unfortunate experience with FloraQueen, a florist company that I cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone. I didn't do my due diligence and check out reviews before placing my order for a large bouquet of Amaryllis on their website on December 16th. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a series of frustrating miscommunications.

After exchanging some emails with FloraQueen, I received several emails in Spanish which were of no help to me because I don't understand the language. They claimed they had difficulties with the address, phone number, and other details, and as a result, my order was delayed. Finally, on December 22nd, the bouquet arrived, but to my dismay, it was a completely different one from what I had ordered.

To add insult to injury, during the ordering process, I noticed that I was charged for a red vase which I hadn't wanted or requested. This raised a red flag, and I should have canceled the order right then and there. Alas, it was too late, and I was unable to do so once I had submitted my payment.

I must caution you against using FloraQueen. My experience with them can only be described as a scam, as they took my money and delivered garbage. In these trying times, with the pandemic still raging across the world, we are all stressed and worried about our families, jobs, and finances. The fact that a company like FloraQueen is operating and defrauding people who trusted them is an outrage.

I would give anything to meet with the people who run FloraQueen and let them know how angry and disappointed I am with them. They are a disgrace and a blight on the industry. Sadly, I cannot provide photographic evidence of my terrible experience. The recipient of the bouquet, my friend in Slovakia who just had a baby, doesn't need any more stress or annoyance, and I don't want to bother her. All I can do is advise you to stay far, far away from FloraQueen.

FloraQueen FloraQueen: A Disappointing Experience and Total Rip-Off

I recently had an unfortunate experience with FloraQueen (floraqueen.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had purchased a deluxe bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister as a special surprise for her wedding day. As I couldn't be there in person, I wanted to ensure she knew how much I cared. I even paid extra for weekend delivery, hoping the flowers would arrive on time.

However, my hopes were shattered when the flowers failed to arrive until the following Tuesday, well after the wedding. To make matters worse, the bouquet that was delivered was a far cry from the one I had ordered. Instead of a lush and full arrangement, I received a measly bunch with only six flowers. For the price I had paid, it was wholly unacceptable.

When I reached out to customer service about the issue, I was met with a clause stating they could not guarantee delivery on a specific day. Yet, they had charged me extra for weekend delivery, knowing they couldn't fulfill that promise. Customer service was equally unhelpful with their response, offering a mere 30% off the next order.

I even sent a picture of what I had ordered versus what was delivered, seeking a refund. I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved, despite their apology and suggestion to contact their agents. At this point, I urge others to avoid FloraQueen at all costs. It was a total rip-off that left me feeling cheated and disheartened.

FloraQueen Disappointing Experience with FloraQueen: Late Delivery, Wrong Chocolates, and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with FloraQueen that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I had placed an order with them for a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. Priding themselves on same day deliveries, I assumed that ordering one day in advance would be more than enough time for them to fulfill my order. However, this couldn't have been further from the truth. My order was actually more than a week late!

What made matters worse is that FloraQueen refused to take any responsibility for the mishap, claiming that they had notified me via email that the flowers might arrive on Friday. This was told to me a week after the delivery date had already passed. I was left feeling disappointed and disgruntled at their lack of accountability.

As if the situation couldn't get any worse, I also ordered chocolates to be delivered with the flowers. Unfortunately, FloraQueen sent the wrong type of chocolates. Instead of the premium version I had ordered, they sent a cheaper alternative. Although they did give me a partial refund of 5 euros, this hardly made up for the inconvenience caused.

The biggest disappointment came with the bouquet itself. I had ordered a deluxe bouquet of roses, lilies, and other flowers based on the image shown on their website. However, what I received was nothing like what I had ordered. The bouquet was mostly green with only a few roses thrown in. There were no white flowers as advertised and no lilies either. Despite my complaint, the representative I spoke to refused to compensate me for the mistake.

To add to the frustration, the customer service was extremely poor. I found myself waiting for a reply to my complaint for days, and even when they did respond, it was often unhelpful and seemingly uninformed.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend FloraQueen based on my terrible experience. It's worth considering other options for flower delivery to avoid similar disappointment. I've attached an image of the bouquet I received and the picture advertised on their website.
