I have ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom in Montreal for Mother's day on May 10th. I have placed the order online on May 4th and paid $85.61 via visa. it was so important to me that my Mom receives these flowers for Mother's day as she had recently lost my Dad too! Bloomex keep sending multiple confirmations of payment , delivery & on transit via emails but HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE FLOWERS ON MOTHER'S DAY. When I called the agent for help she said it was on investigation and will provide FULL REFUND immediately. Now, today Tuesday May 12th they have decided to send the flowers and REFUSING TO REFUND MY $85.61 ! Does this make any sense to this company calling themselves as CANADA'S OFFICIAL FLORIST? But, unable deliver on special occasion (May 10th) with additional delivery charge and refusing to refund it after the fact but decided to send flowers 2 days after? and expecting to accept it when my mom is away. Unprofessional Bloomex and terrible customer service. I will not use them anymore for personal to cooperate services nor will recommend anyone use BLOOMEX IN FUTURE.
