JustFlowers.com - Ordered Purple Tulips for my daughter

Tulips arrived a 2 days late, wrong color pink and dead.(See attached picture)

Left numerous messages with no replies.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service...

For my wife's Godmother promised on mothers day never got delivered.

Again no response to messages, so frustrating...

I will never use this service again or recommend to anyone. If this doesn't get resolved I will spread the news of this horrible experience.

JustFlowers.com - Order Never Delivered

Order number 9603857. I purchased a flower arrangement from justflowes.com that was supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day but was never delivered. I called Just Flowers up until 10 PM to do a follow-up and was told that they needed to contact the local flower company to see why my order was not delivered and what happened, and when I told the rep that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, she hung up on me. At 10:30, I get an email saying, "We see in our system that your order was delivered." (This was only after I asked for my refund and for the order to be cancelled) but she needed to confirm with the local flower company, which was closed today and will be tomorrow. At 10AM this morning, I emailed them back and they sent THE SAME email back that my order was delivered but they hadn't heard from the flower company. I replied back letting them know that this order was NOT delivered and I wanted it cancelled and a refund. The repeated request for a refund is going unanswered. This order was NOT delivered, and there's no way they were seeing it at 10:30 PM as delivered, but it wasn't showing delivered just 30 mins prior. The house this was supposed to be delivered to has security cameras that were checked to date back a full 48 hours. This delivery was not made. It's already 5 PM here and no one has attempted to contact me, and when I call them, no one answers. This is the worst experience I have had to deal with and I will NEVER do business with justflowers.com again.

Desired outcome: I want 100% of my money back!

Ordered flowers for my 92 year old mother who lives in assisting living. The flowers were never deliver. I spent hours trying to talk with someone. When on hold the system automatically hangs up. I called 6 times to get corrected. The order number was 9576145 .

Out of frustration I am just stopping payment on my credit card. I have given JustFlowers many opportunities to correct the situation

I will never use this company AGAIN ...I warn others

JustFlowers.com - Mother's Day Flowers

Hello #9594512 flowers I ordered that were guaranteed to be delivered on Mother's Day, May 8th. Each day around 4:00 p.m. I receive a text from Just Flowers saying the delivery is rescheduled for the next day. I called on May 9th and was told the order was out for delivery now. The website now says will be delivered on May 10th. Spent nearly $100 for this horrible customer service.

Desired outcome: Deliver the flowers already! Tomorrow I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company if I don't hear back. POOR MOM!

JustFlowers.com - Flower delivery

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date.

Got an email after 330 on the date of delivery that it is rescheduled to the next available date.

Called customer service to resolve. Incredibly rude and was hung up on twice.

If you don't have the ability to fulfill orders by a given date with your network of "thousands" of florists that you boast to have you should not accept orders. Even if you do accept it you should let the customer know if you need to reschedule well in advance than more than halfway through the delivery date.

Poor service and misleading.

Desired outcome: A proper response from a person of authority rather than a customer service employee who hangs up on customers

I have unsubscribed from you email list countless times and it has done absolutely no good! Why do you have an unsubscribe link if you will not honor it?

Please remove me from your countless emails.

This has been going on for approximately 2 years and I have just recently decided to do something about it.

I have requested to unsubscribe from their emails numerous times. At least 3 times this first week of May 2022. They keep on mentioning Mother’s Day and my mom’s name. I emailed them and told them in addition to stop, that my mother had passed three years ago. So it is spam plus a gut punch that they keep on telling me how much my deceased mom will love flowers on Mother’s Day.

Desired outcome: Stop emailing me, stop mentioning my mom.

JustFlowers.com - Violates SPAM act and Won't remove us from their email listing

I have tried for over 2 years to get removed totally from their email list. This company violates the regulation to let users opt out of future emails. This is the only company that I have seen NOT remove me after request.

Years and years of requesting to STOP ALL EMAILS - and they do not - for that very reason NEVER EVER do business with this company

JustFlowers.com - Failure to cancel unwanted email

I have been sent email solicitations relentlessly by justflowers.com. I have clicked the "unsubscribe" text at the bottom of the emails many times but am still receiving them. I even called the company and in spite of assurances that I had been removed from this company's email list I still receive this unwanted solicitation.

I am not the first person to experience this & I'm really sick of cleaning their "spam"!

