They do not care about customers
I've ordered a personalized chocolate milk bar for almost 60 euros. My order should consist of 9 milka bars however they only delivered 6pcs. I emailed them about their mistake but I never got a response except for them giving me a voucher (they want me to order again to use the voucher!). Told them I can not accept it since I will not order again but after that they never responded back. It has been a month and it was never resolved. Do not order from them, take this as a very honest review. I had plenty of patience and understanding but this business does not care about their customers.
Floraqueen is Pathetic
I have tried using Floraqueen for flower deliveries in Madrid. They are horrible. My lates (and final) effort was to deliver Valentine’s Day flowers. The mis-scheduled the delivery for March 11. Worse, an order was made from my account to someone in Amsterdam. I don’t know anyone in Amsterdam. Floraqueen will not refund my money or cancel the deliveries “for logistical reasons”. USE CAUTION when trying to do business with Floraqueen. They are either incompetent or frauds.
Recommendation: Find a company that knows what it’s doing. Floraqueen does not.

However, what was truly perplexing was that their website still charged me an extra fee of 11 euros for a weekend rush delivery.
After agreeing and accepting their conditions, I found out that the order was not delivered on Monday, as I hoped, but on Tuesday. To top it all off, the delivery person left the vase on the floor of the building's entrance instead of delivering it to the second floor as I had requested. I even indicated that there was an elevator available to take them upstairs, which would have taken just 15 seconds.
What made things worse is that my relative found the vase purely by chance when she was going down the stairs during the day. I shudder to think what would have happened if she hadn't stumbled upon it by coincidence. FloraQueen's unprofessional delivery etiquette completely ruined the surprise birthday gift that I had planned for my relative. They spoiled what would have been a truly memorable occasion for my dear one.
Frankly, it is unacceptable for a company to just leave a gift flower vase on the floor of a building entrance at 10:00 am. I could confirm that no one had rung the bell as well. So, in essence, FloraQueen managed to ruin not only the gift, but also the whole plan that I had concocted. I couldn't have been more disappointed in their service.
My advice to anyone thinking of using FloraQueen's service is to go elsewhere. Even when I raised a complaint to them, they did nothing to rectify the situation. I am now actively seeking a way to dispute the transaction. Never again will I use their service, and I hope others don't have to face the same predicament that I did. After all, customers that trust them need to receive better service than this, and FloraQueen certainly did not deliver that. Shame on them for ruining such an important occasion for my relative due to their lack of professionalism.
