On November 24th we order 21 Christmas arrangements to be delivered for December 10th. We provided the information we wanted on the cards when delivered. Bloomex delivered more than half of our arrangements with no delivery card at all. No one knew where the gift came from. It defeats the purpose of spending all that money. Now when we are trying to rectify...

Bloomex Bouquet of flowers for a special occasion

I placed the order online on Dec 6 for delivery on Dec 8 as a special birthday gift. I ordered the Bestseller Bouquet ($59.99) and then supersized the order for an additional $20.00 charge. The description was red roses, white lilies and white daisies. Photos below. At 3:30pm on delivery day I receive an email to say my order is in transit. I spent the next 3 hours either calling them (voice message only - never received a response after leaving messages) or on Live Chat - same thing. An automated response saying they would look into it and respond shortly. Which they never did. I finally asked them to cancel my order at 6pm as it was for a special occasion and it hadn't arrived and it was of no use after the fact. As of this moment, I have never received a reply or any explanation or apology. The order was eventually delivered late at night, the recipient didn't get them till the next morning. Which I was annoying but can be overlooked. But to make matters even worse, the bouquet that arrived was NOTHING like the photo or description. No lilies, no daisies and a couple of roses, just a selection of carnations. It looked cheap and it was an embarrassment. I paid $100 for a bouquet of carnations that never arrived on the day it was supposed to even though the order was placed in plenty of time. They have not offered any explanation why it was so late and why its nothing like I ordered. Their Customer Service doesn't exist, they do not respond and I don't want other people to fall for this scam.

Bloomex Paid for the delivery of your product, never received

My brother in law turned seventy on December 5. I ordered #2879415, wine and gourmet gift basket deluxe. The birthday is gone, he never received his gift.
We checked the addresses they are ok.. You have my money, I still don't have any product. I ordered on December 1st, to avoid any delivery issues, and that is exactly what happened.
I called 4 times yesterday, while trying to have a celebration for my husband, his brother, and no one followed through. I spoke at length to Freya #239 who was polite and patient, in Ottawa, I asked her to reply by email, or telehone... nothing.
I don't understand how you can be the biggest florist in Canada with such exceptionally poor service. The department to check orders, said they never sent the package out... why not? and if so why didn't they cancel the paper work and resend the parcel out right away? Can you help me?

Bloomex Flower delivery never arrived

I ordered sympathy flowers on the 29th of november because bloomex promotes next day delivery. I got an email early morning 30 november with some nonsense excuse about the "special" flowers not being eligible for next day delivery but would be delivered on the 1st of december. I called them very early as the address I provided was a home address but the recipient would be at work on the tuesday so the address was changed. I rang twice on tuesday 1 december to check on the order and was told "it is in transit and will be delivered before 5pm". Needless to say this never happened. I called them again after 5.30pm on the 1st of december and was told a manager would ring me. I received an email wednesday 2 december stating the courier company stuffed up and I get a $30 store credit and the flowers are in transit for delivery. I rang bloomex 5 times and insisted I wanted a full refund. Every time I mentioned a refund the phone conveniently got "disconnected". The line is so terrible that one can barely hear what the operator is saying. I have reviewed this company on multiple platforms and got responses stating I needed to screenshot and send the complaint to their various email addresses. I have sent multiple emails. All I get back is a response stating they will investigate or I get a store credit (no refund) or it is in transit and will be delivered. This is now day 4 and no flowers, no refund. I have been forced to purchase flowers locally seeing as so much time has passed. I am appalled that a company like this is still running seeing how many complaints and bad reviews they have. I was given the tracking details for my order - how funny that auspost states it is still being prepared! 4 days after ordering? How is it in transit if the "courier" doesn't even have the goods? I will be reporting them to every authority I can find. This is theft - my money was taken without producing any goods and they are failing to refund me!

I wish I had seen these review prior to ordering. I was also scammed and hope that by putting up these reviews other will see them and never order anything from this company. They are a scam. Buyer Beware

Bloomex Flowers

There are no descriptions on the order page what supersize means, upon contacting on line operator I was told by that oversize is 7-8 roses.

Got only 4 lovely roses, but was expecting more, after contacting bloomex was told 2 days later that I got everything according to their policy and goodbye (get lost). I would pay for more if I knew or buy something else, misleading
Service and despicable attitude.

