Resolved order not delivered

I ordered a bunch of flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my sisters in Canada on the 27/05/09. It was supposed to be special and a surprise. I paid a premium for the delivery to take place on the morning of 27/5/09. The flowers and chocolates were not delivered. I try to contact the company to trace the order but received a pre recorded message. I am angry and upset at what this company has done. It is advertised as a reputable Canadian company which delivers flowers for special occassions. Based on that I placed my order with them. It is only after I had placed my order did I read the comments about the horrible service this company gives to their customers. They have taken my money, have not delivered the goods and have scammed me. If anyone in that company has any sense of conscience and decency they will not do this to people and shatter their occassions. I hope the Canadian trading standards get onto them .

Resolved floral arrangements

I ordered two funeral arrangements from bloomex on line. When I arrived at the viewing I was thunderstruck, I thought the flowers had not arrived. Upon closer examination of the floral arrangements displayed I saw the cards with our names on them in pitiful little arrangements, the cards looked out of place because the arrangements were small and sparse looking. They didnot resemble the web images in the least. They donot return phone calls once they have received your order and payment via credit card. We thought this company was legit because it was associated with the cancer society.ca I would exercise caution ordering from this company.

Flowers ordered on line were not delivered on time as per their advertized guarantee. When I attempted to contact the company to discuss the problem, no agent was available. They did however have an agent available to assist me should I wish to place another order ...?

Resolved late delivery and wrong!

I ordered a custom fruit basket for my daughter who was ill. It was delivered 2 days late and wasn't the fruit I selected. I have sent 3 e-mails, called 3 times and entered their online chat 3 times. I have received 1 phone call back but they left a message and now don't return my calls. The operator in online chat disconnected from me twice without saying goodbye, ie. hung up on me!

I have sent in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but nothing back yet. I was on the phone to dispute the charge with my credit card company when Bloomex called which is why they left the message on my voicemail. I so wish I had checked here first.

Well here we are coming up to Feb 2009, I'm still waiting for my final pay check for the work since Nov 2008.
Not much has changed the bloomex staff is still ripping people off any way they can, , Beware Valentines is just around the corner, need to disapoint your loved one? Order from Bloomex if you do they will guarantee to let you down.. Don't take my word read the complaints from last Valentines Day.
I'm presently enjoying the warm sun but when I return I plan to take the crook Dimtri to small claims court and get my last pay, he also forgets that I didnt sign the new contract right away he owes me there to and interest.. In the meantime BUYER BEWARE OF BLOOMEX . CA read the p0licies, you will be charged $9.99 to have the dead flowers picked up and if you think your getting a refund when your Valentine Flowers don't arrive think again this is not how BLOOMEX RIPPOFF works . There is an excuse for everything you tell them, in the mean time count on them hanging up on you or disconnecting you from the live help ..
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE ... READ THE POLICIES ... you take a chance ordering from them and you take a bigger change working for them ... they will not hesitate to deduct your hours and rip you off ...

I thank you so much. This was my first order with Bloomex and definitely not my last, your staff were extremely helpful, and courteous and the confirmation of delivery is very reassuring.     Bloomex informs me of my changed order after they ship the product and goof it up.
    these are excerpts from the mail i sent to bloomex..their reply is still awaited but this was the first time i placed an order for someone so special and bloomex completely blew it..it is going to take some time before i even think to order again. It not goin to happen with bloomex thats for sure.

You keep mentioning about similar prodect ..company policies, but you have violated your policies.I did not want any tea or coffee in my basket and so I saw to it that I didn order them.
    This is not done. . And also if you have changed the status of my order you should have intimated me before shipping it as I place the order more than a week ago, and there was enough and more time to replenish your stock too if the item was out of stock. And why would you accept orders for articles which are out of stock more than 2 weeks. This is simply unacceptable.
    I place 2 orders (one with 11 items which did not have tea or coffee in it)and another (one with belgium truffles)
    I end up getting tea and coffee in the package and no sign of belgium truffles and above all no intimation that you have changed the face of my order and justifying it with a company policy which you have completely violated.I feel cheated.