I placed a very simple order online with Just Flowers to have a Peace Lilly (Peace to the World as pictured below) delivered to a funeral for my very dear friend's mother. I spent almost $70 for this plant/delivery. Unfortunately a very embarrassing and ugly plant (pictured below on right) was delivered that looked like was worth about $5 at best. I specifically chose a Peace Lilly as this plant is a very sentimental plant for funerals and a plant you can keep for years to remember your loved one who passed. Once I saw what was delivered on my behalf (small little ugly plant) I was absolutely horrified with embarrassment. I'm very unhappy with the customer service for my order. There's no reason why I should not have received a full refund in my opinion for this failed order. After two full frustrating weeks of phone calls and emails to Just Flowers customer service and speaking with managers I ONLY received a $30 refund. I will never order from Just Flowers again and buyers should BEWARE that they keep hanging their hat on that even though you order a very clear cut plant or flower with a picture attached to the purchase it doesn't guarantee that will be whats delivered. Terrible policy and an even worse refund policy! Not only did I only receive a $30 refund I also had to contact another florist to have a Peace Lilly delivered to my friend which cost me an additional almost $75! I will never recommend Just Flowers to anyone nor will I ever use again!

Desired outcome: I was a full refund of $66.47. Not the $30 refund I received.

On Feb 10 I placed an order # 9666129 to be delivered on Friday to my aunt in Westlock Alberta as my uncle had just passed away. Friday I received a msg that it would be delivered the next day. Monday I received the same msg. Tuesday I received the same message. Wednesday I received a msg saying that due to the remote location I could choose something that you would be able to ship. Really ! There is numerous florists in Westlock. I know I have used them before. I called yesterday and was told you would take $5.00 of my order for the inconvenience . My time and stress you have caused is worth way more than five dollars. How insulting. Especially since it was for a funeral. Well that is now past, Thanks for nothing. Am I angry ... beyond. To be treated with so much indifference and so shabbily ... Oh I was also left a voice mail stating that you had to substitute the flowers for different ones. If that is the case why are they not delivered. Too many different excuses. One lie after another. Poor business ethics.

Desired outcome: I wanted the flowers delivered in a timely manner.

In January 2022 I placed an order to be delivered to my sister for her birthday on 02/07/2022. We has just lost our mother the end of January. This was important to me to give her a pick me up, especially at this difficult time in our family. I had just lost my husband (her brother) in October to Covid. I selected the top of the line for my order called “champagne toast”. With white and peach/ tan colored flowers on a square shaped vase. She happened to be out upon delivery. I was told they were out for delivery when I called that night. Nothing, she received a sad arrangement of a few pink flowers in a cylinder vase. The following day 02/09/2020, without alerting the homeowner of their delivery. I called and complained of my TOTAL dissatisfaction. After numerous phone calls and an email with pictures, they offered me $7 refund for my displeasure. I paid $80 for an arrangement that was not received and $20 towards delivery that came 2 days later. Sadly they started to die within 3 days.

i made an order on or around 20, 12, 2021 order number 9509812. The order was for the flowers in picture 4. i also paid an additional $10 for more flowers to be added. In pictuers 1, 2, and 3 is the flowers they sent which is far less than shown on the advert i chose. I have spoken to someone from Just flowers and they insisted that all they could do was refund me $15. I asked that they just replaced the flowers and send a bunch of flowers as shown on there advert, but they insisted that all they would do is refund me $15
I would like this to be resolved by replacing the flowers

The person I send the flowers to advised me that the flowers were nearly dead upon arrival and it looked like someone dropped the flowers and put them back into the vase. This is totally unacceptable particularly since I have purchased flowers from your company before with no problems. My name is Charles J. I've asked numerous times, filed numbers requests and complaints to be removed from your database, newsletters/ALL EMAILS.

I received another email from [email protected] today.

Once again, I unsubscribed, but the emails from you keep coming.

I'm not bringing up that you didn't ship the flowers a year ago and fraudulently used my card a few months after that. Please just remove me from your emails/newsletters and entire database: [email protected]

JustFlowers.com - Delivery Not Made/Still Charged

I too ordered flowers for Mother's Day (5/9/21) and as of today, 5/11/21, they have still not been delivered. I specifically wanted them delivered on Mother's Day and received a text on Sunday afternoon that they would be delivered on Monday. I have emailed, put in order inquiries requesting that my order be cancelled, and tried the customer service number several times without any answer...they put you on hold and never answer. My credit card has been charged. They should not have offered delivery for Mother's Day if they could not fulfill the order. And the fact that we are now two days after the committed delivery date...and still no flowers, no response, and no refund is beyond frustrating. I can't believe this company is still in business.

I ordered flowers for mother's day on the 30th of April to be delivered on May the 7th. that was friday before mother's day. They still have not been delivered and have not be contacted yet about the delivery. They charged my card and no flowers. So disappointed! My father just pasted away in Nov. and my step mom is having a really hard time with his death and now this disappoinment. I am beyond pissed at this point.

Desired outcome: I want an exceptional hugh flower arrangement delivered immediately to make up for their failure.