Bloomex scam

I ordered flowers for a friend, to be delivered on October 31st for her birthday. Not only were they crap quality (looked like something I could buy from a grocery store. I wish I were kidding.) they sent them the wrong day. They sent them on October 30th. Completely ruined the surprise.
No one ever got back to me, until I had to use their "chat" multiple times.
Their response in the chat was that they did reply to my email. (BOGUS) because I checked my junk mail and everything.
They never answered my question about why they were sent the wrong day. The only thing they did reply was those flowers look similar to what I ordered. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Not even the same type of flower.
I WOULD SUGGEST TO EVERYONE TO NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY! You're in for a lot of heartache.

Bloomex Flowers not delivered / money not returned

Between 1 Sept to 11 Sept 2020.

Birthday flowers and vase not delivered as promised on 3 occasions.

We made 3 phone calls to find out where the flowers was, only a lot of useless excuses. The last time we phoned we requested a re-fund which was obviously not done.
We also mailed twice to lodge a complaint.

This company is faceless and absolutely useless.

I request a full refund.

Bloomex Order was not deliver

I called BLOOMEX this morning to ensure that this gift of flowers be delivered
on time, I was told that it was on the way as of 10:30am. Order No.[protected] for delivery today, 15 September 2020 (placed the order yesterday, 14September)

Just now, I went to Live Chat board to complain and customer service is so rude that it closes the Chat line.

Why offer Live Chat when it's either robot --- which negates LIVE CHAT
principles - and i asked for real person, this Olivia closes the chat
line! What a customer service.

You promptly charged my credit card and no delivery

Bloomex Delivery

I placed an order on the 27/7/2020 for delivery on the wed 29/7/2020. As of today 31/7/2020 i have been unable to make contact with Bloomex. I have left voice messages and live message on their site. NO ONE has contacted me, and the Phone number say's that All the operators are bust at the moment and someone will get back to me.
The order i put in, Order number [protected] was never delivered. I live in QLD and the delivery was for Melbourne.
I first made contact on Wednesday arvo 29/7/2020 on live chat and the operator stated that they deliver up until 9pm, but still nothing has been delivered. Im quite frustrated that no one has contacted me. My order was around $65, im starting to feel this company is a scam.

Bloomex Unethical behavior, charging my credit cards the same amount in usd rather than doing the conversion.

The worst experience with this flower shop. They scam their customers. It is mentioned in their policy that orders using international credit cards will be charged in USD. Totally agree with this policy if they do the conversion. But to charge me $60 USD for an Item that is $60 Canadian is pure scam.
Legally it is not right. they should change their policy to "Prices in our website is in Canadian dollars. if you are using an international credit card then the prices will be in USD" rather than scamming their customers. and the disaster was when receiving the item. it was our anniversary and my wife got really disappointed with the flowers. they are not worth $10. very bad arranged and not that fresh. it was my worst experience with them and will avoid them and in the future. will order from a respective place who value their customers not scam them.

On June 21, 2020 I ordered a basket of flowering plants to be delivered to a patient in hospital. I received confirmation that it was left at the reception desk the following afternoon, June 22..
However the patient for whom it was intended never received it.
Due to COVID, the desk may not have been attended at the time by the usual volunteer(s).
I called customer service three days later and was told a manager would be emailing me back. He/she never did.
I contacted customer service 4 days later and was told to supply the patient's hospital room number.
I supplied this detail earlier today and was told another delivery would follow.
A later voice mail message today from Bloomex aid I needed to contact the hospital re: the issue.
A terrible breach of expectations as far as I'm concerned.
I will never use Bloomex again!

Bloomex I am complaining about the none delivery of flowers and wine I ordered for my sisters special 60th birthday.

Hello. I am from uk. And I ordered Delivery of flowers and wine online from Bloomex au for my sister living in Perth Australia.
I made my order on the 12 June. To be delivered on the 24th June.
My first complaint with them was about chargeIng me in American dollars. And not Australia dollars. However they did refund me the currency difference. I was happy with that. And at that time I did stress how important this delivery was for my sister as she is on her own. So they knew how important it was to me.
And then on the day of 24th her birthday. When I rang her expecting her to be excited and happy Getting flowers and wine from me.
Only to find out she hadn't even received them. I won't go into how devastated and upset we both were.
I got my sister to ring them aswell as I contacted them. They have offered by way of compensation some credit and part refund. They have then offered a full refund. Then today only offering half of refund.
The flowers did arrive the next day the 25th June. Which is still unsatisfying. As her 60th birthday was over by then.
I'd like to complain strongly at our disappointment and upset this has caused us both.