    I ordered a gift basket for my mother for mother's day, I wanted the basket delivered on May 7th. It never came. I called the company and there was a recording saying that all deliveries will be delivered by Sunday May 8th. My mother waited all day Sunday it never came. Not only she wasted her whole weekend, she never got her Mother's Day Present.
    I called the following morning to complain, the guy that answered was rude and could care less. He wanted to rush me off the phone so bad. Told me to file my complaint through email. would not let me talk to anyone at all! A few days later, I got an email from them saying that their records showed the basket was delivered and as a token of goodwill they are going to resend my mother her basket. This was May 12th. My mother saw that they left a voice mail at 5:07 pm, my mom was not home at the time, she called them back to reschedule and told them to deliver after 6pm.
    Today she came home from work, saw that they attempted at 4pm. Is this company run by FOOLS? My mother called them right back and a guy answered telling my mom that he does not know where the basket is, and that he does not have it. He asked my mom if they could reschedule the delivery for Saturday may 14th or Monday May 16th.
    This was supposed to be a Mother's day present.
    this is not acceptable.

My Brother -in- law died Christmas day. With it being a bad time I figured I would get flowers delivered. I decided to try on-line. What a mistake. I was embarrassed and humiliated. Not only were they nothing like the picture they have on the website, but half were dead or almost there. I have to say I got a very nice gentleman helping me and he offered a replacement but it was too late. My brother-in-law was being buried in two hours! So he offered me a full credit for the full amount. I gladly took it. Well again I thought I could trust them. Nope. I ordered a gift basket. It was to say sorry to my sister and I made a custom order for the total credit. What a sham! 7 items that were small or just one cookie or handful of jelly beans! It is a scam! If you think your getting something good forget it. Do NOT believe the pictures! Never will I ever trust on-line products from anything. I'm done.

Before ordering with bloomex. Ca check out web sites that offer you both complaints and compliments... A shorter read on the compliments...
Read the policies... They send you dead flowers you pay $9.99 to return the dead flowers.. They guarantee to rip you off and you will most likely not get what you order..
Still waiting since nov 18th to get paid for a week's wages that dimtri refuses to pay me for telling the customers the truth...
So i have to go to court to get it... Gives me lots of time to keep telling the truth about how they rip you off.
Be sure to ask for a total before giving your credit card...
If you don't you will get ripped off... They call it a glitch but don't tell the customer they are being charged more after credit card goes threw... They are scam artists and very good.. Operators taking your calls can do absolutely nothing to help you... Beware of bloomex. Ca

    Beware of Bloomex. They are a terrible company to deal with and they have horrible customer service. I had them do 5 deliveries for me and 3 of which were a bait and switch. It's like playing a game of flower lottery with these guys, you choose what you want to have delivered but there's no way to tell what they will actually deliver.

    They'll deliver anything out of random. I am not talking about fancy, complicated orders here. I purchased some plain, regular red roses for delivery to my girlfriend, they delivered a bunch of random flowers. This happened twice. They said they were out of stock. Please. Don't lie to me. Which flower shop would be out of 6 regular red roses on a Thursday not near any romantic holidays.

    I contacted their customer service to complain. One of their customer service rep told me they'd refund me after making so many mistakes. All I had to do was to email them. I did. I got a response saying nothing will be done, "case closed". I wrote back an email saying I've been a loyal repeat customer, I've purchased flowers and gift baskets from them and they've been screwing up too many times. I received no response afterwards.

    If you really care about the person you want to send flowers to, please, do not deal with Bloomex. They advertise lower prices because they won't deliver what you order. I am furious and I will be going everywhere on the internet to write about this horrible experience with a horrible company.

    Keep posting comments on the internet, Dimitri doesnt like negative publicity. I worked for Bloomex and still havent been paid for my last weeks wages. Not only does he deduct the employee's hours because he feels like it, he charges them for email mistakes even if its the customer who gives the wrong address the operator is deducted $5.
    The owner of this company deliberatly has customer service disconnect you, this way you get frustrated and they get your money, much like the glitch in the system that charges you more after you give your credit card info ..
    Bloomex is a professional Scam Company !!!

