Bloomex review: Old dying flowers

On Dec 19th, flowers were delivered to my friend in Maple Ridge BC. The arrived after dinner and were left outside. They were actually found by accident on the porch, as no one had notified them that they were being delivered. They died immediately upon bringing them into the house. First the Gerber Daisies wilted then the next day the roses turned brown. When contacting the service representative, they hung up on me. I called again and the second person I talked to told me I had to send a photo of the flowers, but by that time it was too late, they had been thrown out. This was order 1328724.