Bloomex Do not use them

I had a bad experience with them flowers were not fresh, looked nothing like the picture used cheap flowers instead of what I paid for. They deliver whenever they feel like it not on the day you ask. They refused to give a refund even though they did not provide what I paid for. worst mistake ever not with it. Go to any other place. Businesses like this should not be allowed to run

Bloomex Two day late delivery, seeking delivery free refunded

On Monday April 4th ordered flowers for day-before Mothers day delivery on April 9th. At the end of the day on the 9th when the flowers did not arrive I tried to phone Bloomex, but only a recording message. I also tried their chat service and they changed my order status to "Under Investigation". On April 10th (Mothers Day) the flowers still did not arrive. I emailed them and got a canned reply back saying we will respond to inquires on the 11th. The day after Mothers Day the flowers arrived. I emailed them again asking for my delivery fee of $14.95 refunded. I feel that they had broken their own delivery policy stating that only acts of GOD would prevent delivery. I have not heard from them at all since.

Bloomex Dead flowers received for mother's day

I ordered a basket of flowers called Pink Beauty. They were for my mother who is 92 and lives in a senior's home. My mother received a bouquet of Dead Flowers. How heartbreaking. I contacted the company and I was offered $20 off my next order. I refused this offer and contacted the company a second time and this time was offered a 15% discount on my next order. Why would I spend more money for dead flowers. The money isn't the real issue, instead it's how do you compensate sending dead flowers to a senior.

I received a Mother's Day bouquet (certainly not the best word for it) from my daughter. Half of the flowers were dead, one had mold on it (from sitting in a cooler too long) and the majority of the arrangement had broken flowers. I reached out to Bloomex to complain about the arrangement, and have been told that the picture and the bouquet don't always look the same. Basically they've wiped their hands saying they did their part, and if I watered the flowers they would "bounce" back. How can something that is DEAD bounce back?

This is absolutely the worst possible company to deal with - it only took TWO days to respond with the crap they are trying to sell me - that way they don't have to do anything, money in their bank account and my daughter is upset that SHE messed up. Nope - it's Bloomex.

I ordered from the same company (unfortunately) and paid an additional $20 to deliver flowers to my daughter by Mother's Day. No one will tell me where the arrangement is, but as of the writing of this review, the flowers have not made it to her place!

In today's present climate, putting out the kind of money we have under current financial restraints, this falls under the heading of fraud.
DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - it's a total SCAM and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Bloomex Misleading advertisement

I spent a lot of money on a flower arrangement that was supposed to be a beautiful gift and Bloomex delivered the cheapest most hideous flowers. The arrangement was nothing like what i ordered. They use their "substitution policy" to argue that they are justified in delivering a flower arrangement that looks nothing like what you've ordered. I made attempts to speak to someone directly and i learned very soon that the only communication you will have with someone is via email. Please save your money & time! Bloomex is a scam! The flowers you see on their website are advertised to entice you. You will get a better looking bouquet at the grocery! I've got the photos to prove it. I repeat, save your money & time!

Bloomex The email came shows my order is cancelled due to nothing

I've placed order 2 hours ago. The email came shows my ordere is cancelled due to nothing. No reason and double charge! Are you out of your mind! I've already started disputing with my bank about that and they told me I am not the first in a row. That is your pathetic business error! I am waiting to be replied for that 2 hours from you customer service or chat just hungin up me from both. Any help advice are appreciated.

Bloomex Easter lindt hamper

Due to covid19 restrictions I could not visit my elderly parents for easter I ordered a lindt hamper through bloomex, the hamper they received contained no lindt I received no notification they had run out of items. The products replacing what was displayed and described at time of purchase were inferior.
When I emailed the company I was ignored when I contacted them they were extremely unhelpful and just brushed me off

Bloomex I was robbed

This company literally robbed me. I placed an order for $122 for my elderly parents who are currently quarantined. They are extremely upset to not be seeing family this Easter, so I tried to brighten their spirit with a lovely spring time bouquet. They physically received a few red and white roses that were half dead and had to be discarded the next day. I paid extra for their "supersize" option and can only imagine what they would have received if I didn't. I contacted the company over a dozen times and got zero response. I am utterly disgusted that during this sad time in the world, people like this exist to rob you! Disgusting and shameful!