    Ordered two bouquets of flowers for mothers day on the Thursday. Friday I received the confirmation in my email that by cc was charged and the order confirmed. On Mothers day happened to check email in morning to discover that another email was sent canceling the order. Although the website claims to have a live operator 24/7 i was told by an automated machine to call Monday morning if there was a problem with an order. Monday i called to speak with a woman named Romanda who rudely told me that they were too busy to fill the order, she told me there would be an investigation and they would call me back later. When i asked about a time frame she forcefully said they would call when they could and hung up. This prompted me to google Bloomex and that is when i found that have had 356 complaints brought to the BBB in the last 3 years and refuses to work with them to resolve any disputes. This is the first time i have ever written a complaint or comment on the internet but i thought i'd warn others before they have a special occasion spoiled or are left as shaken up as i was over there harsh and aggressive customer service.

Bloomex. Ca flowers - exceptional gift basket sent!!

Bloomex has once again gone above and beyond in their customer service. We ordered gift baskets from bloomex. Ca for our employees. We have 50 employees, and wanted the baskets to be delivered for our christmas party on dec. 5th. Bloomex. Ca managed to give us a great discount for the quantity of baskets we were getting, and delivered them all on time for the party! The baskets contained great quality gourmet foods. Alot of employees commented on the baskets, and were very pleased with the contents.

Thanks again bloomex for coming through for our company! This is why we continue to use you, year after year, keep it up!

I ordered flowers from www.bloomex.ca about a week ago, everything was smooth and easy. I searched online for flower delivery to Calgary, and came across Bloomex Canada. I thought I'd search for coupons and came across canadianfreestuff.com and found a Bloomex.ca flowers coupon code for a15% off discount on Bloomex.ca. I used the code "deal" in the coupon code field before checkout and saved $9 off my order. Sweet!! The flowers arrived on time, and my friend told me the flowers were awesome. I recommend them indeed! Natalia

    I have ordered flowers from Canadaflower.ca for a very special occasion. I was truly counting on this package to arrive as promised on Aug 8th specially after i contact Customer service department more 2 times to ensure that the order will be deliver on Aug 8th and i was told that everything will arrive on time no problems, but nothing was received. Costumer service was contacted 3 times on Aug 8th with regards to the delivery status and the only agent that was there that time he's name was Greg ; first time they said the package was leaving on the 2pm run and should arrive to its destination by 5pm, second time one of your agents was supposed to contact the delivery people and we were made a promise of a response of the status by email "shortly" (to my email and the second email in my file) but nothing was received by email at all and the third time costumer service was called, no straightforward answer was never given as to why still passed 6pm my order still didn't get to its destination!!! NEVER DEAL WITH THE IN THE FUTURE

I have two complaints on this company

I ordered three different bouquets for Thanksgiving - they were meant for the table for three different families - apparently this florist ran out of the orange flowers they were advertising and didn't notify me - they sent pink flowers instead of the orange I had ordered - pink did not work on any of the tables - the customer should have been notified and allowed to agree to the change or not.

The second complaint is that I understand there's a "glitch" in their system that changes the price after the order is done - they ask for the credit card info Before the order is completed and the price increases after the order is done - I want a refund on the money difference and on the three bouquets, and I don't expect to order from them again.

Bloomex gift baskets- all we can say is wow! I ordered 5 gift baskets from Bloomex.ca, to be delivered across Canada to research analysts who helped compile study material for me. When I phoned to place the order, the agent said that I may be interested in becoming a corporate user, as I would get 12.5% off all my purchases with Bloomex.ca. The ordering process was so easy, I emailed the corporate sales manager the address details and he assured me the baskets would all be delivered the next day. Sure enough, all the baskets were delivered on time, and ALL sent me emails regarding the selection in the basket as being exquisite. After Bloomex.ca's performance, I am of the position that I will use them solely for my flower and gift basket suppliers.

    later on during the day from bloomex stating they attempted delivery, but there was no such recipient at that address. I called and had to leave a message for customer service, within 10 minutes a customer service rep called me back, she told me they tried to deliver the flowers at 3pm, and no one by that name resided there. I aksed her to confirm the address, and I had made a mistake entering in the address. I told the rep that the flowers absolutely needed to be delivered that day as it was for a birthday present. She corrected the address, and said she would notify their warehouse to have the flowers re-delivered. At 6pm, I got a call from my sister- they flowers had arrived and she said they were absolutely beautiful! Later that night when I was checking my emails, I received another email from Bloomex stating the flowers had been delivered, and thanked me for my business.


    I was very impressed with the level of customer service, despite everything, they corrected a problem and sent out the flowers right away so that I wouldn’t miss an important day. Great service! I would easily recommend this company to anyone.

Bloomex. Ca - thank you for the lovely flowers to my aunt!!

I ordered flowers from bloomex in kitchener, ontario to be delivered to my aunt. She had just undergone surgery and was slowly recovering, and couldn't leave the house. I wanted to send her a cheer me up gift of colourful flowers. I decided to go through bloomex. Ca, and I am glad I did! The agent on the phone was patience and took the time to get my entire message on the card. I received an email with the details of what I ordered and noticed that the girl spelled my aunt's name wrong (Chelsey with a "y" and not an "a" at the end). I called the customer service line, and they changed the spelling right away and sent me another email with the corrected version. I liked the updates via email. My aunt told me the flowers were absolutely stunning, and that they made her week... She looks at them and smiles now. Thank you so much bloomex for making my aunt smile during a difficult time!!

    I also ordered flowers for a very special person from just outside St. Louis, MO who deserved some form of gratitude for what she did for me, so I ordered an arrangement from Calgary AB and Bloomex delivered as they said they would on time and in great condition. I love Americans and Bloomex. Trust 'em as I did.

    The lady who received the flowers I ordered from Bloomex was very pleased with them. This a very simple process that I would recommend to anyone. As it was last minutes and I was able to do it after hours. It was convenient and easy.

    Exceptional service! After placing an order with Bloomex for delivery to my daughter in Red Deer, AB, I was informed that my daughter's work address had changed, and I was sending her the flowers to the old address. I contacted Bloomex, where the service rep was very pleasant and corrected the delivery address for me right away. The flowers arrived on time the next day as requested, my daughter put them on her desk at work because she "wanted to share their beauty with everyone". Great service and wonderful flowers.

    Yesterday I ordered the new Give Hope basket on bloomex.ca's website. The basket was specially designed for the Canadian Cancer Society, where Bloomex.ca Canada is donating 20% of the sales to cancer research. I ordered the basket for my assistant, because I wanted to see the size and quality of it (plus it was a great way to remind her that she is very important to me). The basket is really big for the price, so I will be purchasing this basket for my corporate clients as a holiday cheer gift. Considering the cancer society benefits a great deal from it, I am very satisfied!

The flowers delivered were exceptional!! I ordered flowers online to be delivered to a business associate in Toronto, as a congratualtions for sealing a huge account. I decided to order through Bloomex, as they had same day delivery. The flowers were very affordable, and they kept me up to speed with Bloomex emails. My associate claime the flowers were absolutely beautiful!! I was most bemused at the quality and customer satisfaction Bloomex performed. My associate was so impressed, she says she'll be using Bloomex in the future, and you can bet I will also...another happy customer!

    Great website. Easy to navigate. Service was great. Both times the recipient wasn't home, but they did receive the flowers eventually. Would like if they could actually confirm delivery to recipient (not just address). Overall, BEST online flower delivery service available!

    I agree! I ordered flowers from Bloomex Ottawa for my gf's birthday. The flowers arrived ontime and in great condition. I received emails throughout the entire process to keep me up to date with the status of the order. I then received a feedback email from Bloomex about 5 days later. I like the way they wanted to keep their client happy by asking for our opinions!

    Great service overall!

    I found out about bloomex.ca through google and checked your website - I ordered over the phone - the people were very helpful and nice. I liked the confirmation email - it allowed me to notice and phone back and change a small spelling error. My basket was delivered as promised. From the sound of the thank you I received, it was very nice.
    Thank you bloomex, I will be ordering through you again for sure.

    We ordered from Bloomex Ottawa. The flowers were lovely and as we have requested at such a short notice. Billing was faxed we have requested and our message on the card is as is. A great service and very convenient.

    My great uncle passed away, we contact Bloomex for the funeral arrangements. The girl on the phone was really helpful, she took the time to go through the arrangements, we wanted yellow roses instead of red for the Unequivoval love spray. She custom made the spray we wanted with our specs. It was delivered 2 hours before the service (we ordered it at noon, it arrived at 2pm). It was the most amazing spray I have seen, it was ot too bold to be offensive, but yet large enough, larger than we expected. The spray was put together beautifully. In such an emotional time, it was great to see that a company took the care and time to help up make the day go by easier.

    The prices were very reasonable, and we would tell anyone looking for flower delivery in Canada: go to BLOOMEX, you won't regret it.
